Lazy! Went in for a routine oil change and, of course, they tried to upsell me a battery and air filter. When I got home I noticed that my battery cover was sitting on top of my motor - these jokers failed to reattach my battery cover AND didn't tighten the bolts on my air filter.This stuff takes all but 2 seconds. This a garbage business. DO NOT waste your time here. Been here three times and every time it is a disaster. Today I was first one there for an inspection but shocker the inspector was not there on time. After waiting 20 min they put two cars ahead of me and the very rude girl tells me they are short staffed and it would be 30 more min before they even get to me. Went in on a Sunday morning and they were quick and very friendly. I had a slow leak and they ended up finding the nail and patching it up. I definitely recommend this place and plan to take my car again for some honest, legit service. read more

Don't trust them. I went there 3 times they are always trying to sell you other services. Last time I went there I ended up with a small oil leak. I took it back the following day and they advised me they didn't see a problem and they did nothing wrong. Somehow the oil leak stopped, they just didn't tighten down the oil filter enough. I've come to associate Jiffy Lube with a high degree of service quality. Denver, Kansas City, Overland Park (KS), and now Austin...for the most part all great service experiences. You know as a woman I hate to pull in these places, tires, brakes, oil change...however, these guys have always given me the "wow" factor! That isn't very easy to do. I noticed a new manager on my last visit, so I asked him if he was new. He told me he had been with the company for 2 years but just new to this location. Nice! He likes the company he works for. Yea, that matters. He is very knowledgeable, friendly! The rest of the staff friendly as well. Clean waiting room and I like having a TV to watch while I wait. They have my business! read more

Quick and professional. I went there for a simple oil change. They were helpful and friendly in pointing out some other stuff on my car and were honest about the lack of urgency of those repairs. This is literally the only car shop I've ever been in where I don't feel like they're trying to take advantage of me. The mechanics always go above and beyond (vacuuming the carpet, cleaning the windows, etc) and they truly only try to sell us what needs to be done. Incredible customer service. read more

After making an appointment at NTB for an oil change and was so rudely refused service and never had tried Jiffy Lube before I pulled in to get an oil change. I work for a Company where the wow factor for customers is at the top of our priorities and I can say the gentleman working at this location definitely gave me that wow factor great service explained my options did not force or push me into anything. Normally don't really like places like jiffy lube but this is by far one of the best place I've be to. Everyone was extremely nice and answered all my questions without making feel like I was being a burden, and he gave me a bunch of discounts that really helped me out being a broke single guy. And now my truck runs like I just got it from the dealership. I recommend anyone go here needing basic car needs. read more

I do not have enough positive things to say about this place. I've been coming here for two years and never had a bad experience. These guys are so incredibly nice and friendly, and most importantly they never make me feel 1) dumb or 2) pressured into purchasing unnecessary services which is pretty rare unfortunately! They are incredibly thorough as well, and generally pretty quick unless it's super busy (which it almost never is). Highly recommend! read more

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change a cpl weeks ago and service was fast. However, they over tightened the oil filter to 3x the specs and cracked the oil filter housing. Cost me $300 when it was all said and done to fix what they broke. Speed does not translate to quality. And of course it's not their fault. Complete garbage. read more

Last night I stopped for gas. In getting my wallet out of my purse I thought I had dropped $60 in cash by the pump. Today I stopped at this Jiffy Lube for an oil change. I got the oil change, greeted when I arrived, very friendly, went over everything with me. The usual. They offered to clean my windows, vacuum my car (which is was in great need of), and top off all the usual fluids. I accepted their offer and soon they were done. When I got in my car and started to drive off I noticed 3 $20 bills folded up and sitting in my cup holder. It took me a second to realize that they had found it while vacuuming and were honest enough to leave it there for me to find. I was so moved I got back out of my car and went back in to thank them. This was my gas money for the week set aside. I asked who had taken care of my car and they said his name was Matt. So, Matt, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, your honesty so greatly moves me. I have previously spoke very highly about this location, but I'm kinda curious about an experience I had this evening. I went in to get an oil change around 6:10 (not knowing they close at 7:00) and asked for an oil change with 10w40. The guys working here first said they were out of 10w40 and then it later changed to they don't carry 10w40. It's weird because I have had my oil changed at this same location several times with 10w40. Now I am curious if they were just giving me the shaft because they wanted to get out of there early. read more
