I've been to this location numerous times, mostly for oil changes, but also for a state inspection. The place previously used to be branded as a Valvoline oil change place, but now uses Mobil 1 products and branding. In terms of quick lube places, here, the employees are diligent, extremely organized, and very quick. They are transparent with any issues they observe, pricing, and suggestions; overall super helpful and customer oriented. While they work on your vehicle, you can opt to remain seated, or wait in the small waiting room they have. They have Wi-Fi available. They will walk you through the pricing before hand, and if you accept, they will work on your vehicle. To look up your vehicle history associated with this location, they will refer to your license plate. They will check and top off fluids, check and adjust tire pressure, check your lights, and in general perform tiny fixes or adjustments. For example, they replaced a license plate light that was out (for a small fee), and they also applied lithium grease to smooth out a latch that wasn't engaging properly. Upon completing an oil change, you will be shown the level on the dipstick. As a repeat customer, the only mishap has been when an employee left their phone in my car by mistake. I didn't realize until 20 minutes later; and brought it back to them. They thanked me by giving me several discount coupons. read more

Everything having to do with cars stresses me out because I don't understand it. But coming here always puts me at ease. Everyone who works here is very friendly, polite, and amicable. A few times I have mentioned minor problems that they have been able to fix or offer me advice on so I don't have to go to the mechanics. I come here yet again to say how great this place is. I was in a bind (again) with my registration and needed an inspection after the dealership dropped the ball. All the other shops by my office closed at 4pm and I wasn't able to get out until after 5pm. This place was not only open until 6pm, fully staffed (which is a rarity lately), but super quick with the inspection. Quick service! I usually go to the dealership(capital chevy), but I got tired of them taking 4hrs for an oil change with appointment, plus other things that just mehhh... I was nervous but quickly realized everything would be fine! The men there were very polite and professionals. The only difference between the dealership and here were prices. I showed up ten minutes before close, totally ready to be rejected for not giving them much time, but they were happy to serve me and ran a full vehicle inspection on my car just before they did I even asked about the tint shop next door (just if they had heard anything or if they might have a flyer or anything to share with mutual clients) and they offered to run and grab a business card for me Not to mention, I LOVE being able to wait in my car while it's being serviced, and they were happy to offer me that option as well And all for a very reasonable price. This place is AMAZING!!! Andy, Sahann, Josh and Shin were awesome!! These guys got my car done in less than 20 minuets!!! They were fast and efficient with filling/checking my tire pressure (even ensuring to have it at the right PSI and doublechecking the PSI thats labeled on the door), doing an engine oil change and changing my fuel filter. Andy was even nice enough to apply a $5 off coupon id found online and ensure me it was the proper coupon for the visit. These guys had an amazing work atmosphere and made me feel happy and confident in the work they were doing to my vehicle. I am a new driver and I had to get my car inspected for the first time and I was worried but they were very patient with me, communicated very clearly, offered a complimentary filter check with the inspection, and they fixed my skid plate that had been messed up from a previous oil change at a different place. It was 34.73 ( I dont know how much for the inspection and 15 dollars to reattach my skid plate correctly), and they said that if they hadnt been able to fix the skid plate they wouldnt have charged me anything. I went in for a vehicle inspection but the car failed because the passenger brake light was out. They could not just replace the bulb because each brake light on my Honda is an LED assembly and if the LED's fail the entire brake light assembly has to be replaced. Normally in Texas when your car fails an inspection you have to pay cash for the failed inspection and then you can resolve the issue and bring the car back and they'll re-inspect the vehicle for no additional charge. Instead Sahand and his partner just canceled the inspection and charged me nothing, even though they had almost finished the inspection at that point. I ordered a replacement brake light assembly online for $90 (along with some much-needed new wiper blades) and I'll be back three days from now for a successful inspection. Sahand and his partner (didn't get his name sorry!) were both great at explaining the situation and telling me what my options were. read more

I have been going here for several years to inspect my car and my wife's car. The stated price for an inspection is $18.50 and is governed by law. "Inspection prices are set by the state. All inspection stations charge the same price, and use the same equipment." After passing the inspection I was told the price was $23.50. I said I thought it was $18.50. I was told there is now an additional $5.00 service fee which has been in place for the last couple of months. Then I was told if I do not want to pay it I don't have to. I ended up only paying $18.50 but I think what they were doing is illegal. Has anyone else ever seen this scheme? read more

So, I've had this crazy lady twice that has failed me for inspection for no good reason. The first time she said "your car is leaking." It's an older car, fine, I left. The second time is what really got me. I brought in a perfectly fine CRV, she says "Your brake level is low, I'm failing you." I get home and the brake level isn't even below the "Min" line....it's right in between Min and Max where it belongs!!! Stay clear of this place unless you want to waste your time. read more

I went here for the first time as it was close, supposedly fast, and there was a 15% discount on Yelp. While the staff tried to be quick and are nice, they were understaffed so it was a much longer wait than expected and i was told they can't honor the Yelp discount.
