Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Went in for a routine oil change for my car. Dropped off my keys and waited inside the lobby. Saw customers arrive (after me) and get their oil changed (before me). Mechanics came in and out of the lobby regularly taking to customers and walking in new people/closing out folks. After 1 and a 1/2 hours I was wondering what was going on. I walked outside to find my car sitting in their parking lot. I had to flag down a mechanic in the garage to get my keys back. I asked if there were any issues with the car/why it took so long. They offered me no explanation and closed me out. Not sure how long I would've sat there if I hadn't checked with them. Do I need to check on my car every 10 minutes while sitting in their lobby? Great way to waste almost 2 hours for what should have been a 20 minute stop. Will not return for business. read more

Absolutely no complaints about this location. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They lay out everything that you can do and leave it completely up to you if you want to do it or not. They also are willing to combine services for less money or throw things in for free. For example, today I took my car in for an oil change. The man who helped me looked up our past times there and saw what we'd done, offered it, showed me the prices, told me what I was getting. They pull out your air filters and physically show them to you, and show you when you last had them replaced (if it was there). I decided I wanted the cabin filter replaced (was insanely dirty) but the engine filter wasn't necessary. He said he'd throw in the engine filter for free. Needed a headlight replaced. $25 part, + "labor". 5min job at max. Deandre and Justin gave me GREAT service. Those two are 5-star employees with the customer's best interest in mind, collaborating with customers to sell their materials. But there's a catch. Why did this get only 3 stars for great service? Well there were two other employees, not sure their names. Told me that labor would be charged to me at $85/hr and the hour of pay was an unavoidable minimum that was applied to every job. Total of $110.That's bullshit. Said they needed to remove my car battery etc.. I argued with them saying they didn't have to do that. Justin and deandre heard this, simply walked over, removed no extra parts, popped out the headlight by hand, changed it, and said thanks have a nice day. No ridiculous charges. No wasting my time. Don't let jiffy lube bs you, some employees will do a great job helping you, some will try to upsell the shit out of you and waste your time. read more

4/8/18UPDATE: My check engine light just turned on! I looked over the receipt and in the Service Comments section is says, "Engine oil leak." This would be important information Jiffy Lube should have provided as we went over the services I wanted for my car. Poor service. Waited 30 minutes to be checked in with only one other person in the lounge with me. Cars coming in and leaving before my car was completed. Employees were not personable and did not offer me all the services I usually am offered at other locations. Car didn't start after service was completed. Had to flag someone down to help me. I don't trust their knowledge and capabilities to go above and beyond for their customers. I'll be looking for a different location for future services. read more

If I could rate this a negative I would. On Saturday January 27th, 2018 I took my 2012 Buick Regal into the Jiffy Lube located at 13325 Sw Canyon rd. While outside the bay doors I requested a quote for my vehicle. I asked the gentleman what the price would be for the signature oil change for my specific vehicle. He gave me a quote of $45. I had a $15 off coupon from online that I asked if I could use, he said yes of course I could. When I pulled into the bay I was given another price of $82.99. I explained that I was quoted $45 and that I would like to leave, the manager explained that the oil had already been drained from my vehicle. At this point their was absolutely nothing I could do to stop the process and leave to go to another facility because as I said they had already drained my oil! The manager on staff Steve Parish said that this was corporate policy to quote after the oil had been drained. I am 44 years old and in all my years of getting oil changes I have never heard a more condescending an idiotic response than what Mr. Parish had given me. The entire staff ganged up on me and all reiterated their corporate policy. Blatantly criminal. I hope that this location will be reprimanded for it's extremely poor business practices. I will also be contacting corporate customer service, the better business bureau, the local news in this area, as well as adding a poor review to as many review sites that I can access. read more

This location is always consistent and moves customers along at a good pace. Prices are similar to competitors, just like their online coupons. If you do come in for a fluids check and top off between services they are always very nice about assisting you. read more

Above and beyond customer service! The check engine light came on in our car and the dealership wanted $150 just to tell us what was wrong. My husband suggested Jiffy Lube, which after a quick call, confirmed that they do diagnostics for free. The wait was quick, I was clearly directed by the staff where to go (you'd be surprised at how confusing some locations have made simply pulling into a bay!), and was immediately helped by the manager, Anthony. He was quick, professional, honest, and ready to provide advice that was beyond what I expected. He called over the lead mechanic to check his knowledge on the part we were discussing and offered an extremely fair quote on what it would take to fix the problem. Car troubles are annoying enough without having to feel raked over by a service specialist and I can say I was so pleasantly surprised by the way I was treated during my visit. This review is long overdue. A couple months ago, I went into this location just needing a basic oil change. While I was there, the manager, or whoever he is, had taken out my filter and asked if I wanted to pay extra to change it. I politely declined and thought nothing else of it. 30 mins after I get my car back, I head to the highway to get to my friend's place. As soon as I start to accelerate onto the 217 ramp, my car completely blocks up and shuts down. ON THE HIGHWAY at 60 miles an hour. I soon realize what is going on and begin to try my best to pump the brakes, since they had completely frozen. By some miracle I was able to pull on the side of the road and stop the car and had to wait 2 hours for someone to come help me, in the blazing heat. When we took it to the mechanic, we found out that when the filter was put back, it had been jammed so hard (anger or carelessness), a piece had broken off and got lodged somewhere within the system of my car. Not only did this cause damage to my car (which they understandably were billed for) but they seriously scarred me. What happened that day could have easily been a fatal situation. Please be careful and aware of my situation because I would hate for this to happen to anyone else. read more

I've been to a fair amount of Jiffy Lubes in my day of varying quality, but this experience was by far the most transparent as far as what options I have and how much they cost. They successfully upsold a few things to me a (a new air filter, long range oil, etc), but gave me some discounts and didn't push me or act like my car needed things that it didn't. They were very friendly, and it only took about an hour or so from when I arrived - not bad! read more

Great place!!!! Changed my headlight bulb for free and even used one of their own bulbs for $5! The other Jiffy Lube on TV Hwy in Aloha charged me $30 for the bulb and $30 more to put it in. So $55 MORE for the exact same part and service. What?! The is how I found out each Jiffy Lube is run differently so they can do that kind of crap and get away with it. I have been coming to this location for a year now and I am so pleased with their services that I want to write a review. I have come early in the morning, later in the evening and regardless of the time, they cordially and warmly welcome me to the shop every single time. They make me feel as comfortable as possible in the lobby and they efficiently work on the oil change. I have always been in and out of their shop consistently in less than 30 minutes. They offer other services which you can either take advantage of or you can decline but at no point have they ever forced any additional services sales on me. The efficiency, quality of the work, timeliness, cleanliness, and excellent value is the reason I recommend this location versus any other. read more

I got my oil changed in my VW and I always put synthetic oil in. About 2 months later my car ran out of oil completely which should not have happened this quickly. This created many issues with my vehicles engine and is going to cost me thousands on repairs. I had two mechanics check the car and they both verified that it was because of the fact that I was driving it without oil and that this happened because either they put the wrong oil in the car or they just topped off my oil and ripped me off. I have my receipt saying I paid for synthetic oil as well. My car had no leaks so this was definitely on them. I will not be coming back here ever again. I was charged for the new one.After I drove 1-2 miles, I pulled over and I checked under the hood if they really did change it. Guess what? It was not changed, the dirty, old air filter was there and they charged me around $30. I called my lawyer and I took some pictures. They changed their top off policy and now it sucks. You pay extra for it now too. Since i am already a loyal customer by returning, you think they would pull me in quick & take care of it, but no. I have to watch employees walking around doing nothing except talking to each other and see them watching others work while an empty bay is free. I have to wait for 4 other cars to finish before they top me off. It makes me want to go someplace else. They used to pull you up backwards and take 2 minutes to top you off. Now you have to wait 15 minutes to 1/2 hour for a 2 minute service I already paid for in advance. This really sucks. read more

Customer service was ok. I am pretty worried because they stopped me 3 times once they told me to go. Any time someone has to keep going under your rig after being done is concerning. Kind of frustrated that my clean truck (freshly detailed) has greasy finger prints on the windows and all over the truck. Guess their signature service is identification prints. We had our daughter take her car in for an oil change and the technician broke the drain plug and put it in sideways. After she waited there for two hours they finally told her what was going on and advised her to take the car to the dealership for repair, which she did. The dealership told us that because they had put the part in incorrectly it had dripped oil into the oil pan and damage the oil pan which was a very costly replacement. The regional manager for Jiffy Lube refused to pay the cost for replacing the part that they had damaged and instead advised us to just have it "patched up" and take our chances with having oil drip into the engine which the dealership strongly advised against as they said our engine would likely eventually be ruined. It took three days and ultimately a call to the vice president of the company in order for us to get them to do the right thing and replace the oil pan. It's ridiculous to think that we had to spend so much time and energy fighting for them to return our car to the condition that we drove it into their shop in in the first place. We will never go there again. Also to make matters worse they were extremely rude to our daughter who we were trying to help gain some responsibility by taking the car in herself and solving this problem. The Store manager hung up on her and the staff was very disrespectful. It ended up being a horrible experience for all of us. read more

On my first visit service was good with the exception of employees arguing and dropping f-bombs until one person was verbally fired. (I could hear all of this from inside there waiting area). I came in a few weeks later for the free fluid top off. I am low on oil. I do not know if this is there fault or not. The disappointing part is that I have been waiting for 30 minutes just so I can get a half quart of oil. I am sitting in a bay watching 3 people stair at the car next to me, there is another below the car. There is a car in the 3rd bay that has also not been worked on. The employees moved like molasses on a cold winter day. They showed no pep or enthusiasm. After sharing my frustration with the manager I learned that they cannot start on a second vehicle until they have 5 people working. I was told that the two other cars were before me. I fee like they should be able to prioritize a 3-5 minute top off guarantee customer rather than make me wait for 2 full service vehicles especially when they are not actually all working. I should have been out in less than 5 minutes. This is pathetic. I will not return to this Jiffy Lube again. The only other one I have been to is in Wilsonville and I have never thought there service was better than a C-. This is my first yelp review, I am creating an account to share my frustration. I pulled up and asked the gentleman who approached me if they could do my oil change in less than 45 minutes, as I was on my lunch. I was told " yes, it will be tight but we can get it done in less than 45 minutes for you." After I waited 35 minutes and my car still had not even been looked at let alone touched! I asked another kid that worked there how much longer it would be, and told him what I was told when I originally brought my car in. The kid told me it was going to be ANOTHER 15-20 MINUTES, before they will get to my car.... I asked to be let out of the shop because I had 10 minutes to get back to work. If they couldn't do it in the time frame I gave then they should have said so, instead of telling me they could and then turn around and waste my lunch for nothing!! The sign on the window asks "How can we improve?" ....by hiring competent people who have an accurate sense of time instead of wasting others time!!! read more

My last experience at this location went from bad to worse. I went in for an oil change right before Thanksgiving as we were heading to California for the holiday. It took a hour and 45 mins for a basic oil change. They had all three bays open, but the employees were so slow getting things done. Thankfully my two little kids handled this ridiculously long wait time pretty well. Fast forward to after our trip to CA, it's raining and the windshield wipers are going. I notice something under the hood up by the windshield wipers. Didn't notice it before because the wipers were down. I looked and there was a METAL TOOL lodged under the hood. Thankfully it was really lodged. Had it come loose while driving, a number of serious problems could have occurred. I took the tool back and asked to talk to a manager. I handed the tool to the guy (one if the guys who did my oil change) , and his response was, " yeah, it could be ours, we have ones like this.". I remarked that thankfully it didn't cause any damage. He said "sorry about that" and that was it. Long long story short, we will not be going back there.
