I told them as fair warning for turning on/off And I had an annoying belt squeak usually when I'd first start the far after sitting for any decent amount of time (a few hours to overnight). It wasn't until I parked my car and turned it off that I realized they fixed the ignition tumbler, too! (Not sure how difficult that was for them) And then later, I realized I wasn't hearing any squeaking belt starting up my car. They fixed that up, too! And they are super helpful even giving their thoughts on different issues with the car to look into as they notice them and they don't charge an arm and a leg. Very happy with their services and will definitely be using them as my go-to mechanic as I'm fairly new to the Bremerton area.

He showed integrity by telling me that the other shop's quote was also reasonable and gave me some things to ask about to make sure I was covering all my bases. He took the time to not only build a competitive quote for me, but explained transmission maintenance to me in a way that made sense without making me feel unintelligent. Though I believe the other shop to be trustworthy as well, this shop is closer to me and I will be giving them my maintenance business as well as recommending them to my Kitsap friends and family.

I tried again still could not find the problem. I stumbled upon community I always thought they were just a small shop. They gave me a quote what they thought was the issue. They said it would take about an hour. The car took over 4 hours more complicated than they thought. I was fully expecting every minute that they were going to come and tell me that it was going to cost more or that they found a new issue where they had to repair something else. What ended up happening is they finished the repair while I am nervous about what add-ons they're going to tell me they did. Instead I get a quote for exactly what was promised. When I was surprised he said it's what we quoted you and we stick to our quotes. I can't believe a place like this would be that honest I have never had good luck with car places until now. Being a woman who knows nothing about cars you get taken advantage of and here they were having my back. Casey also is absolutely incredible. She couldn't have been more helpful or nicer. I originally came in because my brakes We're squeaking Period they told me it was just break dust and that it was okay. that I did not need to replace them yet. However, early AM yesterday (6/4/26), my tire indicator light came on my dashboard. Yikes as I had to catch a ferry from Edmonds to Kingston, drive to Bremerton, and deal with an appointment in Silverdale first! Yes, it was quite the multi-destination day across the sound. Thankfully, luck was on my side as I stopped at another Discount Tire in East Bremerton shortly after its opening at 8am. There was an available staff member too, versus me having to deal with their QR check-in system. I explained my situation and early AM observation. This staff member checked the status of all four tires - tread and air pressure status. Turns out the other person at the Shoreline location under inflated my tires. This was promptly corrected and the indicator light turned off later on my drive back to Kingston. The overall experience was very professional, thorough, and positive. I greatly appreciate the assistance provided on Thursday morning. I'm a long time Les Schwab tire owner, recently converted to Discount Tire. It has been an excellent experience thus far!

When you are left in a position with two boys 4 + 6 in the car with you with a flat tire it can be very overwhelming, but when I pulled into the Jiffy Lube right off of 303 inside of the Safeway parking lot I asked do they fix flat tires and what I was told no, not only did I become very nervous and worried that I wouldn't be able to make it up the block with my two sons and a flat tire to get it fixed. But when Enrey asked do I have a spear and I said yes both him and Brittaun said we can help change your spare for you. When I tell you that I was so overwhelmed with emotion and thankfulness I knew that I will be okay just to get the boys home and the car to a place that can change the tire I want to say thank you Jiffy Lube Britney and Ron Ray for going above and beyond even though you guys don't change tires you definitely changed the outcome of my two sons day and have gained the customer for life thank you Jiffy Lube Brittaun & Enrey. read more

Very unprofessional, prior employee was present for over an hour. Darrin, ellyssa and a kid without employee gear on also hung around the whole time. Ellyssa was nice but I did not enjoy hearing about how much everyone hates it here, how the inventory is always messed up and how she can make better pay at any other shop. Was on the phone ordering parts while ringing us up for our oil change. The non employee was smoking his vape in the shop. Failed to tell us the total before walking away rudely because she was on the phone. Darrin complained about this, that or the other and had to do most of the girls work. It's ridiculous, these kids should be grateful to be employed and their employment should be terminated since they can " find better paying jobs anywhere else." I usually go to valvoline and will never come back to jiffy lube. Will never be coming here again. Ever. To young of staff, unprofessional and zero communication. read more

Every time I take in a corporate vehicle or my own car/truck, the service is excellent. Fast, efficient, friendly. I've never felt pushed or that I was being upsold. They might suggest an extra service but many times just say "you're good". If they suggest something and you pass, they can print it out for you to consider next visit. Sometimes auto service types can be a bit intimidating but I've never felt that ant Jiffy Lube. I usually go to the Kitsap Way location but sometimes Silverdale. Both are reliable and professional. I'm glad they're always there when needed. read more

I went to jiffy lube because my car was over heating and always have to jump start my car and I was told my alternator was bad but Clifford and Dylan took a look and did a system test to show the alternator was good and the battery was too. I just had lose connection. They took the time to teach me about what the alternator does and the fixed the problem. They add to my coolant that I had in my car. I will go back when I need my oil changed. read more

I visited the location for my first time expecting to pay for an oil and transmission fluid change, but I'm always a bit skeptical going to places I don't know personally as I can be easily fooled by my ignorance of car repairs. I live in Silverdale but always have the oil changed on our vehicles at the Kitsap Way location. The people are much friendlier, make suggestions without being pushy, and the location is easier to get in and out of. On 12/03/2022, I had the oil changed on my Honda.
