They are normally not pushy, if we don't take them up on their recommended services they just want you to be aware what needs to be changed so your car stays in good condition. My husband and I both got oil changes. And it happened in less than 20 minutes and all of the staff was very friendly. They advised us on the services provided and the additional services that they recommended. They did not pressure us to get them. I will definitely be back to this location. And normally there's not a wait, so it's a win win.

I had my dog with me, and everyone was kind about it -- they even offered me some water while I waited. I really liked that I was able to stay in my car during the oil change (that was new to me and super convenient!). They also gave me a detailed price sheet for other services, which I appreciated since I like to plan ahead. Not only did they fail to complete the oil change, they also completely overlooked the screw in my tire, which could have led to a dangerous situation had I continued driving without knowing. None of the services I requested were done. I left with the same issues I came in with--except now with less trust in this location's competence and professionalism. If you value your time and your safety, I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere. This shop has proven they cannot be trusted with even the most basic automotive services.

I received very poor in person customer service and the female worker was very rude and snappy over the phone while trying to get clarity on my truck. Asked where was my vehicle and another worker came outside to let me know it was at the home depot across from the shop. Parked there. They have all the necessary accommodations for people that have disabilities . I even like the landscaping. Their shop and stall bays got thumbs up also. I believe it is Quality Work, Rodney, the tech that replaced the CV Axle and Wheel Bearing on front was informative and nice.
