    Them rechecking alignment

Took my Honda Pilot for alignment my steering wheel was crooked to the left cause I changed my outer tie Rod when I picked it up my steering wheel was crooked to the right went right back and they tried telling me that I had to pay for the alignment again that they didn't offer warranty on alignments that a new part and a used part will cause alignment to be off. I did alignments for almost ten years never heard or encountered that before, I don't know about other services but they not good with alignments won't be coming here again. Would've been better off aligning it with a string around the tires smh, after rechecking it they trying to say that they got to switch it to another bay to check the suspension cause the alignment was off again, they supposed to check the suspension before doing alignment to my knowledge or at least that's what I used to do before doing a alignment.

We have been coming to this location since it was previously a Mobil franchise. The main reason we…read morekept returning was because the person in charge was always kind, attentive, and pleasant. When my daughter bought her new car, she naturally started coming here as well because of that same positive experience. A couple of years ago, the location became a Strickland Brothers franchise, but the same manager was still there, and that's what mattered to us. The service and professionalism we valued remained consistent. Yesterday, all of that changed. The usual manager was not there, and instead the person who claimed to be in charge was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I won't get into the details of our exchange, but the young man's tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. It actually hurts me to write this review because I value the places I frequent and I am a loyal customer. This was my "for sure" place -- the place where I knew I would get results, great service, and leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that trust is now gone, and I will be looking for a new place to service my car. It's disappointing that a place we trusted for years could lose a loyal customer because of one unprofessional employee. It matters

Had to use bolt extractor and a heat gun with a 24" breaker bar to remove drain plug. The oil filter (cartridge type) was twisted and partially collapsed. It was the cheapest Chinese filter. An actual Jeep/Mopar filter is only $6.99. I'm not sure the oil was even changed looking at that drain plug. Never going back there.
