I had the car towed to him right away, and he went above and beyond--filling the tires with air and checking all the oils without me even asking. Given some of the prior reviews, I was initially skeptical (and even joked with him about it), but my experience was excellent. The work on my car was done professionally, and I couldn't be happier. It's hard to find mechanics you can truly trust, but I'm glad I found one here. Took my Honda Pilot for alignment my steering wheel was crooked to the left cause I changed my outer tie Rod when I picked it up my steering wheel was crooked to the right went right back and they tried telling me that I had to pay for the alignment again that they didn't offer warranty on alignments that a new part and a used part will cause alignment to be off. I did alignments for almost ten years never heard or encountered that before, I don't know about other services but they not good with alignments won't be coming here again. Would've been better off aligning it with a string around the tires smh, after rechecking it they trying to say that they got to switch it to another bay to check the suspension cause the alignment was off again, they supposed to check the suspension before doing alignment to my knowledge or at least that's what I used to do before doing a alignment. read more

BEWARE-- SCAMMERS! took my vehicle to have front breaks repaired at the 82nd and cicero location. the shop employee crashed the vehicle in a front end collision and the shop is denying any responsibility, repairs. the shop is not stating any facts in the loss. the shop owner is not willing to provide any insurance information so i can file a claim for repairs to my property. Shop owner refusing to have my vehicle fixed at toyota, my shop of choice, as it needs original parts as ones they damaged., but wants to have his friends at a body shop repair it, or he can buy original parts at a junk yard. the shop themselves began changing body parts to cover up the damages to the vehicle without my consent. they provided different stories to what happened, even the shop owner is not being honest in what occurred. - upon arriving to pick up my vehicle as they are untrustworthy, long behold they even removed their business license. while a paying customer overheard the issue, the professional receptionist approached him stating ' do you want your car back because they haven't started work on it, although he mentioned nothing in relation to terminating his services for their business. i dont understand the reason for hostility, offensiveness nor the unprofessional approach, as we are all free to speak in this country . be cautious, they are shady, sneaky, liars. read more

I have a Toyota and my check engine light went on 06/27/23. I took it to Diaz Complete Auto Care in Bridgeview. They charged me $150.00 to diagnose the problem and all together $1,060. to fix the problem. Well, after they worked on my car on 06/27/23 the check engine light came back on 2-3 days later. We took it back to Diaz and they agreed to fix it again properly. The check engine light came on again 2-3 days later. This went on and on and on until the present. They have worked on my car 13 times and the problem still exists. They never fixed my car. The final time I had Diaz Complete Auto Care work on it, we took it to the shop on 8245 S. Cicero ave., since they have an on site manager. He was not helpful at all. I let this shop work on it once, and the check engine light came back on 2-3 days later. The manager at Diaz informed us that they would send my car to the dealer (Toyota) and they would pay for it. Obviously admitting they cannot fix the problem. They lied to my wife telling her that Toyota did not have any appointments available in the near future. However, we called Toyota the same day and they stated they have open appointments every day. We made the appointment with Toyota for 09/29/23 at 10:00am. Diaz Complete Auto Care would not give us anything in writing stating that they would cover the charges at Toyota. They said drop the car off with them and they will take it to Toyota, since they are paying for it. We agreed and dropped our vehicle off at Diaz at 8:00am 09/29/23. Toyota called us at 11:00am stating that Diaz Complete Auto Care never brought my vehicle to them, nor did they reach out to them. We immediately picked up our car and the manager told my wife they are busy. I guess my business does not matter to this manager and Diaz Complete Auto Care. He refused to refund us our $1,060.00, even though they were unable to fix my car. We have cancelled doctor appointment, dental appointment, doctor appointments for our disabled son and my wife has missed days of work due to leaving our car at Diaz Complete Auto Care 13 times and numerous hours, and not to mention all of the stress they have put us through. At this point, we would just like our money refunded in full $1,060.00. You have lost a very dissatisfied loyal customer who has taken our cars to Diaz several times over the years.
