JiffyLube has torn ny world upside down, me and my family got evicted, my car is my work, how I make money, without my car I was having to rent cars. Im handicapped, I can't walk or stand because of Osteoarthritis. That was my only option. Im out almost 20,000 dollars. I sued them for 7500 in small claims court, thats the highest you can go. Because they lied, I got awarded 3000. Im STILL RENTING CARS AND GOING THROUGH A BUNCH OF CRAP YET HE CONTINUES TO BE ABLE TO MAKE MONEY. ITS NOT RIGHT read more

New management is great! Staff is welcoming, and service is quick. I went in for a fuel system cleaning for my car, which I did attempt to go to the other location on Rivers only for them to tell me they hadn't done one there and ended up giving me only a fuel duel for my gas tank. On the other hand this location on Ashley Phosphate knew exactly what I need to get done and got working on it right away. And I was suggested that based on mileage, I should get my spark plugs replaced. I got an estimate and the price was great. Service was very quick, reliable and professional. DANGEROUS if you seek service here! Sadly found two others who experienced similar problems... wish I read Yelp before going to JIffy Lube!! Thinking I would prepare for my holiday travels and a 1500 mile drive, I went for a simple oil change in November at this Ashley Phosphate Jiffy Lube location. The staff was friendly and helpful for a minute. With a full work schedule taking me out of town for six weeks, I parked my car in the garage. Upon my return in mid December as I pulled out of the garage I uncovered a POOL OF OIL on the floor of my garage!!! Immediately I took it to the dealer who asked me "who on earth did your last oil change?! They MANGLED the plug!" . He then produced a photograph of the mangled plug. The service rep then informed me that my ENGINE could have BLOWN (a $7000 cost) had I not noticed the oil spill, as there were only drops left in the oil tank. Because I pulled back-end out first from the garage (since normally I would pull out nose first) Jiffy Lube's sub-par work would have cost me not only THOUSANDS of dollars in engine damages but, having planned to be on the freeway, could have hurt persons. Upon my return from the holiday travels early January, I approached in person, the general manager of this location (#2463) named Matthew Smalls. Mr. Smalls saw the mangled plug and admitted it a problem. I asked for a rebate and since I purchased this on Groupon (BIG MISTAKE!!) He said he would need to call his District Manager (Greg Nanny) and get back to me. I waited two days and no reply. I returned for another conversation with the GM and he was out. I was promised by the front desk person who spoke with Matthew on the phone, that I would receive a call soon. It's February 2nd 2018 and NO RESPONSE and NO REBATE of my wasted dollars with this company! NOT WORTH SAVING MONEY when clearly I'm not the first who found oil pooling on the ground after going to Jiffy Lube! But that's just my experience. RISKY BUSINESS MOVE to choose Jiffy Lube! Never again. Lied on most of there 18 services performed on checklist with oil change. Didn't wash exterior windows, didn't fill window washer fluid, didn't vacuum and when confronted, they stated vacuum is broken! (Why does the form state completed? Lie! Why don't you tell customers before oil change you won't be able to vacuum?) I have a torn drivers wiper, but their invoice states it's ok! They put 50k less mileage on report than car has, and they up charged me for extra oil! Hey, quote on type of vehicle , don't guess and upcharge! He showed me after the fact on computer "your vehicle takes 7.8 quarts" shouldn't you look that up before quote? $84 and I am not even sure they put in the synthetic oil requested, now I'll spend another $80 at Volvo to make sure I really get oil and service. I will NEVER EVER go to ANY Jiffy Lube again. I can see a mistake or two forgetting something, but they lied over and over again on the service report, even though manager knew equipment to complete work was broken. Used this place a few times and I've never had any problems. It's a little pricey in my opinion but they usually have a coupon you can use. The last time I went was on a Monday morning and I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. Ken helped me at the desk and he was very nice. The woman who worked on my car was also super nice and thorough. I don't know anything about cars so I always feel like I'm getting taken advantage of but they were so nice and quick that I didn't feel that way. I also like that whenever you get a service they vacuum your car...omg that's my favorite part! Will come back for sure! read more

Update: Went to two best buy locations to get a diagnosis of the damage that Jiffy lube did. Same results from both best buys. Got email from Jiffy lube saying that best buy is not an authorized VIPER dealer/repair facility. VIPER's website has the two best buy locations as an authorized facility. Emailed jiffy lube (Team Car Care LLC) a screenshot of VIPER's website showing it, but I guess either they dont know how to read or they are just greedy and dont care. This place should be renamed to "Trickle Lube". I usually change my own oil but was pressed for time before a trip to get it done, so thinking a place with 'Jiffy' in the name might be serious about the speed component of lubing, I decided to give it a go. They only do two cars at a time despite having four bays, evidently because the oil drains don't reach the rear bays, or so I was told. 45 minutes just to get my car inside, despite the fact that there are more than four guys working and only two cars ahead of me on my side of the bay. Over 20 minutes had passed between the time my car was pulled up to the service bay and when I was asked what kind of oil I wanted, which fueled a great deal of incredulity on my part. It took well over an hour to get out the door. I do not appreciate it when people are inconsiderate of my time, so I will not be returning to this Jiffy Lube. read more

Wife took my honda accord to get oil change for me. They tried to convince her that my air filter was "filthy" but it definitely isn't. See photos to judge yourself. I used to work for EZ Lube when I was 18 and it's a common means for these stores to take advantage of people (especially women) by exploiting their lack of car knowledge to buy things/services they don't need. My car had a new air filter installed only 7500 miles ago. Unless you drive in the desert or around heavily dusty or dirty environments, this isn't a necessary service whatsoever. read more

The other people who work here are fantastic and very friendly. Today I went and met Tyler who is now over this location. Hands down the best experience I've ever had here! I really liked the gentleman who ran the shop he was really nice. I asked the guy who took my car to make sure that he checked the brake fluid and the coolant as both of these lights have been coming on intermittently. I was even charged an up charge for adding the coolant. I travelled to savannah the next day and my coolant and brake fluid light came on again. i stopped and checked both and discovered the coolant had not been topped off. It wasn't even half way full. I checked my brake fluid and discovered it as well was low. I paid over 70$ for this oil change. Now I am questioning the whole thing. If this two things I requested had not been done how was the overall oil change done? Upset with the whole process and will not get my car serviced here again. read more

God I hate upselling garages, especially if your are a woman. We have all seen these garages that upsell things on customers, wipers, coolant, air filters, cabin filters, flush your radiator, you name it, these guys are no different. Perfect example, GF takes her vehicle in for basic oil change, she drives for UBER and it was just inspected for UBER at a different Jiffy Lube last month along with oil change before a long trip, Everything passed, levels good, lights good, wipers good, filters good. 30 days later SHE takes it in for another oil change at this Jiffy Lube, suddenly everything fallen apart, low oil, low coolant, wipers bad, filters horrible and require immediate change ...... really guys, maybe some women fall for this but not all do, give them a some credit we aren't back in the 50's here. So if you have to take your ride to them, especially if you are a woman, be very clear what you want, and stand your ground, make notes of issues and change the wipers, filters and other big ticket Jiffy Lube stuff yourself, if you don't your $47 oil change will be in the hundreds. Also, the prices are way too high in comparison to the local competition. They justify their in increase by telling you useless information such as the caps to all of your fluids are tight. Went to get a simple oil change today, ended up being there for over an hour because the new cashier was for some reason not able to cash any of the customers out. She told everyone to wait for the manager to get there. When the manager arrived, no apology or quickness about his demeanor. On my receipt, it said they topped off my wiper fluid, vacuumed, and washed my exterior windows. Well none of that happened and they got the mileage wrong on my sticker. They did a good job on the oil change but before y'all leave make sure the put the proper fluids in ur engine because I have a 03 Chevy Tahoe that take dex cool coolant which is orange but they put green in the coolant reservoir I will be going back to bring the mistake to their attention and hopefully the fixe their mistake read more

It was relatively fast, so that's good. However, the sign advertises a $24 oil change and then I was charged 41 because apparently I didn't do a good enough job of telling them I only wanted an oil change and not everything else topped off or checked. So if you want the price advertised, tell them over and over again you just want the basic because otherwise it will all be done and what can you do at that point. My husband did not want to go to Jiffy Lube. He has never had a good experience there (other locations) . But it was the only place open on a Sunday, without a ridiculous wait. Jiffy Lube has on their website that they will accept used motor oil to recycle so I took in my gallon of use motor oil. The man stopped me before I got to the garage doors and told me to go away because they don't take used oil. Well, I'm glad I never spent any money here and I never will. read more
