My husband got a quote for $70 oil change, next day came to Jiffy lube to get the oil change and the price increased $43 and now he is being quoted $113 AFTER they drained his oil. He showed the employee the quote he received and they said "nothing we can do". You scammed a Veteran. We'll be sending the quote we got along with the receipt with amount he was charged to BBB so no one else gets scammed. Manager on duty is Nick (refused to give me his last name) UPDATE: my husband left and his entire touch screen wasn't working, he went back and they wouldn't touch it because it's a dealership problem and "the car has 12,000 miles it could be broken" He drove there with it working perfectly fine, and then comes out not working? It was such an easy, seamless process. I've never seen a drive-through for Jiffy Lube before, but it really made my oil change easier and more comfortable. Most places you sit on old couches or benches, this was super comfortable and felt cleaner especially during COVID. The associates were friendly and clearly enjoy what they do, or at least their team! My one issue was the price of my oil change. Yes I wanted synthetic and it will be more expensive but $100? That is absolutely wild to me. For that reason, I won't be back. Not sure if I was ripped off but it was too late at that point. read more

This shop was perfect. Thanks! One note... after looking at my receipt I know for a fact that the inside of my car was NOT vacuumed and it was noted that I "declined" to have my windows cleaned. Got here at 9:15 am left 2.5 hours later with my 3 year old in the back seat. Fast service, I think not. The only helpful employee was Robert. The manager Melissa was running him like a mule. They were short staffed as I watched 3 cars leave before I did and I got there before them. I spent close to $300 and barely got an apology. I will never spend money with another jiffy lube again. That was the worst experience I've ever had. They should shut that place down! This place is ridiculous! They wanted to charge me $100 for an oil change. I have had hundreds of oil changes and never have I had someone charge me $100. After complaining he knocked it down to 85 and then told me never to come back to a Jiffy Lube. I told him don't worry I won't. The whole time being smug and tell me all the things that they did. This might be the worst Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. Refused to rotate my tires (which I mentioned when I arrived and reminded them three times) did not fill fluids (no wiper fluid when I left). One of the employees was smoking really that next to the open door of the lobby. Took about an hour, and I was the only one there. Honestly, I don't even know if they changed my oil filter. This location does not meet the standards of other Jiffy Lubes. Will never return. read more

I always come to this location for my oil changes, so on Saturday, when I busted my tire a mile away from them, I parked my car in their lot and put a note on the windshield saying I would be back Monday morning since it was a Saturday night. I didn't realize that they didn't do tires, but when I came back they helped me patch my tires and filled it with air. They are always so friendly and great!! read more

The manager will try to tell you that your car needs all types of services it doesn't need. Will tell you that your air filter needs replacing every time you go here. Make crazy promises about how much more gas mileage you'll get for synthetic oil etc..reminds me of the 60 minutes about the scam up selling at these places from a few years ago.. Be sure not to go for anything but what you came for. After this experience I plan to go back to speed dee oil change from now on, they seem much more honest. read more

I went in for an inspection for an Uber requirement. The shop had just opened and Brett was very accommodating. He took my car in right away and he even had the form I needed to fill out, printed it out for me, and gave good advice on car maintenance. I'd definitely go back again for oil change. read more
