Due to my work schedule, it's difficult for me to get any car services done with places that close early. This Jiffy Lube is open until 7 PM on a few nights, so I was able to get in the door by 6:15 PM and get what I needed done. All the staff was very nice. However, the timing is a bit strange. You get out of the car and sit down and wait until you are called to go outside and chat with technicians - kind of like being called to the principal's office! I wish I had a chance to talk to someone first and ask some questions or tell them what I wanted done before they started working. It seemed wonky not to know all the prices up front before they started working on your car. The guys in the bay though were extremely polite and obviously have a well rehearsed patter down, though I recommend they speak more slowly as I was among the four or five others who walked in and had to have them repeat what they were saying - something about a bathroom, wifi and waiting. read more

I originally stopped In Jiffy Lube on Rt 70 in Marlton NJ . That's where I take my jeep for reg oil changes and have for years . Unfortunately the oil plug was stripped and I didn't want the top side vacuum to remove the oil . So Marlton store sent me to Cherry Hill store on Rt 70 in NJ because they had the right tool to remove the stripped oil plug and drain from oil pan not on top a vacuum . Jay , Oscar, Tone , Alex , Fred , Alex , Will and Ray were attendants . Every one of them were helpful , courteous and knowledgeable to handle my problem . I appreciated their help and the experience went from a not so good one to getting the help I needed to get that oil plug removed and drained from underneath . I appreciate that they all were interested in keeping me coming back to Jiffy Lube and to remain a customer when initially I was somewhat upset because the original Marlton store didn't have the right tool . Marlton people were also very nice and helpful , they also went out of their way to get me the help I needed and ultimately the issue was resolved the way I wanted it to be . Thank You read more

I arrived at 9:05 am, knowing that the location opened at 9 am. When I pulled up, the employees were just arriving and asked how they could help. I asked if they were open, and I was told they open in 15min, which was a lie. I would have preferred simple, honestly. I've recently moved and needed a new oil change spot. I tried a Jiffy Lube in a PHL location, and honestly was less than impressed. They were kinda pushy, not super friendly, and I'm fairly certain shorted me on my oil--my check oil light came on 3 weeks after that visit. I found myself in NJ near this location, and really needing an oil change because of an upcoming road trip, and decided I'd give JL another try for the sake of convenience. I had a night and day experience! The crew was friendly, working fast and hard, and professionally. They offered extra services, starting off by showing me my filthy cabin air filter, which had me thinking here we go again with all of the up sell doom and gloom, but when I asked how to access it myself, they happily showed me where it was behind my glove box. (I had them change it.) While going through the list of other recommend service options I was never pressured, my questions were answered without condescension, and they even came in To the waiting room after my oil change to show me my dipstick showing 'full' after hearing about my poor previous experience at a different location. They hooked me up with a better coupon than what I pulled off the internet as well, which was super kind and very appreciated. What more can you ask for?! I'm currently sitting in a Pep Boys having to replace multiple mechanisms on my car because a tech here placed the wrong sticker during my oil change. Normally mistakes happen - I wouldn't be upset or leaving a one star review if I hadn't also been almost further ripped off. I was told while changing my oil that my brakes were "down to the metal". Due to time I couldn't have them changed right away. Upon going to a pep boys for some new tires I inquired within about the breaks. I was advised I had close to an inch of rubber left. This location is either beyond incompetent or looking to make an extra Buck off you and lie. Avoid at all costs. read more

Jiffy lube is usually good. But for this specific location, it took a little over 2 hours to get just an oil change. Other locations take only 15 minutes. If you're short on time I'd recommend going to another Jiffy Lube location. read more

I had to get a routine oil change and decided to stop in on my way home from work. Immediately upon pulling up, a mechanic came out to greet me and escort me to the waiting room, where I was told they would come back shortly with an estimate. A little while later, the same man, Jay, came back to inform me that my car needed a higher grade oil and explained the difference and price and asked me how they'd like me to proceed, saying that him and his team would never directly incur additional costs without first getting confirmation. When I approved the higher cost oil, he came back a few minutes later with the estimate. When everything was said and done, I paid and thanked him for such a pleasant experience. I had my oil changed this week. Everyone was concerned about customer service. When I asked about having my fluids topped off I was reassured it was done. I knew the day before I ran out of windshield fluid. When I went out later in the day I still didn't have fluid, so they were not true to their word. I tried calling but their phone was disconnected. This place is awesome! I had a brake light that I was having trouble changing on my own, so I stopped here, spoke with Tone, and he jumped right on it. Amazingly, within a few minutes, he had successfully changed the light (something that I spent an hour trying to figure out on my own!). I was very thankful, and offered to pay him for his time, but he did not even charge me! A true and honest gentlemen!
