This place is awesome! I had a brake light that I was having trouble changing on my own, so I stopped here, spoke with Tone, and he jumped right on it. Amazingly, within a few minutes, he had successfully changed the light (something that I spent an hour trying to figure out on my own!). Very surprised at the professionalism, speed, and honesty of this Jiffy Lube. My wife was overdue on her oil change so we needed to find a place that would be quick, decently priced, and available on a Saturday. Every other place we called told us we would need to leave the car there for the day so we called Jiffy Lube and they said to bring it in. We anticipated waiting about 30-45 minutes but we actually walked out in less than 20 minutes. They greet you at your car in a very professional manner, they're honest in what you actually need vs. what's recommended and most importantly they're efficient! Great service, very courteous, very quick. I cam when my son was sleeping in the car and they were very accommodating, allowing me to stay in the car with him. They didn't pressure me to get everything done and were very practical about showing me the options of additional services without any sort of judgement if I said now. Plus, they were very very quick. I was probably in and out within 15 minutes. I do think it was partly because I showed up at 9:30 in the AM, but that's fine with me. I was passing by this Jiffy Lube location and decided to swing by to see if they could perhaps diagnose the issue. This was by far the best car service experience I've ever had. I came 40 minutes prior to close and they were so friendly, welcomed my car, checked everything, changed a bulb, changed the oil, fixed something under the hood that wasn't even something they do but it was a quick fix...they knew how and did it. I was kinda of nervous because I was told by friends that some places will try to talk you into spending a fortune on things your car doesn't need. This is the BEST Jiffy Lube I've ever been. The staff is courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain all the different services they were recommending and didn't make me get anything I wasn't comfortable with. This company, this location in particular, has renewed my faith in customer service. Theyve apologized for a half hour wait (ive waited 2 hours at the dealer.). They dont push add-ons. If you pass on an add-on they tell you theyll put it on your reveipt for you to keep in mind. No guilt trips, no coercion into thinking your car will explode when you leave the building if you dont change your cabin filter. Theyre always very friendly, very quick and they even clean thecar up a bit when theyre done. Management here runs a tight ship and it shows down to the employees. read more

Think twice before going for oil change at this place. In order to make money beyond oil change, they removed cabin air filter by damaging the assembly which cost me $1500 in repair to replace the entire assembly (I drive luxury car). They refuse to take responsibility that the caused the damage by forcing the door of the assembly which control fresh/recirc for a/c. THINK TWICE before going to this place. My husband wanted me to make sue to give a review for him. (He doesn't take the time to do them himself) He was extremely happy with his experience here today. He said it was friendly, efficient and fast. He went for an oil change, air filter check, and tire rotation. He also had them investigate the "check engine" light. The mechanic took him out to see that the air filter was just fine and didn't need changing. He was also shown that the tread was fine and the tires didn't need rotation. The "check engine" diagnostic revealed it was the fuel pressure sensor. The mechanic reset the light and told him to just watch and see if it came back on. Then he would know to get it checked. My husband loved that he wasn't talked into fixing things that didn't need fixing. He was in and out in 30 minutes on a mid-morning Sunday. read more

As I entered the parking area, one employee guided me into the correct location after I told him I wanted an oil change, they ran through all of the paper work efficiently, and didn't try to over sell me on anything. I went to this Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube for a simple oil change. They convinced me that I needed brake fluid and coolant, too. Fair enough. They were somewhat flexible on the final price for everything combined. Glad for that. My problem occurred 48 hours later, however. As I was driving on the highway, I heard something dragging below the car. As soon as I could, I pulled off the road and saw that the cage (I don't know the official name) below the car was half hanging off. It was Labor Day Monday. I searched and saw there was a different Jiffy Lube nearby in Burlington. I drove there as slowly as I could with my emergency lights on. When I got to the Burlington Jiffy Lube, they looked and fixed the problem in five minutes. They did not charge me. They told me that was because the Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube had messed up when they had finished their work: they apparently had not screwed the cage back in correctly. While I am relieved that the problem was fixed and that no permanent damage appears to have occurred, I am frustrated at the Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube's neglect. read more

The staff, especially Sean, is extremely knowledgable, friendly, HONEST, and they take their time in educationg you on why the scheduled maintained they recommend is important but never in a pushy manner. So I recently went to the Marlton Pike Jiffy Lube and had this experience. I arrived around 9:20 AM on a Sunday and was asked to go into their waiting room and was not given a waiting time. About 30 minutes into the waiting time my car was put into the bay and it still was not told of waiting time. 20 minutes later I was told to go to the bay area and look at my address and I physically had to type in the address because the technician did not have confidence that he was a fast typer I complied and put in my information. I was then told about my different options in terms of oil I was a pleased with this experience and was even shown that I was going to need a change with my air filter and my cabin air filter I decide to not go with those choices but I was happy with the service. I was told that in 10 minutes time I was going to be able to start driving and go about my day about 20 minutes later I was then brought into the bay again because the technicians had broken my key. My key have been fine up until that point, and I then was asked can you fix your own key. I fixed the key and asked for so for tape I then taped it together and then when I tried to turn my car over I was unable to do so because the battery had died. I don't know why the battery had died but the battery had died in the bay and so they jumped my car and they then told me they would not be able to reset the oil light and they would have to turn off the car but they very much suggested against that because they just recently jumped my car. I'm giving them this review a two out of a five experience because of all the customer service errors. I was happy though they were able to give me a $10 off coupon because I showed a $15 off coupon with a Jiffy Lube logo and it was not able to go through their system so they then gave me a $10 off coupon off of the total bill. I know this is my experience but I just want to let you guys know that on a Sunday this was a terrible experience. I also called their customer service line and left message requesting a full refund. read more

Fast, efficient, and super polite. They escort you to the waiting area and let you look over the pricing menu. They check you in and review your options in the beginning. I normally take my vehicles to the dealership for oil changes, but I had missed my appointment and desperately needed an oil change. I was in the area, and decided to stop by this location after reading all the great reviews. I wasn't disappointed. I went back today with my other car because it also needed an oil change. Once again, service was great. I really like this location because everyone is so friendly. They are great at explaining all the services, and never push anything on you. They only tell you what you absolutely need, and print out a reminder of things that you may need in the future. I also appreciate the fact that they are quick to get you in and out. I have been to some places where the workers just seem to "hang around". That doesn't happen at this location! Two customers were waiting ahead of me, and I was still in and out in about 35 minutes.
