Terrible service, I had came in for a oil change, and they showed me a dirty air filter when I had just gotten my air filter replaced 2 weeks prior. Then they said they had to get my windshield wipers out of store because they didn't have any left. Then a 4 days later my oil light was on again, they made something up saying the oils duct was leaking. But I went under my car and saw the cap was loose, now I have an oil stain in my garage. Terrible never come to a jiffy lube go to someone you trust and know. Way too expensive for the shitty experience. read more

I am not sure if they changed managers and or owners. Anyway, this time around we felt rushed and pushed for services. Mind me, minor services and services that we can have our mechanic do, nonetheless felt pressed to get them there. Either way, things not to come here and type up a review about. However, less than a month after the oil change the we started noticing a leak. They tighten the nut/screw where the oil comes out so much that the screw's rubber is nonexistent. Just a PSA to rethink the place you'll be taking your vehicle to get service, or check your vehicle after it gets service at this location. read more

Dont get your car serviced here. they rush do a half job employees talk like customers are invisible. the conversations I overheard told me enough to stay away. One girl with long hair making negative comments about management. The other guy complaining about his hours and being cheated. If I didn't know any better it was like a scene from reality tv gone wrong. This was a good place but with staff changes its declined so bad. I think it has a new owner clearly there is a lack of customer appreciatio. Id rather go to the dealer and wait for what I spent at least they have courtesy and put customers first. you have been warned visit at your own risk! I would not use this location as they caused damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for it. They damaged the valve stem on my front drivers side tire which created a slow leak. I had to incur expenses taking alternative transport to work as the repair was taking place. When I communicate with the onsite manager and the corporate liaison they refused to take responsibility and showed no interest in the loss of a customer read more

Went to get an oil change and they forgot to put the oil! How do you forget to put oil in a oil change!?

When they are good, they're very good. When they're not, it's highly frustrating. It never feels like a cohesive operation. You can tell two different people why you're there and then a third person starts doing something completely different to your car. They are quick and mindful of your time most often. Exterior seating options are nice, but a little overdue. They are upfront with quotes and final charges have always matched for me. Consistency of service & experience would add value to their business. read more

I took my 2003 golf there to fix oil drain plug was stripped. I ask about replacing it with a universal plug I brought. First they said they would do it then one of the workers a real jerk with attitude asked after waiting almost 10 mins or 20 mins can I help you with attitude which I totally didn't appreciate period!!!! Then quoted a price of $300 something dollars for a oil pan. I could have taken it to my mechanic for that price and not deal with Jiffy Lube. I was willing to get another oil change and filter if they change the stripped oil drain plug but after that worker condescending way of talking to me "The Hell With Them!!!" Corrupt business where they damage one thing to get more money off customer I went in to change my rotors and break pads and the employee asked to top off my coolant. They filled it up and nothing was brought to my attention. Now my car is overheating and when I went in again to jiffy lube to see what the issue is they said that it has a leak yet they topped my coolant the day prior and nothing was brought up. Now I'm being charged to fix the issue that wasn't there the day before . I've never had an issue with the car over heating until now. I've given these guys a pass the last couple times I went in but just stay away. They're real quick to plus sell services but then they're just wandering around. I was told it'd be 25 minutes. 40 minutes later I'm asking where my car is because it's not in the shop and there's only one other customer. I'm told 10 minutes. An hour after we've been there I'm telling them I seriously have to leave to pick up my kid. Again, they're not busy. One other customer there. My wife wonders if they all left for lunch. I contact my kid's school to say we're held up and am just about to walk off and leave the car so I can hike to the school when the wife raises her voice. It took an hour and 15 minutes. On 8/10/22 I visited location #211 for a routine oil change. The only thing they mentioned being wrong with my car is it needing new brakes, which I declined. On 1/2/23 I went to get a routine oil change at location #2565 and was also going to replace my brakes. They said I don' t need new brakes after all, and that they could not do an oil change because the plug came in loose and was just spinning and would not come out. They gave me an estimate of $382.47 to fix it and said to visit the initial location to have it fixed. I do not drive often. I called customer service, told them I would not be in town for some time and they said it was fine and to bring it in when I am. I filled out a complaint form on their website as well. In April when I was back in town and would be using my car, I filled out the form again and asked for service history so when I visit the location I would have all the necessary papers to legitimize my claim. Someone name Jen called me and was incredibly rude and said they wouldn't be able to even look at my car because "It's April." (she said that 4 times). On 4/26/23, I visited #211 and asked to speak with Jen. I was told she wasn't there, and Cesar, who I believe is the Assistant G.M., came and spoke to me. He was super nice, said he wanted to help me, and to come back tomorrow when the G.M. was there. The next day I go, and neither Cesar or the G.M. are there. I go the following day and Jose, The GM was there. I showed him the estimate I was given, he said he knew exactly what happened and that he wanted to make this right since his guys caused it but he must have permission form corporate before he can even touch it. He was very kind and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me, took my number and said he'd call me the next day. He did call me and asked if I still wanted an oil change, I said yes. He said they would fix the plug/pan issue at no cost, I would just need to pay for the oil change. I was incredibly happy. I go on Monday, even brought the staff cookies. Jose and Cesar were both there. Jose then said he'd see what he could do, and that he "got it down" to $316.34! He was apologetic and said his hands were tied. I was there for 4 hours. They fixed it, I paid. Not at all what he said would happen when we spoke on Saturday. While I was there, I observed and was informed of a few pretty concerning things that had happened at that location. The woman next to me told me they hadn't tightened the drain plug enough and within a week her car had absolutely no oil. Her nephew was in an accident because they hadn't closed the hood all the way and it flew up. Someone was pulling out after their service that day and their car died before it even left the lot and guys had to go do something to it so he could leave.I say this to demonstrate a pattern of negligence on the part of the staff at Jiffy Lube #211. I was asked to come back in 2 days so they could tighten something. I go back, neither Cesar or Jose were there and the guys working had no idea what I was talking about. No other customers or cars were there. My car sat untouched in the garage for 30 minutes before they worked on it. I'm sure they were trying to figure out what needed done. After I got home and parked my car, I saw that they hadn't latched my hood. The vehicle design prevented it from flying up, thankfully. Don't visit this Jiffy Lube. Don't visit any Jiffy Lube. If something goes wrong, "corporate" will blame you, they won't correct the issue unless you pay. So basically when I got the oil change on 8/10, I paid them $99.75 to change the oil and break things. They said their warranty is 3000 miles or 90 days. Interesting because 1) who drives 3000 miles in 90 days? 2) The sticker they put in your car says to come back in 5000 miles 3) They did not (either time) fill in the 'date' section of the sticker. So... should I become a mechanic or something so I can double check Jiffy Lube's work within 90 days of every oil change? How would I even have known the issue existed until I visited in January (which is when I hit the mileage my sticker said to return on!), which was past 90 days anyway?! read more

I'm so freaking mad. They fucked up my brakes than said it was mud like I live in the country, took it somewhere else to get a serving opinion and they show me it was the break pad loose n here i am driving on the expressway with all the faith in the world that my breaks were good. Jiffy Lube I suggest getting someone to double check the work before you look stupid giving back the car to your customers. If you do the Job right the first time, you won't have to deal with people coming back complaining. After I spend over $400 yes I'm very upset!!! Just went in today for an oil change. I was also running low on transmission fluid so I figured they would top it off considering they top of fluids gratuitously. Turns out theres a service fee to add the free fluids. Apparently for my 2009 Acura Mdx you need a "special machine" as a funnel will not suffice to add the fluid. Easy to say I was duped into spending an additional $20 as I need to be able to drive around that day. To make matters worse, they filled the fluid using a funnel in front of my own eyes. read more

Been here a couple of times for change oil and the staff are usually friendly and would explain everything to you before they do anything to yoyur car. They also give you free car wash coupon. However this is the last time I'm going on this location. It's not big of a deal but I left quarters in my car before the change oil and when I got my car back, it's all gone. Reported to the guy in charge and he said he checked the camera and everybodys pockets but found nothing. Like I said it's no big deal but just be careful with your belongings guys. I was poised to give a 5 star review for the friendliness of the staff, and how quickly they serviced my car on my lunch break, until my car started leaking oil everywhere. After I left for work the next day (a 70 mile commute), my husband called to tell me that my car had leaked oil all over the garage floor. I looked under the vehicle, and could clearly see fresh oil all over the pan, as well as fresh RTV silicone all around the drain plug. I hurried right over back over to Jiffy Lube on my lunch break where the service guy explained that "it's normal to add extra RTV sealant". I'm no dummy, and I know this is not the case, and should not be needed. They said they'd fix it no problem. When they were completed, he admitted their fault by showing me that whoever changed the oil, took a shortcut and used a washer without a rubber gasket and sprayed the RTV sealant on the plug. (Hmmm....must have noticed it was leaking) After he completed the fix by replacing the washer with the correct one with rubber gasket, he told me that the oil level was good and sent me on my way. He even gave me a free car wash coupon and a coupon for a discounted oil change. Feeling a little paranoid about the oil, and having to head back on my 70 mile commute home, I checked the oil level before I left work, and low and behold, i BARELY had any oil left! Clearly they lost most of the oil when they pulled the plug to change the gasket, and couldn't be bothered to replace the lost oil. I would NEVER recommend this Jiffy Lube location to anyone, and i will NOT be going back for a discounted oil change. So irresponsible. read more

I'm surprised by the reviews of this location. I had visited another location where they damaged my tire and didn't even tell me but it was the on receipt that whoever rotated my tires damaged it. Well, they were the last place that did. When I called them they couldn't care less and they forgot they rotated it. They passed the work on to this location. Was hesitant to call but the manager Colin handled it, said it's not a problem and apologized for the work of the other location. This location fixed the issue and then ordered a part and then delivered to the location closer to me, following up the entire way through. He went out of his way to make it easier on me. I will definitely go back to this location because of how responsive Colin was through this whole ordeal. read more

Been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes in my lifetime, figuring they were all the same... Every time I went thru the routine of having to pass up their insisting on a new, overpriced air filter by same tactic of showing a spec of dirt on your current. This Jiffy Lube is a shining star above... For a chain, it's run more like a family business. Pointed out what was suggested without any pushiness, then gave it a complimentary hand car wash and air freshener ~ wasn't expecting that! I will be a returning customer :) read more

The service was fine and friendly. I didn't wait too long for them to take my car in and start working but when they called me back to tell me the cost, I was floored. An oil change here is $37? I didn't have any coupons (I didn't know I needed them) so that's how much my oil change was. Not even including the premium fancy oil. They wanted an additional $20 to rotate my tires and another $20 to replace my air filter. The tire rotation is INCLUDED in every other place's oil change. I only paid for the oil change and vowed to go to my mechanic and get his oil change next time - $45 includes the oil change, inspection, tire rotation, fluid top-off, AND air filter change. Since Jiffy Lubes are franchised, I'm not sure if this one in particular overcharges or it's a blanket company policy, but I'm never going back to a Jiffy Lube for an oil change again. read more

Okay, okay... I'm the type who avoids chain oil change joints like the plague. They're notorious for ripping you off, not replacing filters, and doing all around shoddy jobs. (side note: NEVER EVER EVER let them "flush your transmission fluid". If you need that service done (which you really should only need once in the life of the vehicle at around 30k miles) go to a real shop and have them do it the right way - without the machine - the machine will ruin your day a while down the road (pun intended)). Anyways, ignoring my rule about no jiffy lube, I checked this place out since it was the only place to get my oil changed, on a saturday, that had decent ratings on yelp. Those ratings are totally justified. The staff is super polite, really quick, and very low pressure. They still run through the list of things they want to repair for you: wiper blades, filters, trans fluid, fuel filters, etc (just say no and either do these yourselves or in a real shop to save money) but they don't try to pressure you into those purchases like most places. They also give you a free carwash and air freshener. The price could be better, at $35 it's a little steep when you can get it done for $20 at more shops, but it's a chain, and you expect that going in. So I'm revising my rule: no chain oil change places EXCEPT for this one Jiffy Lube. read more
