My car was running fine before the oil change, I thought maybe they didn't connect something back. I called the shop and they sent someone, Nicholas, right away. At first he couldn't find any wrong. He called his manager who suggested he reach out to two other managers. The other managers weren't available. After about 25 minutes of trying to get my car started he left and suggested I have the car towed to a shop and if what was wrong happened to be their fault they would work to cover the cost of the repair. Nicholas returned 5-10 minutes later. One of the other managers had reached out to him with a suggestion. The suggestion worked and my car was running just fine!! This business and their employee, Nicholas, came through for me!!

The service at Berman's Infiniti was $2,499 plus tax. Avondale did everything and more for $1,260. HALF! It included replacing every fluid - oil, brake, trans, differential, coolant - plus all filters, tire rotation, throttle cleaning, and more. I had the car in at 8:30 and it was done by 4:00. I've waited at Berman's 3 hours just to get an old change and tires rotated. Not only that, but the guys there were great to deal with, especially Nabor. I'm moving out of state soon, but if I wasn't this would be the only place I would take my car. I cannot recommend Avondale Auto Repair highly enough. Make it 6 stars.

After the first week with no updates, I finally reached the shop manager and the response I got was to "be patient". This was the state of my car when I picked it up, which was not the state I dropped it off in. Although my car was over 10 years old it was in nearly perfect condition when I dropped it off. The car was hit while parked on the street outside the shop. When I saw the damage I went back into the shop and they sent me to their body shop to have it buffed out. Much of the damage came out but not all of it. Nothing was offered to rectify the damage done to the interior of the car. I sent emails to the shop with the pictures below, but got no response.

I pulled into JiffyLube to ask if they'd seen this before, and they offered to check under the hood for me and take off the plastic to check the AC duct. He emptied about a gallon of water for me and after clearing the clog was worried about my car drying appropriately to avoid mold and smell. He was so gracious about just wanting to help. ALSO---- While he was fixing my issue (in under 3 minutes BTW), another mechanic who was working the floor was so friendly with my new puppy and offered him treats. The vibe in the building was so light and positive, and I felt they genuinely wanted to help me.
