Okay, okay... I'm the type who avoids chain oil change joints like the plague. They're notorious for ripping you off, not replacing filters, and doing all around shoddy jobs. (side note: NEVER EVER EVER let them "flush your transmission fluid". If you need that service done (which you really should only need once in the life of the vehicle at around 30k miles) go to a real shop and have them do it the right way - without the machine - the machine will ruin your day a while down the road (pun intended)). Anyways, ignoring my rule about no jiffy lube, I checked this place out since it was the only place to get my oil changed, on a saturday, that had decent ratings on yelp. Those ratings are totally justified. The staff is super polite, really quick, and very low pressure. They still run through the list of things they want to repair for you: wiper blades, filters, trans fluid, fuel filters, etc (just say no and either do these yourselves or in a real shop to save money) but they don't try to pressure you into those purchases like most places. They also give you a free carwash and air freshener. The price could be better, at $35 it's a little steep when you can get it done for $20 at more shops, but it's a chain, and you expect that going in. So I'm revising my rule: no chain oil change places EXCEPT for this one Jiffy Lube. read more

DO NOT GET BREAK SERVICE DONE HERE. GO TO A LEGIT SHOP FOR BRAKE JOBS BUT NEVER A JIFFY LUBE. what was I thinking? Got new pads and "resurfaced" rotors. A week later they started making noise and vibrating, 2 and a half weeks later I go to get the problem fixed thinking they were going to find where they went wrong and fix it. WRONG!!! they told me the service they provided me with earlier that month was on point. I left the station with the inside of my car having oil from greasy gloves and clothes. I went to mechanic and he told me they didn't change the rotors or resurfaced them at all. He did it for half the price and haven't heard any more noises coming from my car. I hate the fact that every mechanic I go to try's to take advantage of the fact that Im a girl, and they think I have no idea about cars or oil changes. Well In fact, I do not have that much knowledge about cars, but I am damm sure that an oil change should not be more than 120 dollars, for a Hyundai Elantra! Like C'on it's a Hyundai, not a BMW! Well after telling me the price they added another 20 to change the air filter, and then they said that I needed to change a light bulb from the rear. Overall, the total price went up to 189 dollars. I went ahead and let them do the work on my car because I really needed it done. I went back a week later because they had told me that the car also needed new brake pads. when I got there, they inspected my car again, and told me that it needed new rotors too! They had basically inspected the car a week before, and didn't say anything about the rotors, so I told them that I only wanted the brake pads. Then after that, they said that I will also need to change the brake fluid from the car. They where trying to charge me around 100 for it so I told them no. I ended up paying around 130 just for brake pads! I called my cousin, who knows about cars, and told him how much they charged me for everything, and he said it was a lot. I also asked him if it's necessary to change the brake fluid, and he said that it is, but when the cars are older, not on my car because it's basically new, the car has less that 20000 miles on it. They where basically trying to find ways to rip me off even more than what they already had. Well, I've learned my lesson now, I will try not to go back ever again, and i really recommend people to check out other places before going there, or just go with someone who knows, because this people will try to take advantage. read more

This place is probably one of the best Jiffy Lube's location I've brought my vehicle too. They have HD movies on (super hero movies) which is great if you have kids so they don't run around the whole place and popcorn and coffee while you wait! The staff is really kind and definitely know customer service skills. With my oil change I got a free car wash and a free air freshener! I paid 140 for synthetic oil change and both filters changed. For $30 they changed my oil filter, vacuumed my car and gave me a deluxe wash that included hand presoak and hand dry. The air filter needed changing (badly, I know how to check them) and the $19 was in line with store prices. They held the doors for me! Car doors, waiting room doors. I stopped by today for an oil change and was told that I needed the cabin filter changed, brake light, license plate light and two "pointer" lights. I went to Auto Zone to buy the parts only to find out I did not need a brake light, two pointer lights and only 1 license plate light was out. Also finding out where the cabin air filter was not easy since it requires unscrewing three screws under the glove compartment in order to remove it which made me realize that it's very strange that Jiffy Lube would go through that trouble. Price to change it was $39, I paid $7 at Auto Zone. All in all a bad experience which after sharing with friends and family found a video of Jiffy Lubes that claim to perform services on your car without doing anything to it. I initially went just for an oil and filter change, and happened to mention that I was in need of new brake pads, rotors, and a caliper for my car. They asked what I had been quoted from other places, and quoted me almost $250.00 less than the best price I had gotten so far. Not only that, but they told me they could have everything done for me that day. I dropped the car off at 5pm, they promised me it would be done by 7pm. I got a call midway through their work, and they let me know they were actually able to save the caliper, and it would not need replacing, which saved me $160! They were incredibly friendly, efficient and I can't even express how thankful I was for their honesty! Worst experience ever! I brought my Cadillac to get an oil change which I usually take to the dealer but lack of appointments I brought it here. The oil change was $20.00 more but not a problem since its last minute and around the corner. I received a coupon from Jiffy Lube with 20 % discount on my next service, so I decided to bring in my Toyota. As we all know when you're getting an oil change they throw you the hook to see if you get other products like filters, tire rotations etc. So I told them I wanted a tire rotation so the rep said if I get a filter I will get $10.00 off. So I said ok, instead of 24.99 I will pay 14.99. The chaos started when it was time to pay. They came up with so many excuses to not use my 20% discount emailed to me from Jiffy Lube. They told me the 20% discount is not valid in this location. When they entered the coupon code it said invalid number or expired, which wasn't expired. So he said in this location we can only give you 15% discount. So I figured ok, with the 10.00 off plus 15% off I will be about the same as 20% off. So I left to get a car wash and when I was there I noticed they didn't give me my $10.00 off. So I went and spoke to the manager Edgar. He said they can only give me one discount not two. Which I told him this was never explained to me. Why would they not honor their word of giving me 10.00 off like they told me that was the reason I got the filter in the first place. Then you're going to tell me you can't take my 20% discount from the company? I was very upset. There was a customer who asked me what happened because he was having problems with his service as well and was there for over 2 hours. So I told him my situation then left. When I was leaving a 5'4" tough guy came out and got confrontational with me and yelling at me, what I did was not right. I should not be discussing my service in front of other customers. If I am making a big deal for $10.00 he will give them to me. That just added more to the insult, and by this time I was not taking their shit anymore. They just didn't get it. I wanted to get a simple oil change so I came to this location. When I went to get in my car and leave my break light was on and my breaks were not working. I went back inside to speak with the manager. He told me that my break line was broken. I preceded to ask him how that happened because it was fine when I got there. He stated that it has always been broken and the break light would have come on eventually! So I am to believe that my break light happen to miraculously come on exactly when I was getting a simple oil change. And to top it off they wanted to "fix" it for twice as much as my mechanic!! Are you kidding me?!?! My mechanic said there was no way it would have just broke on it's own because he just worked on my car a month ago. This was the worst experience. This time around I had a coupon for $24.99 for The oil change and car wash package. They graciously honored my coupon. They appeared a little busy today, but I still was in and out within about 15 minutes. I like all the added extras such as A car mat vacuum, a free choice of an air freshener, and a free deluxe carwash and hand dry. I paid $40 used an online coupon to get $8.25 off and I got: the basic oil change, an extremely thorough vacuuming, a complimentary car wash, even a free air freshener. I had to get my brakes fixed and since I work for Uber, I really do need my car, the owner and the manager hooked me up and gave me a few days to pay them. They trusted a complete stranger for service that ended up charging me over $400. They didn't have to do that for me and they did. I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for several years. They have a revolving door staff. That's not a problem with me. Each generation of employees have been decent, except for this last time that I went. I went during the week and it was one of those bitter cold days. I pulled up to the overhead doors and while waiting, another customer pulled up behind me. I was in a bit of a hurry, but wanted to squeeze in an oil change. The employee came out and I give him my keys and proceeded to wait in the waiting area. The customers behind me entered as well. A few minutes passed by and I noticed that my car was still outside and the customer's behind me car was in a bay inside, I asked an employee why my car was outside and he said that they were getting air. Some 10 minutes later he came and got the customer who apologized to me. Again I told the employee that I didn't think that was good policy and that I wanted to speak with a Supervisor. He said he was the Supervisor. When I brought it up to him again he just said that it was only 10 minutes and I shouldn't worry about it. I told him I would get a hold of the owner. He went out and said something to the employee who was doing the work on my car. Coincidence that when I arrived at my home some 5 minutes away. My car indicator showed my tire was low. I went to a service station and filled the tire and haven't had to fill it again. That was a week ago. I don't think I'm going back to this Jiffy Lube again. read more

Went here for an Uber inspection. now I know Uber and Jiffy lube are in cahoots to rip drivers off. 5000 miles after an "engine tune up" they said was needed during the inspection and I now have an engine misfire. I can't believe I went to get my oil changed from them again later. My tuneup included an air filter replacement, ignition wires, spark plugs, suspension and strut replacement all that with $80 an hour labor cost brought it to $500. Went to Oreiley auto parts to diagnose misfire. He said I should get a tune up when I told him I got one from Jiffy Lube he went "ohh noo that's not good" According to him they hire uncertified mechanics fresh out of high school. I am a former CPS high school teacher that was laid off and I hate to think of some of the kinds of students I had to deal with that could also be fixing my car. so certified mechanics get $50 an hour and High school grads get $80. I also asked Jiffy lube if they fix misfires and they said no. How is it that they know how to do a tune up but not fix a misfire? Aren't they basically the same thing? Both Uber and Jiffy Lube deserve some kind of small claim filed against them. Hopefully I can do that. What's more messed up is I passed inspection with a cracked rear suspension coil because they are unable to fix it. I found out from the mechanic that fixed it that my coil was almost at the point of breaking. It could have gone straight through my trunk! I don't have the money to repair it and am losing money not being able to drive for uber. Never get an Engine tune up! read more
