David says he follows a "script" so of course he never made ONE vocal mention of any $90 amount. He won't even discuss price until end. Then at the END David points out the small font on paper saying it's 92 F-ing dollars! so now I'm out $84 even after using an online coupon. And for what - they keep repeating that they washed my windows? My windshield is still covered in spots!! They literally must've used plain water. No exaggeration. I don't care about tire pressure. Stop charging 90 for a 40 service. And of course there's no soap in the men's room so Lord knows what these guys are doing with their filthy hands. I am mostly giving this place three stars only for the fact that they DO NOT allow people to use checks nor credit/debt cards that don't have the chip feature. Checks, I can understand. The no chip feature, not so much, a lot of people are suffering with the aftermath of the pandemic and a lot of people are on unemployment and the Bank of America cards are chip-less. So, if anyone else wants to use their unemployment money because that might be all they have, this provides a challenge. So it's not very kind. Unless there's some weird technical reason for the decision. Other than that, Andre was super kind, I showed up during lunch time, so he informed me they would be working on cars in another 30 mins or so. He also helped with my car pricing and such. Nice shop, they are practicing social distancing and have masks on for the most part. read more

went there to get an oil change and to see what they could do about securing my muffler as it had dropped down some but was still completely functional and in one piece. I told the guy about the muffler and showed him and asked him if they could look at it. He handed the keys to another guy to pull it into the bay but failed to relay that information to him which resulted in my muffler catching on the yellow metal lip that surrounds the hole in the floor underneath the vehicle that allows them better access to the under carriage cracking it in two pieces and laying on the ground. I understand stuff happens and no one is perfect but my complaint is that they are only reimbersing me for half of what it cost me to have it fixed. wasnt cheap. still waiting for the check. not a happy camper and my oil still needs to b changed. read more

I made a very silly mistake and added WAY too much oil. Those of you with experience with cars know what happened next. Luckily I was right next to this shop and was able to roll it straight into the bay when the white smoke started pouring out. What I encountered were some of the most friendly, understanding and helpful mechanics I think I've ever met. Stopped in to get my oil change without an appointment since it's across from the nursing home that I was visiting. Arrived about 11 o'clock and they were three people ahead of me. They were short of staff, so I agreed to come back at 1 o'clock when I came back, they were out of the oil filter needed, the manager called and because it would take too long to have it delivered immediately. Drove the 15 minutes to go get the oil filter needed in order to service me since I drove an hour away I appreciate his willingness to provide the customer service requested. They are very nice here that a positive attitude even though they were short staffed I appreciate all your help. Great job. read more

I have to say the manager, Andre deserves five stars on his customer service and all around people skills. I have to give this overall service one star. I went in for an oil change and the technician showed me the oil levels said he checked the air filter and it was good and didn't need to be replaced. Well four days later my check engine light comes on so I have a diagnostic ran and it says something about the air filtration unit. Turns out the technician did not put everything on correctly. Opened the hood and saw one screw was on the other three were just on there not even hand tightened all the way. So I guess it's been sucking in all kind of debris for four days. I call and explain what happened and the manager is not around. Hopefully they are willing to fix any issue this neglect on their part has done. Worse service I have ever had from this establishment. And here we are now after I received information to email someone with my name and number, I did by the way, got no response. So I'm driving home from work and hear some kind of pop. I go to jiffylube all the time and pay no more than $50 for an oil change every time. I stopped at this particular location and they tried to start working on the car without explaining the cost details like they usually do... after me bring that issue up, he hands me the estimate totaling $110 because of some miscellaneous bogus... when I asked why it was so much he go "oh they didn't explain the price to you" and his associate walks up then begins to lie saying "I told him it was $97 dollars". I then called him on his lie and he stood there speechless only to after being caught lying come to apologize. None but some sad swindlers here read more

I had Lube-Oil-Filter and a few other sundry filters replaced + coolant flush. Got it home and when I turned the a/c ON, it sounded like a machine gun chatter! Called the lad I had dealt with - Adrian - took it back, by the time I got there he said he thought he knew what it might be, stuck his arm into the bowels of the a/c through the glove compartment (which he quickly took out) and pulled a small imitation dog-bone (see attached photo)!
