HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FAULTY PARTS/MATERIALS. Went here to get an oil change on Friday. Had no oil in my car by Saturday. I called in and they told me to stop and check the oil level. There was absolutely no oil on the dip stick! The technician on the phone told me to buy oil and add it to the engine. They're closed on Sunday so I was told to come back Monday. Monday came and I had to add more oil to the engine just to get it to the shop. Apparently they installed an oil filter with a faulty gasket. An employee there informed me that a lot of cars have been coming back with the same issue. I was seeking some compensation for the oil bought and time spent coming back to do the job correctly. Everyone seemed nice until the final boss showed up. He said he was just a floating manager, but he didn't want to give me his name. You can't miss him.. he was the hillbilly looking guy with glasses. Probably a big Mountain Dew drinker. Anyways, he took no fault at all and said that they did everything correctly. It was a bad part, therefore, they are not at fault and offer no compensation. I asked if I should reach out to corporate. He said I could but they would just send that claim to that office and they'll reject the claim.. since it's CLEARLY not their fault. I asked if he thought it was fair that I had to buy more oil when they messed up. He ignored me and ordered me out of HIS bay. The end. We got this oil change right before our road trip. Luckily, we caught it in time and made it home safe. The car was constantly leaking oil for 3 days, so the whole bottom of the car and back of the car is completely covered in oil. Did they offer to clean it off for us.. YES. Did they lift up a single rag.. NO. So if you value your car, and your life.. I would stay away from this place. If you want to roll the dice and come here anyways.. ask Billy Bob if they still have faulty oil filters and refer him to this review. Thanks! read more

I went in for a simple oil change and had a really disappointing experience. The man who helped me (I believe he was the general manager) was extremely rude and had a bad attitude from the start. On top of that, he actually tried to get me to help with the service, which was uncomfortable and completely unprofessional. Customer service matters, and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had. I don't recommend coming here -- it's worth driving further into Boston to get better service elsewhere. I live in the community and have already been telling people about this experience, and I've also heard several similar stories from others. I gave the employee my car key and waited in the waiting area for about 30 minutes. While waiting, there is small area with about 8 to 10 chairs, a water cooler, a bathroom and a TV. I got the advanced full synthetic oil change (the most expensive one) that costs $102. If you don't want to spend as much, their other oil change options range from $50 to $82. Also, if you go on the main Jiffy Lube website, there are always coupons available (usually $10 off). I did not have any problems during or after my visit. read more

Hence my discovery that jiffy will save me the humiliation of begging someone do it. All you have do is drive up at time convient for you. Random bulb out or can't just quite put on your fancy. Rain x windshield wipers? Headlights fogging? They can do all that. Also they won't complain and are super nice about any questions you have. Or give your pointer for potential emerging issues Plus I've never paid more than anywhere than 30$ to 100$, well worth the cost. Not having to call anyone for car stuff is priceless. read more

But that was not done on my car. They just had my hood open with no one looking in front of my car. They show me my oil line before and after, like other places would. The literal mechanic is smoking a cigarette while filling up my oil. After completing service he just stood on the phone in front of my car rather than closing my hood and leading me out of the bay. I've been coming to this location since I bought my 2019 Jeep Cherokee brand new. Their quick service, professionalism, knowledge and great vibe keeps me coming back and I've never had an issue with my vehicle. On the very first time I cheated on them and went somewhere else because of traffic, at the place I cheated, the mechanic didn't screw the nut in tight enough and I was leaking out all my oil. I went in for my oil change. During the oil change, I was asked to start my car which I did and it turned on fine. After they were done, my car couldn't start anymore. The attendants were rude, uncouth, and unprofessional. Don't ever use this facility, you can go to other Jiffy Lube center. I've never seen an arrogant people as these bunch. Very very bad service. I've been coming to this Jiffy Lube for a couple years now and am always impressed with their level of customer service and speed. I just went in today to get my oil changed and it was by far my best visit yet! The man in charge welcomed me right away and made sure I was comfortable waiting in the waiting room. They not only changed my oil, but also informed me about a "buy one windshield wiper, get one free" special which my car greatly needed! I always appreciate the specials they have going on. Jiffy Lube is a shockingly unethical brand - they will damage your car and then deny all responsibility through a VERY shifty claims process. This location damaged my oil pan during an oil change, forcing me to have to get an $1100 repair because it meant I was leaking oil everywhere and then refused to help me cover repairs because I "didn't have proof" that they caused the damage. The only people who have touched my car in the last 2 years are Jiffy Lube employees, but that isn't proof enough. So now I'm supposed to film everything Jiffy Lube does around my car just in case they damage a part??? read more

I arrived and was quick greeted by a friendly associate who offered to drive my car into the bay as I a little hesitant because I did not have my glasses. he was friendly and helpful and most importantly addressed my concerns. this also happened to be the first day of the new manager Tyler who was quick to introduce himself. I came here for an oil change. Before I got home I heard a strange noise, pulled over and realized that they had forgotten to reattach a piece under my vehicle. I couldn't drive it back to the shop until I could figure out how to secure the piece myself. They were unprofessional, not helpful and it was very expensive. The air pressure in my tires weren't checked in a question whether or not the filter was even changed on my van.
