I will never go back to Jiffy Lube because of the extreme dishonesty. I went in for an oil change and was told that my rear brakes need to be replaced and it would cost $550. I went to a reputable auto repair shop and they said that my brakes are perfectly fine. If you go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, get a second opinion before allowing them to scam you. read more

After reading all the mixed reviews I still decided to give this place a shot. I'm so glad I did that. The customer service displayed by every member of the team was above and beyond. Kevin and Zach really broke down the entire process to me in the most simplest way possible. I received a full print out of recommendations of services needed and all my questions were answered. No pushy sales tactics as this is not a sales comisión environment. My car was returned to me super clean and all my services where done quickly. I was lied to about a price of service so they could gain another sale. Instead of being honest about the price, he decided to lie and say it would be cheaper. So I would agree to the service. I would've never agreed if I knew that specific service was that amount. I come to jiffy because I trust that I would receive an honest service. Instead of treating me the customer with basic human decency, instead I got scammed. If I was a man this would've been a different story but as I am woman they prayed on the fact that I have no knowledge of cars. These type of employees that provide our community with dishonest service should absolutely be shut down. We the customers keep this business open by coming for service. They tried to get me to get the higher priced synthetic oil in a car that was from 2006 when they didn't use that oil and the oil they put in was 5w20 instead of the 5w30 that's on the cap. And holy crap transmission fluid change was pricey my total visit cost me over 200 bucks not worth it. Also they won't do repairs using brought in correct oem parts so I'm taking my business elsewhere read more

tried to get service yesterday & today. it smells like gas coming out of the building. they are still opened. employees are still working. even the Area mgr is aware. still opened. Based on the reviews, I was inclined to be suspicious of this location. Took my car here, and requested to watch them work on my car. They caught an attitude started to try to harass me and asked me to leave. Only suspicious companies have an issue with you watching them work on your car. Worse service. this is the worse jiffy lube ever , I got my car oil chnage they didn't put things back correctly when I got in my car to drive off the car cut off in the middle of the road . the manager was very rude as I was talkin on the phone he was telling me or there are other places you can go . as he went back to talk with his peers they all started laughing and looking at me mind you im the only person in there I woul not recommend this place to anyone read more

We were moving a vehicle from MD to Maine and had no air conditioning so we stopped here to get it fixed before hitting the road. Kevin and the crew could not have treated us any better! Kevin was a breath of fresh air. He was confident comforting and a genuine good guy. The truck was completely checked out and on the road as fast as possible and we did not have any further issues. I thought I had an ok experience until a week later. They broke the tab that opens my hood and threw it away without telling me. This is dangerous! I found out when I needed to get my hood open on the shoulder of I-95. For good measure, when I got it open, I found a rotten sandwich on my battery. When I went back to talk to them, they assured me the sandwich must have gotten under the unopenable hood some other way because 'they do not eat under the hood'. They' would rather insult my intelligence than apologize. They said because the tab broke due to normal wear and tear they did not need to tell me about it. They offered to screw the two pieces of the hood toggle together if I bought it for them. This is the kind of customer service you can expect from them. read more

For the first time in years I had to get my oil changed somewhere other than the dealer. The guys here last night were amazing. Very friendly, worked hard and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Took my coupons. Very happy with the prices. Overall this was an amazing experience and I will be back for sure. read more

I have been going here for years. They also put new brakes on last year. Never have an issue. Always very polite. If they suggest something I don't want I just say no and that's the end of it. Will continue to have my oil changed here unless things change for the worse. read more

These guys definitely take the Jiffy out of Jiffy Lube. One customer waited two hours with only four cars in line. I'm here more than an hour. Go elsewhere. read more
