Brought my wheels for tread wear warranty on new vehicle Michelin tires. They examined my tires (tread, dry rot, etc.) and wrote up a report for Michelin which was accepted for pro-rating. Subsequently purchased new tires and alignment from Pep Boys, which had CJ picking up and delivering my vehicle with its new rubber. Great job! Highly-recommend these folks and location.

It took them 30 minutes from the time they told me they needed to be replaced to the car being done and that labor fee was $254...... Without this absurd labor fee for a less then 30 minute job my review would be much higher. They were able to find a tire for my car as well as squeeze me during the mid-afternoon rush. I was told it could take about 2 hours and informed that I could utilize the coffee/tea machine, cookies,TV, and lounge area to wait. The wait was less than 2 hours but I was pleased that the service was quick and easy.

They couldn't fit me in for a full appointment for a few weeks, but they still had me bring the car in to run a diagnostic and make sure it was safe to drive. After checking it out, they told me they believed it simply needed an oil change. They didn't charge me anything for the diagnostic, and they were right--once I got the oil changed, the check engine light never came back. The second time, I brought my car in for a different issue. They were thorough, completed the work in a timely manner, and charged a fair price. About a month later, I started experiencing similar symptoms again, so I brought it back. They dug a little deeper and discovered a nest inside the system that was blocking the drain. They spent over an hour fixing the problem, getting completely soaked in the process. When it was time to pay, they told me there was no charge because they considered it related to the previous repair. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent workmanship with this level of honesty and customer service. They've earned my trust, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Getting updates was like pulling teeth. He offered me a free oil change, overfilled the reservoir, and broke the seal on my valve cover requiring a gasket replacement, which I had repaired at another shop. The shift linkage issue was fixed by a new steering column. The installation of which caused my turn signal cancelation switch to stop working. Also, the retaining pin to hold the shift lever in place doesn't go all the way through, so it occasionally will come off in my hand if I forget to push that pin in. This leads me to the reason for the review: I've been calling for two weeks to ask which steering column he installed to get replacement parts. When he answers, which is rare, he always tells me he'll find out and call back. I've never gotten a call back. I'll never let this guy touch another vehicle of mine again.
