I had a scheduled confirmed early morning (waiting for car) appointment. A really nice male employee called the night before to confirm. I got there in the morning on time, and the older man with white/gray hair at the desk was rude to me. He acted like working on my car was an inconvenience to him rifling through paper work to find mine. He refused me service and saying waiting was problematic because he had all AC appointments or it would be four or more hours until I gave up and left. Maybe because I'm a woman he thought he could take advantage. I will never use or recommend this place. I'll tell anyone I know never to go there. I don't usually post reviews at all much less bad ones, but he shouldn't be in customer service. I actually had to pull over I was so upset about how I was treated. I called asking to see if they had a tire i needed in stock and they guy who answered was very rude, kept talking over me and wouldn't let me even explain my issue. He kept jumping to assumptions and didn't want to sell me the tire at the end of the call and said the only way I could get a tire is if I were to get it installed somewhere else. Brought my truck in to see if my needed repair was something they could take care of. Johnny had his guys take a look and verified that they could. Initially I was going to wait on the repair but Johnny explained why that would be a bad idea, and let me know they had financing options available which I was happy to find out about. During the repair they discovered another issue and were able to fix that in the same timeframe without inflating the price in the process. I had an appointment and was 15 minutes early came back an hour and a half later and all they had done was just take the air out of the tires of one vehicle. I was there to swap tires from one vehicle to another and when I question how look took the old man was very rude. so I told him to take my cars off the rack. I've done this work before and I now it doesn't take hours to do It . This is the second time I've been here and in both times there has been a non handicap car parked in the handicap spot. read more

Horrible experience here. I went there to get an oil change since I had a coupon for $21.99 for regular oil change. But they said that my car must get synthetic oil. So I ended up paying $60. When I went back to pick up my car,they tried to rip me off again, lying that My car has rear shocks leakage (they said it would cost $325 to replace them). I did not trust them and took my car to the other place to get a second opinion. No leakage what so ever... It was all BS. I would never ever go there. read more

I went here to get a free brake inspection. Once they told me what was wrong with my car I had a feeling something was off. I knew my brake pads and rotors were bad for sure, however they told me that my calipers were shot too. They wanted to charge me about 750$ and when I said that was way out of my budget, especially when brake pads and rotors should really only cost about 300$ if that much even, they immediately changed and said that I absolutely MUST change my calipers or my brakes will fail. I got a trustworthy mechanic friend to check my car out and my calipers were just fine. I ended up spending about 420$ on all the parts necessary, including the calipers just in case they were shot. However since the calipers were fine I returned the calipers and got 200$ back. I'm never going to these kind of mechanics again. It may be a little unnecessary to add, but I am a woman who does not know much about cars. I really felt taken advantage of and I don't want to trust anyone with my car anymore. read more
