I have used Jiffy Lube's on and off over the years. The one thing I do not like is up-charging/selling more expensive services than I need or want. I needed brakes and was quoted $550 over the phone. Upon arrival and walking to the waiting area a service tech said I needed my brake fluid flushed, which costs an additional $199. If this is standard the price should have been included in the phone quote. I called several places for quotes and Jiffy had the best price. I would have gone to Midas with a $670 quote. I did my homework and a brake fluid flush is recommended when new brakes are installed. I can have it done next month, but I will not be using Jiffy Lube. read more

This Jiffy Lube is fast and efficient. I went for a recent oil change and was able to remain in my car the whole time, a great option during the pandemic. The employees are professional and aren't super pushy about upselling things like filters and fluids. They walked me through resetting my control panel to register the oil change. They also slipped me a sticker for my next service. Everyone was wearing masks and gloves. I was also able to use an online coupon for $10 off my oil change--so I put the money toward a tip. Easy in,easy out, good service. I came in on a Tuesday morning for an oil change. I specifically picked this location because it was the only Jiffy Lube in my general area with a higher Yelp rating. I drove up,they took my car, about 10 minutes in they had a suggested service which I agreed too. Normally I hate these places because they always try to upsell (which they did) but I'm trying to get every mile I can out of this car so I went with it. Twenty minutes later my car was ready to go. My son and I were the only ones in the small waiting room. Everyone was observant of masks and social distancing. Pricing was higher but the 10 dollar discount was at least nice. But today, the service rep basically scolded me for something I've received for the last few years - top off of my oil since my car burns a lot of oil. I was driving to work when my low tire pressure light came on. I stopped at four gas stations looking for a free air dispenser that actually worked and then ended up pulling into a Jiffy Lube. Even though the service people were busy helping others, and I wasn't there for any paid services, Antonio very kindly told me to pull my car up. He carefully checked all four tires and added air to the one that was quite low. He was super nice. There are still good people out there, and at least one of them is at this Jiffy Lube. read more

Really? they don't have any display to show the stratospheric prices...when you realize! pum! you have to pay. I called the local dealership and they do it for $40 bucks. Came here because of the good reviews and I'm glad I did. Called ahead to see if there would be a wait, and Antonio answered the phone, was very friendly, said there was no wait, and to ask for him when I got there. I did shortly thereafter, and he and everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I asked them to check if I needed new wiper blades, and they said no, the wiper blades looked fine, so I appreciated them not trying to upsell me if it wasn't necessary! They offered the full synthetic or synthetic blend oil for my car, and didn't try to upsell me on the full synthetic either, when I selected the blend. When I was checking out, they said that their location didn't accept the coupon I had, but they still gave me a small discount anyway. My car was done really quickly, probably in about 15 minutes, and I was on my way! For reference, it was about 4pm on a Thursday, and I was very relieved not to have to wait long since I had my cat in a carrier with me after a trip to the vet. :) All in all, a very good experience, which made this chore painless! read more

One of the professionals at this Jiffy Lube felt the wait time for parts delivery was taking to long so he got into his personal vehicle and picked them up himself. I went to this jiffy lube on the recommendation of yelp and got really good service. Thanks yelp!! Staff was friendly and explained everything in detail without the hard up sell. As others have said, you also get a free car wash with your service and you can immediately get a $5 discount when downloading the coupon from their website. I personally don't like the up sell but that's with every jiffy lube I've been to so if you expect it, it won't be so bad and it's probably better to know what you might need. They generally based their up sell on Toyota (insert you car here) recommendations and not some arbitrary thing they think you should do. Yes, it's a little scary thinking that you might need more costly repairs but it's also good to know just in case. Overall I had a really good experience here. read more

***COVID19 UPDATE*** so what I know of from the virus, the known facts, that the fact it can travel up to 13feet, and people who have the covid could show no symptoms. So I made the call earlier, feel the need to have oil change on my car (overdue), and asked what are the things they changed during this pandemic to make me feel safe having my car serviced with them. They assured me, that I didn't have to get out of the car while they're changing the oil. WRONG! I had to get out of the car to make a payment, on the pad that's probably been touched by many people. And I had to show my "hesitation" that they initiated to clean it! and the WORST part of it, NONE of them wearing MASKS! If one of them, carries the virus, it could easily be spread to 5 other people in the shop! read more

This is actually a two part review, both visits within this month (12/11/2019, and 12/30/2019) 12/11/2019: Overall I would have initially given this experience 5 Stars- literally. From start to finish it was wonderful and I was in and out so quick, especially for having been one of 4 customers, the crew was awesome. However, the only complaint I have is that I commute about an hour one way to and from work, I didn't realize how bad my breaks actually were because I was not given the sense of urgency... I really appreciate the advisor looking out for me (which is why I decided to come back to them) but I would have rather taken care of the service then and there instead of having to come back so soon (2 weeks later). The crew that day: Simmie- opened door for me, did windows tires vacuumed, very fast Darwin- lead, THIS GUY, very nice and thorough work, every cap he moved and touched he wiped off and put back in place, he looked like he paid attention to detail and his work was quality Kaneel- helpful Ner- was awesome, very genuine, didn't push the recommendation work, I felt like he wanted to look out for me and appreciated his suggestions. 12/30/2019: From the last visit 2 weeks ago I was given a print out of service comments on my receipt suggesting the front brakes be replaced and said $349.99. I called first thing before coming because I wanted to confirm the price and that I could drop it off this morning. I spoke with Alex who said he is the manager. He looked up my information and told me the brakes on each axial would be $395-410, but if I did all he could give me a discount to total around $790. When I arrived to the shop, he was very nice, but I showed him my receipt from the last visit and he told me "yeah I bet you saw that price 349.99 and thought YES I CAN DO THAT, but that is an outdated quote for older vehicles, and it's actually going to be around 395-410 like I said over phone ma'am." Now.....I already know service shops overcharge so much because you are not only paying for their labor but for their knowledge, and rightfully so. We should happily pay them this, heck, I don't know how to change it myself! But I actually got my brakes changed last year by a friend and I spent less than $100 for the parts from Auto Zone and nothing to have them switched out, point being I *know* a little bit of the game here and given such I just believe that good customer service would be following through with the price given to me two weeks ago. I could understand if it were at least a month or more ago, but come on guys....12 business days and it went up $60+?? TISK TISK. If it weren't imperative to get it done ASAP I would have gone elsewhere. This experience is enough to have earned 2 Stars, but the first crew was so awesome, they are the ones who wouldn't deserve it. I was told my car would be ready in about an hour, so still time to update my review overall, but I'm definitely not returning to this location unless I absolutely have to. read more
