Needed to get a tire replaced on my son's care so made an appointment to install it here. I ordered the replacement on-line at goodyear.com and made the appointment at the same time. Called in the morning to confirm the appointment since I never got a email confirmation from this Just Tiree locatiin but they did have me scheduled. They told me it would take about a hour and a half and it was only about an hour and 15 minutes. They have a keurig coffee and tea machine in waiting area which was nice. They also made sure pressure in my other tires were correct along with the new tire. I probably would of give them a 5 star but they almost forgot to give me the center cap of the rim back and good thing I noticed it before I left. Overall, a very good experience. read more

While I was still waiting for my car during the same visit -- after being told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours for a basic oil change, even though I had made an appointment over the phone a week in advance for a Lyft Flexdrive rental -- I left a review out of frustration, reflecting my honest experience. Not long after, the person working the front desk saw the review and confronted me loudly in front of other customers. He said something like, "Even though we're trying to get you out of here in an hour, you still left a bad review?" It was incredibly unprofessional, uncomfortable, and frankly, inappropriate. What made the situation worse was that other employees backed him up, instead of calming things down. I overheard remarks like: "We need to stop taking Lyft cars." "Tell them to come a week later!" It was clear I was being singled out, simply for leaving an honest review while waiting -- something any customer should be able to do without being called out publicly. I waited until after I left the store to post this follow-up, just to avoid another confrontation with the same aggressive staff. This whole experience was disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. Instead of taking accountability or addressing the actual issue, the staff chose to blame and embarrass a paying customer. That behavior alone confirms that my original review was more than justified. What shocked me the most after everything that happened was finding out that the person who loudly confronted me in front of other customers for leaving an honest review... is actually the store manager, Shawn Jackson. Got an alignment at the shop, didn't notice right away but after a few days notied my steering wheel was crooked to the left, only slightly but noticably when paying attention, truck rode perfectly straight however. Went into the dealership to do a software recalla few days later and the tech mentioned the steering wheel and they'd do a free alignment check. They came back and showed unequal Toe left and right and both well out of acceptable levels. When I was able to get back in to Just Tires they mentioned they'd have to charge again due to the mileage I had put on the truck. This is a dishonest shop. I have been using them for the last three years and I noticed that they always told me that I needed additional very expensive repairs every time I brought one of my cars in for an alignment or new tires. I became suspicious because they did this every single time. I recently brought my car in for a wheel alignment. They told me that I needed two new tires because of alleged damage to two of my pre-existing tires. I took my car to Mr. Tire on Four Mile Run Drive and Midas on Columbia Pike for second and third opinions. Both shops said that there was nothing wrong with my tires. Took my 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to this shop for a new set of tires. They didn't have them in stock. They ordered them for the next day, so I left my Jeep in their shop for the night. The tires came in the next morning, they called me at 11:00 and said my Jeep was ready for pickup.My service rep was a lady named Araceli Lopez. She was OUTSTANDING. She was VERY professional and answered ALL my questions. She comminicated with me perfectly. She explained EVERYTHING to me. Another person named Dewayne was also very helpful as well. These guys are located right across the street from my home. I pass this place all the time. I was not expecting much, in fact I was expecting some kind of problems. It never happened. I purchased my tires via Goodyear Roll and was sent to Just Tires for installation. My rims were damaged and a glue substance was left on my tires and rim. Shaun Jackson, the manager, was insisting that there is no way that the damage could come from tire installation, which is a BOLD FACE LIE!!! He only offered to remove the substance from my car. I purchased a battery for my car here back when I was volunteering at BIA. Not only did they overcharge me, but I just had to replace the same battery at Merrifield Citgo today. Just to prove that I was overcharged, I brought it around the corner to Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body (who I have dealt with for years and know the owners and their siblings and kids, since the 1990's) to prove it and he confirmed that I was ripped. I have never gone back there for anything since this incident except for an oil change and they tried to rip me again when I did. I came in to ask about a slow leak in a tire. The person at the desk suggested I make an appointment. I made one for the next morning at 8:30am. I came in handed over my keys and watched my car sit in front for 90 minutes and no one even had looked at it yet. Why bother making an appointment if you can't keep it. It was also 30 minutes after they opened so you can't tell me they were backed up that long already. Find somewhere else and don't waste 90 minutes of your life like I did. The service itself seems very good. They patched my tire the less convenient but right way to make sure it was done correctly, which I appreciate. The price seemed reasonable and on par with what would be expected in the areas Update: I was contacted by the manager after the review and he called me directly to ask what they could do better. I had a very pleasant chat with Sean and honestly his costumer service and what he said was exceptional. I made an appointment to refrain from the normal walk-ins(which takes longer), expecting to be in the store for 45mins to an hour for an oil change ( coming from the clerk that helped me), They didn't move my car until an hour later. Which is over my appointment time and the time I had blocked on my schedule for this oil change. Right now I am waiting for my two tires to be replaced, mounted, aligned...ya know, all that tire jazz. This woman who works at the customer service desk is YELLING at a customer (mr.khan, apparently) because he's an hour and a half late. Actually yelling at him. Yes, yelling. There are other customers around, too. HOW IS THIS OK? I'm stressed out just being here, witnessing this awful customer service, even if it's not directed at me. For my experiences, I came in yesterday asking for 2 new tires. The gentleman who helped me yesterday was great and helpful-he quickly pulled up a quote, looked at my tires to confirm I needed them, and said he could have my tires here tomorrow since they didn't have them in stock. I said great--the cost was higher than other places I looked at ($300 for two Hyundai Accent tires). I decided to go ahead and have him order them. He said he would call me the next day when the tires arrived. 6pm rolls around and I haven't heard anything. I called and they said they don't know why he didn't call me, that he was calling some people but kept getting voicemail (???). I really don't care if he called other people...he never called me. ANYWAY, they had my tires. I just need tires and want to get this over with so I came in. The woman barely acknowledged me, was mumbling something and said you need two tires? I said yes. Arlington County has these RIDICULOUS medians in their roadways. I mean, I can handle NORMAL medians but these crazed median, divot, medians I cannot. Long story short, I crashed into one of these and it made my tire get a bubble. I brought it in to Just Tires just because it was near my work. The service techs there were nice and informative however they were EXTREMELY pushy when it came to getting me to buy an entire new set of tires for my car and getting an alignment. I was just about to donate my car so I didn't really care about all of that. I felt their prices are reasonable and the service prompt, I just don't appreciate pushy salespeople. They also make you pay extra money for a warranty when other tire shops offer it for free. read more

Went there for one tire replacement. Waited on site and it took them about 2 hours. After they finished my tire, they tried to sell me useless service -- air filter and cabin air filter replacement. It's really useless because I checked my filters regularly and they are in good shape. I doubt whether he have really looked at those filters. I ordered two tires online and set up an appointment for 10am to have them installed. When I showed up at the proper time, the guy at the desk physically brought out the tires and put them in front of me and said "here you go". I kinda laughed and said no I need you all to install them! Then the guy said "Nope, you said you just wanted to pick them up, here you go" (I never said this). I was kind of dumfounded and thought he was playing a joke, and I said why would I set up an appointment and go to all of this trouble if I was just going to pick them up. The guy started to get angry and said, "nope, you said you are going to pick them up, I don't have time for this". I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Funny part was that I had about $600 worth of other work that I needed done (alignment, oil change, etc) that I had told them over the phone I needed. I got upset and simply paid for the tires and walked out with them. Long story short, this has to be the first auto repair place in history that DID NOT WANT the client to spend more. I physically had $600 on me that I wanted to spend there and the guy basically said they didn't want to do the work. I was shocked. really? It didn't help that the manager was having a shouting match with a lady with a stroller right when I walked in. The positive part of this story? I found an amazing place right across the street that has everything I needed for half the price, "Tires for Less", that took the two tires I had just bought and installed them within 10 minutes for 1/3 of the price that Just tires would have charged. I've been bringing all my vehicles to Just Tires ever since I moved into the area in the summer of 2006. They have always been upfront, speedy service and reasonable prices. I recently brought in my 84' pick up which needed brakes very badly. I need to replace the catalytic converter on it, so it runs a bit loud...so, I turn my radio up louder. Because of this, I didn't hear my brakes screaming their last cries of life. Yea, I was a negligent fool. Anyways, I needed the standard 2 brake pads, but 2 rotors were needed and 1 caliper. UGH. They called me with the news of the caliper and I asked to see the caliper that needed to be replaced. Indeed, it was pretty wasted. Honesty isn't a thing that car repair shops are known for but these guys are pretty straight shooters. They even knock money off the bills of frequent customers. Alright, time for me to update my initial review of this local car service establishment chain. The last time I attempted to get my vehicle repaired and estimated for service here, the staff in place at that time were not customer friendly, helpful or very knowledgeable. This time, however, I recently stopped in to give them another chance and found the service folk here much more receptive and willing to provide customer friendlier service, informed advice and detailed work estimates. Bill stepped up to immediately offer me any assistance and helpfully informed me his team would be able to take my car in their shop right away to repair and replace my worn tires with new, affordable and available tires they already had in stock! Earlier that day, Sean readily took my call and helpfully explained their availability to service my vehicle and encouraged me to come in and take a look at my car to provide a more accurate service repair estimate. Both Sean and Bill were extremely professional, knowledgeable, helpful, receptive and customer friendly! I will definitely come back here the next time I need car repair, tire replacement and vehicle service. This Just Tires location is much improved in my book! I appreciated that they let me go into the shop and watch what they did with my car, and that they put up with my n00b questions. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 4 is because they wouldn't back down on their $34.95 price quote for patching a tiny leak in my tire. However, they keep excellent records of my previous service in all my vehicles and let me know when I do need service. After several interactions with the folks at this location, I'm a fan. I needed to replace my tires but couldn't afford to do them all at once. I got a flat and replaced just that tire. As soon as I could, I came back for a second one. And then I came back for #3 and #4. With the last two tires, I had an alignment done, plus an oil change and a few other maintenance items. Everything was competently done, and I didn't feel at all like anyone was pressuring me or trying to pull one over on me. I'll also note that the tires I needed for my car were special order. They came in remarkably quickly each time I came in for them. I got there later than I intended and had quite a long wait today. But it was simply because there were a lot of other folks there. They let me know ahead of time, though, so the wait wasn't a surprise -- I could have come back another time. The place is bright and clean and they have wifi. Everyone was pleasant to deal with. I'm not sure if all Just Tires are this friendly, but this one has got my business. read more
