I got a super deal on Black Friday Goodyear tires on Walmart+. I got an appointment for a week later at the closest Walmart Auto Center. Since I live in Bellevue, i was apprehensive that there could be issues with the installation at Walmart. I had the confirmation email from Walmart+, so while it took 15-20 minutes for them to find the order and get me written up, they didn't act like it was a problem. The waiting room was clean, with comfortable chairs, but no complimentary food, drink or TV. When my car was ready an hour later, the installation technician, Roberto, was very friendly and had taken care of difficulties that cropped up while he was doing the install promptly and without bothering me. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this Walmart Auto Center, and very happy I could save $270 over Costco's lowest price tires. Thank you, Roberto! read more

I had an apointment fornoil change today. Waited for 1 hr for the person to check me in. Finally he comes and tell we cant change the oil becuase we dont have the filter for the car. took my tire off to get it checked because it had a bubble. the cashier boy said my tire would blow if i had driven on it however my warranty was voided since the tire was not on my vehicle, basically saying I was required to drive on a dangerous tire in order to redeem the warranty. I live in gig harbor and attempted to go to the Bremerton Walmart however you must go to the store you purchased the tires at. ended up at federal way Walmart just to be told i can't remove the tire from the vehicle, they didn't even put my tires on in the first place! overall experience 0/5 would never buy tires here again. read more

I spent over 3 hours there for an oil change. It would be one thing if it was because they were busy, but it was literally because they forgot to tell me that I had to park in a specific spot. I sat there for 2 hours until they finally said something, and told me where I should have parked even though they literally had my keys. You Get what you pay for. The guy said he couldn't check my rear diff because of covid (it's 2024) then later apologized saying they don't have the right tools. Not sure what to believe. The tool chest did seem sparse. He didn't know what oil viscosity meant. Afterwards service manager said diff check no longer part of full service yet it's still on the reciept. With that said it's the cheapest place in town to get an oil change. Just double check their work before you drive away. Check your oil and make sure everything is there. On second thought I might just go elsewhere next time. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Employees are all incompetent. Went to check in to get a set of 4 brand new tires I bought from Walmart's website. She said the a appointment was canceled but checked me in anyway. So I left to go wait. 40 minutes later they call me to say they don't have the tires and that it was not delivered! I had no notification that the tires didn't come in ... and they didn't even know 40 minutes after checking in that they weren't delivered... HIGHLY recommend not using this Walmart auto enter. I was running out of oil on my way to Oregon so I stopped here. 3 cars ahead and it took them hours to deal with my car. You can see them chatting and looking into cars and killing time the entire time. I asked them if they know other mechanics around the place that can get the job done in less time and the guy lied to me saying that everywhere is this crowded. It was not, I later found out. I called other auto care centers and they're waiting time was 10 minutes. I cannot believe how they kill time and they do not care about the impact of their bad service here! We go kill the 2 hours of time and then 2 hours later they call... and say they don't have the filter to do the oil change. This place is TRASH. I needed a tire patched, on a Sunday, options were limited so I popped in here. I was stopped about 10 steps in by a tech who asked me what I needed - I told him a tire patched and he said "yeah, we don't even have the people right now to do that." AND LITERALLY TURNED AROUND AND WENT BACK INTO THE SHOP. I wish I caught his name because that man was worthless. Why not tell me how long the wait was or tell me to get into the line? AVOID AT ALL COST! I was 1st in line at 6:52 am (they open at 7am) I wanted a full synthetic oil change. I was told 40 minutes... At 9:05 am they finally told me the car was ready -over 2 hours for an oil change and I was the FIRST CUSTOMER. The 2nd guy got 4 tires mounted and balanced and drove off before I did. To make matters worse they told me they put in 6 quarts of oil in a car that only takes 5. So with an unexpected day off, I decided to sieze the day and get the oil changed in my truck. First I contacted most of what I would consider reputable shops, they were all booked. I won't go to any Monkey, Jiffy or Bucky types of places based on my past experiences. In determination to reach my objective, I went to Wallyworld! I hate that I did this but it has to be done. I parked my truck, went inside and was told to pull up to the bay. There was one car inside and I was the next in line. Moments later I was greeted by a "tech". I told him that I'd like to get my oil changed. He said "we can't". I asked why and he told me there are only two of us, and we're going to lunch now. Worst customer service, they told me it would be an hour for my oil change. I have my infant son with me so I told him I couldn't wait for a couple hours but an hour would be fine. There was a truck with a dead battery when I got there and after 2 hours, they finally decided to move it and start working on everybody's stuff, I gave him my license plate number but they didn't have it in the system even though I gave it to them about 4 times, so they parked a whole bunch of other cars in front of mine so the wait was going to be about another 2 hours possibly more. I had to leave because my son was fussy and I had to pick up my daughter, wasted 2 hours of our time didn't get an oil change and they didn't really care at all. Worst service ever. read more

H.O.L.Y. C.O.W. This place is garbage. I ordered tires online and came in to get them put on my truck. I called to get the hours and the person told me they close at 7pm but they stop taking customers at 5pm. So I came in today even tho I'm moving to get them put on before they sent them back. I get to the Auto center and the woman at the counter says there is one more person for tires in front of me so i go shopping. I come back over an hour later and mu truck is sitting in the same exact place. Im not even mad tho, she said they were busy. The issue started when I got inside. No one was to be found at the counter, the woman that worked the front was missing and no one knew where she was. I just asked for my keys back since they were too busy to put 2 tires on a truck. No problem until the other chick said NO. Im like what... what? Oh you're gonna give me my keys back. I already paid for the tires and you havent done anything to my truck. She still said no. Had an oil change done (which I normally do but was lazy) and they charged me for 6 quarts of oil when the car only holds 4.7 plus the filter for a total of 5 - it's a Lexus ES330. When I balked about the extra quart they guy said our book says 6 quarts and that's what you'll pay for if you want your car back! Never again, you all have been warned! read more

Literally came in for they said it would be a 4 hour wait to put 2 tires on which is fine and all so we get one tire and they say it will be a 30 min wait to put the rim on it and give it to us so we go into the store shop come back 30 min later its still not done than we wait another 30 min! I don't even know where to begin with this yelp review. I'll begin with horrible service!! July 9th 2019 @ 12pm I walk in. There is no one in the front lobby. People standing around waiting to be helped. There's no bell to ding for someone to come out. The girl that finally came and helped me was of no use. Didn't know how to help me. If they were busy she should have said something and to the people that were waiting of how long the wait would be. Had I known I was going to be there for almost a whole shift, I would've went somewhere else. No communication. The best part was after 6.5 hours I'm told my wheels don't fit my car. I even called and made sure if it fit my car and they said yes. (Walmart.com/third party) In all actuality, it didn't fit. So they put my old wheels back on and tell me I'm ready to go after all of that. I'm livid already. Of course I'm not just going to leave without walking around my car kuz that's what people do who car about their things. I want to see how well u took care of my possessions. All up on the drivers side and passenger side doors of my car has DENTS, GREASE AND SCRATCHES. You can tell that they were leaning the wheels up against the car kuz every dent was the same height with scratches. I took pictures and videos. Everyone of the workers said the same thing, " those were not there when u brought your car in." Yeah I KNOW! How is it that I entrust you with my car and no one says anything about it like it wasn't there? Long story short The Asst. Manager Denise told me that I have to get an estimation of how much it would be and if it was under a certain amount they pay directly from the store if it's more it has to go thru insurance. I'm putting this on here so they can remember what they said. If not check your cameras because I was there. I will be by on Friday 9/12 to drop off the estimation. S/O to the only black guy that was there that was most professional and honest and looked like he was the only one running that shop. read more

Walked in to get my tires changed out. Stood at the front counter and the technicians saw me standing there and they were NOT doing anything but chatting amongst each other. After finishing their conversation 5 min later a lady then came out to help me. They should also know not to address a customer by 'hun' for people have names. If negative stars were possible, that is how I would rate Walmart Auto Care on 314th. Went in on Thanksgiving day around 11:45 am, sign clearly showed the Auto Center was open until 2 pm. When I pulled up for an oil change I was told by RALPH the store was closing and to come back after 1 pm in a very rude, impolite and abrupt manner and that NO, he's not changing my oil. I've had problems with Ralph in the past: years earlier I was told he couldn't change my oil because he couldn't remove the oil filter, and another time I had to instruct him on how to change my headlight bulb. I beefed to their customer complaint line, was referred to his manager, who explained he is gruff but a competent asset to the company. Why would you want someone gruff to be the face of your company to customers? I was offered a $20 gift certificate, but after being punched in the eye consumer-wise, they can keep their lollipop.
