I visited Jiffy Lube in Kent for Front Brakes replacement. My front breaks were 3mm and rear brakes were 6mm.They inspected the car and confirmed that the front brakes needed to be replaced. They replaced them at a cost of $329.09 . After 3 months i visited the service center again and notified them that my front brakes we grinding, They checked and told me that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. I tried to explain but they dismissed my concerns. I visited another service center and i was told that my front breaks were metal on metal. Today i went and confronted them on my findings but the manager said that there is nothing he could do because they had replaced the rear brakes which did not need replacement in the first place. This is total fraud because they never replaced any brakes and charged me $329.09.They have endanger my life and the life of my family and friends. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Jiffy Lube for nearly 30 years. Although the prices have gone up significantly since then, I appreciate the convenience of not needing an appointment and the quick service. However, I have noticed that technicians have been forgetting to put back or tighten the tire stem caps in recent year. I used to buy replacements after oil changes, but now I have to inspect this detail in the parking lot before I leave. During my recent visit, I had to ask for a missing piece to be put back on my vehicle. While it may seem like a small issue, it reflects of lack of attention to detail. it makes me wonder if other parts of the vehicle are properly serviced in the rush, and this oversight with the valve caps raises concerns about the overall quality of the services. read more

Where do I start??? 1st sign I should have drove off was when the attendant came to without even asking what type of oil I want for my vehicle saying "we don't have any oil". I looked at him and repeated y'all don't have any oil at all oil change service center? I requested conventional oil. Kent jiffy lube store #1118 on 104th is the worst place to go for any service. I waited almost 2 hours for an oil change and the guy doing the work lied to me about several things, example is he told me I had no oil registering on my dip stick and that I needed to buy an engine oil cleaner , I asked if he checked my fluid levels under hood he said yes and I know he did not, nobody checked my tire pressure as I had asked them to top it all off the mechanic dropped 2 tools thru my engine landing in the lower bay and he then literally walked away from finishing my car and another mechanic had to finish the job. Don't even think he changed my oil filter. Horrible place, they just lie to you to get you to buy unnecessary services and products that they don't do but charge you for. I have requested a full refund but no surprise that hasn't happened. This place should be shut down. Trust me when I say DO NOT LET THIS STORE TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE! read more

I had a good experience with the customer service I received today. However, they did put 5W-30 in my car when the manufacturer states 5W-20. I didn't know until the job was done. It would be great if they asked if I wanted to go with the higher viscosity oil as my Jeep does have high miles or stick with manufacturer guidelines. I now know for next time to ask for the manufacturer recommended oil vs what they think is best for my Jeep. I did have to point out they put my mileage in wrong on the date of next service sticker and needed to change that, which they did. I don't know if there is a way to get a history of what they've done to my Jeep since I've been going to jiffy lube off and on for years. They do have free top off service on most fluids which is nice. I guess I'll have some questions for when I need a top off. read more

Fantastic service. Stopped in this morning for an oil change. The staff were super fast and friendly. On top of that, it was dark out and I was alone, as a single lady I appreciated the efforts of Sheldon, the auto tech who was helping me, to make me feel safe by letting me know what he was doing. It was such a small thing but considering how dark it was and I was the only one there it showed a commitment to service I wasn't expecting from an auto service place. On top of that Sheldon noticed my headlights were dim, I didn't know that's what was going on but I've had a hard time driving at night, I chalked it up to age, but he explained how they are actually clouded and gave me his card so I could come back and get them fixed if I liked. I appreciated being given the tools but not feeling pressured to get it done at that moment. Definitely recommend as they were super fast, very knowledgeable, and incredibly conscientious. read more

This is the third time I stopped by this week to attempt to get an oil change & was turned away!! I understand the first time they turned me away because I got there 5 min to close, but the past 2 times I made it there 30 & 40min to close & the same thing was said "we already took in the last car, come back tomorrow" While telling me this, one side of the shop is empty with the door shut. Change your business hours to closed at 6 if you are going to consistently turn people away well before the posted closing time. I will not be trying again. read more

Was driving to Pep Boys and I saw Jiffy Lube from the stop light. Decided to give them a try. Although they were available and did the oil change fast. It did cost me a little over a hundred dollars for an oil change on a 4 cylinder compact car. I'm not returning to this or any other Jiffy Lube. Price advertised does not reflect what they charge. I've used pep Boys and Valvoline in the past, both have been great and upfront with costs. My friends and family was surprised by their high oil change costs. As it cost more to service your car at Jiffy Lube, versus Nissan or Toyota dealer. read more

The oil change service was quick. It took less than 20 minutes to complete. It cost more than i remember, but it has been 2 years since i use a jiffy lube. Summer, the service advisor/cashier was super friendly. She was chatting and not pushy on up selling. There was limited interactive with the rest of the staff. The wait room was small and cramp. I think it's a requirement for jiffy lube to have a waiting room less than 10x18. read more

He was very kind and explained everything very well, including letting me know how long it would take. Very much appreciated the genuine young man as he walked me through my options and after the fact, the inspections and suggestions for car care maintenance, as well as inform me that his manager, Sam had done my inspection. I went in to get an oil change I have been pushing back because of work. When I went there was no one else so I didn't not have to wait long. As soon as I pulled up there was a worker ready to help me and told me to leave the engine running and leave the keys and he would take us to the lobby. He then told us to help ourselves to coffee and water and showed us where the bathroom was. After that another we work then ask a few things about which car and make to see what type of oil and then began to explain the differences to help me choose which one. After a few minutes they were done and we were on our way. It was really quick and said any time between the next oil Chang I could come to top off any liquids and ever get my floors vacuumed. Definitely recommend coming here cause they are very nice and quick. read more

I have to give this Jiffy Lube 5 stars but it was slightly more money than I expected to have to pay.. During my lunch break from work I dashed to get an estimate done on my car for some damage that was the result of a hit and run accident. Thanks for NOT leaving a note, jerk! ::sigh:: Anyway - I had only 25 minutes left before I needed to be back in my office and thought to dash into Jiffy Lube to see if it was possible to get an oil change. I was expecting that I'd still be late to work.. but it didn't matter too much. I pull up to the driveway and I'm immediately helped by one of the employees. He guides me into the garage where I drive over that big pit in the ground. (anyone else scared of those?!) Then I ask him what the time estimate will be and he says "ehh.. 10, 15 mins?" So I go into the little main office and I give the other guy my customer info. I pick out the oil - I also buy a new air filter, AND the guy reminds me that I can get $10.00 off just because they're having a discount on oil changes. Cool! I kid you not. No later than 8 minutes go by and my green Jetta drives up next to me. I almost couldn't believe my oil was changed so fast! I started to think I got ripped off and they just SAID they put new oil in. In addition to changing the oil so quickly - they also managed to wipe down the windshield and vacuum the carpets! What a fantastic deal. On the drive home I felt relieved that I finally got an oil change and decided that it was worth the extra $15 or so I feel like I paid. Usually oil changes run me like $45 and this was a lot more. But - when you consider how fast it was done, how friendly everyone was, and how I got back to work EARLY instead of late.. it was all worth it.
