This Jiffy Lube is the closest location to my house. I was in DIRE need of an oil change so I swung by here on a Saturday morning. To my delight, it was pretty much deserted. There was one car being serviced in front of me but I didn't have to wait more than five minutes. The attendants called me forward and got to work right away. My information for my car was already in their system since I've come to different JL locations in the past, so they just went based off of the old information (please don't ask me what oil my car needs, I literally don't know!!) The oil change in itself was done fairly quickly and it was somewhere around $10 less than what they quoted me so we'll take it. And bonus, they didn't try to upsell me on anything! Overall a solid spot for a quick oil change and I'll continue to come here for future needs. read more

I was long overdue for an oil change and I prefer to do it myself because of past negative experiences with getting the service done by shops. I kept putting it off but my suv needed it badly so I Googled "oil change near me" and Jiffy Lube (Fife) listed first. I was greeted immediately by Austin. There were a couple other vehicles being worked on and he relayed that it would be a short wait. It was very refreshing to have a tech talk me through the service and suggesting other maintenance services rather than talk down to me or be condescending. The experience was so positive all around that I feel confident in having this shop handle whatever services I need in the future. The oil change was affordable and was worth it for me not to do it myself. I appreciate the above-and-beyond service that I received from Austin and appreciate his communication skills. I really love this Jiffy Lube location. It's MY SATURDAY!!! I don't want to spend my day in line waiting for an oil change. The quick response didn't mean a lack of quality either. My little car had a thorough inspection, oil change, vacuum, filter replacement, window washing and they checked the rear differential. I used the best synthetic oil. With tax it came to 159.17. He is rude and scoffed the two times he serviced my vehicle when I asked for my military discount. I honestly didn't expect Jiffy Lube to be open on Christmas Eve, I called ahead. They answered the phone right away, and told me they'd squeeze me in. I needed my transmission fluid changed When I Arrived they took the time to explain everything they were doing to my car and why. That really means a lot to me because I wanna eventually be able to know all these things in case I see a person broke down on the side of the road, or help someone out who needs it. It was really nice to be able to talk about everything with the people working there. The manager is great, the guys I met are great. 100 percent worth the money, and time. Also! Zeke and the entire crew (sorry, didn't get the other guy's name) took great care of me! Zeke gave me a very gracious tour of the facilities and waiting area and made me feel comfortable while they worked on my fleet vehicle. During the oil change Zeke was very communicative and let me know the entire process in a sort of step by step way. They even showed me how to clear the oil change alert on my van! I grew up bringing my cars to Jiffy Lube. My first car was a 92 Acura Legend and it ran well past 360,000 miles and I am pretty sure regular oil changes were the reason. read more

My bad score really has nothing to do with the individuals working at jiffy lube today. It's more the management I'm griping about. I pulled up at 9am on a Tuesday. There was one employee working on oil changed and one employee (of just a week I later found out) working the desk. That's much less than they should have had on staff imo since the wait time was 40ish minutes. The workers themselves were very nice, they did the best they could to get everyone taken care of and communicate the time frames. It was kind of out of their control that their managers hadn't scheduled enough people. Also the place was dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. At least. Kind of dirty. The bathroom was nasty and the floors kind of sticky. It was dirty enough that any decent manager should have noticed and addressed it a while ago. Would I go again? To jiffy lube yes, it's usually a quick and easy way to get the oil changed in my work car. To this location....I don't think so. read more

Went to Jiffy Lube in Fife, WA, to take my vehicle to have my oil changed, employees Zeke and Josh offered exceptional customer service. After explaining to them what happened, not only did they fixed the problem, but did it without complaining. Today is, March 1, 2024, a Friday. On Saturday, February 24, 2024, I took my vehicle to have an oil change, paying for synthetic oil, cost me over a $100. My wife filled the gas on Sunday, 2/25/2024, at Jiffy Lube in Tacoma located on Mildred Street West. They took 15 minutes, after I was timing the two vehicles ahead of me averaging 30 minutes per vehicle. But when I pulled I into the bay which they had the two vehicles, he took 15 minutes, and handed me my bill, and I told him that was fast. He said everything is done. But I told him I didn't see anyone putting oil in my vehicle, but he said that's how fast they are. My wife didn't want me to make noise. So we left. Wife told me the car is eating gas. So I took her to work,and sure enough, she was right. So I checked the oil, and it was black and dirty. So instead of going back to the same jiffy lube in Tacoma, I went straight to Fife. Being a sheltered person like myself, I had no idea what Jiffy Lube does. I had no idea you can just pull up to this place and get your oil changed! I always took time out of my work day to schedule an appt for my car to get an oil change, when Jiffy Lube is a walk-in service and they're open on weekends! My mind is blown! My hubby and I decided to get his oil changed on his Jeep as the light was on for two weeks (oops). We pulled up to the shop on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted right away by River. She led us to the waiting room and told us it would be about 15-20 minutes. While we were waiting, we saw River cleaning the car windows while the other workers were working on the car. She came back inside to tell us that the fluids in the car looked good as well as the tire pressure and she checked us out! I was so impressed by their fast and friendly service. Worst service ever, now I know why I quit going to these places years ago. When the service tech put oil in my truck he spilled it all over the manifold and you could smell it burning and smoking for a couple miles. I finally turned around and made them clean it off which was half assed at best. Not even a sorry from Ezekiel who cleaned it off. Not even close to be worth $132 plus change. I will stick to going back to the dealer now plus is almost half the price. #disgusted read more
