Do not get inspections there they are unethical. They tried to sell me wipers to pass inspection I produced proof that my wipers were new. Then failed me insisting I needed another repair which I also just had done. They insisted they had 2 yrs of inspection school. They are not mechanics just cheats. I offered to call the machsnic who did the repairs to validate. They were nasty and told me they don't have time They did keep my money but would not give me second sticker. It's about as good as it gets for an oil change. It's not that the oil is any better or the waiting room is any more entertaining, but these people are some of the happiest folks I've ever met. Today was my second time there and I have to tell you, this is some of the best customer service I've ever received. Someone's doing something right over there (or spiking the water cooler) and I will definitely return. I just left Jiffy Lube greeted by Larry who wanted to tell me my anti-freeze level was low. Me knowing I just had a new radiator put on had to see for myself. Larry wanted to charge me $5 to top off maybe a 1/4 of anti-freeze, then at check out told me my windshield wiper fluid had been filled. Well people just used it and it's still empty. Came in for an oil change Sat morning. per the website, hours to open are 7:30 am. I showed up at 7:50 and doors still closed and 2 other cars waiting. Manager was there and said employees were running late. They eventually showed up at 8:10. My info was taken and then they brought my car in to the bay about 10 mins later. I was then told the oil filter for my car wasn't in stock. When I asked how they don't know what filters they have in or not based on the make of the car when they check me in, they said they can't find out if the filter is in stock until they actually bring the car in and "scan it". So someone could be waiting over an hour and then get notified they don't have an proper filter. Unacceptable process - I would highly recommend they modify their process to once they "check you in" they verify the proper oil filter is available at that point vs. making customers wait to find out later. BTW - I have a volvo XC60, so nothing exotic. read more

Went to get a routine oil change for my fiancé's car. I picked this location because it's so close to our house. They were so polite, friendly and quick! Don't get your state inspection done here. We were suspicious when they made my husband buy new wiper blades to pass safety inspection (his wipers were a year old and he drives less than 5000 miles/yr). This year they said 3/4 of my tires didn't pass safety inspection. I took my car to have the tires replaced and the tire experts said that only 1 tire didn't pass so I had it replaced and returned to Jiffy Lube for re-inspection. They wouldn't approve the inspection. Now I have to pay for the safety inspection again, not to mention all of my wasted time. We won't be back. Update 12/11-thanks for your fast reply Bre C. Unfortunately this was only a canned answer meant to look responsive to other Yelp viewers because I contacted corporate and they sent you my contact info on 11/11, then I replied on 11/23 per your Yelp reply and you haven't responded to either request. Thanks to Lauren Q. I checked this Jiffy lube out. As I pulled up, a very nice young lady tech (Jessica) came out to greet me. I was shocked. Friday afternoon with no wait. Vernon politely let me know I needed an air filter but didn't push it. I was in and out in 15 min! And paid a reasonable price of $40. Definately recommend this Jiffy Lube. read more

Quick service but they try to up sell you on things you don't need. My air filter was fine and they said it needed changing.

Great experience at this Jiffy Lube yesterday. They were extremely friendly, held every single door for me (including my car door when I got there and upon my departure.) They didn't try to push anything on me that I didn't need (and being a young female, I'm used to that happening constantly), and they even honored a coupon that I pulled up on my phone at the last minute. This Jiffylube is the best! Oil changes are completed in less than 20 minutes and I have received outstanding recommendations for car maintenance. I become more and more knowledgeable each time I visit because the mechanics are ethically, respectful, and patient. I always feel comfortable receiving car maintenance at this Jiffy Lube and I am confident that I am not being taken advantage of. I got an inspection here and they said I failed the inspection until I bought their wind shield wipers. I never had an issue with my wipers, I replaced them a few months before I came in. When asked they did not enclose any more information about what was wrong with the wipers, only they they needed replacing. I needed the car back quickly so I spent the extra money to get the approved inspection. I can't believe a place like this would treat their customers unethically for a few extra dollars. read more

I brought my car in for an oil change, and ended up getting my tires rotated as well. About a week later, the low tire pressure indicator on the dashboard lit up. I tried to measure the air pressure on all 4 tires but discovered that both the front and rear passenger-side tires had not had their hubcaps replaced correctly when they had been switched. There is a notch in the hubcap through which the air stem protrudes, but the hubcaps had not been aligned properly when put back on so the stems were now sealed behind them. The hubcaps are held in place by the tire's lugnuts, so to access the air stems I had to jack the car up, take the nuts off, properly reposition the caps, and then retighten the nuts again and lower the car back down. All this was done "by hand" on my part (no power tools were used), so as you might guess this was a dirty and tiring job and was a considerable annoyance to have to do. I have gone there for a good number of years for oil changes, and have never experienced problems with that, but I rarely have them perform any other maintenance and it looks like I will be keeping with that practice going forward. read more

I stopped by Jiffy Lube for an inspection, which I already thought probably wasn't a good idea. After 2 hours, not surprisingly, they found that something was wrong with the windshield wipers. I used them the same day with no issues. They couldn't tell me the specifics when I asked, and said I could buy their overpriced wipers conviniently located near the desk or fail the inspection. I was pressed for time and needed the car, so I begrudgingly agreed. I ended up paying over 100 dollars for a simple inspection. Do not come here for anything more than an oil change, if that. read more
