I drove to JIffy Lube and inquired about an oil change. I was quoted a price of $99 for an oil change. Honda's price was quoted as $69. Needless to say, I didn't stay for the service. Just check prices before you come here. If this is typical, it's way too expensive. read more

I brought my car in in July for an oil change. The man immediately admonished me bc his computer said I hadn't brought my car in in an obscene amount of time. I said no I just brought it somewhere else. The man then read my info to me and my last name was wrong so I mentioned that and he replies, "well why is it spelled like that in my computer?" Uh I don't know I didn't type it in there. Anyways. He wanted to replace filters and I agreed to one but not all. Cut to this week. My car has been driving terribly and finally brought it in to Honda. They called to tell me I had NO ENGINE FILTER IN MY CAR. These guys never put it back in either out of stupidity or malice I don't know but I will NEVER GO TO JIFFY LUBE AGAIN. read more

Don't even know where to start, after getting an oil change here my car ran a little funny for a week I had it sit for a week and then drove it again this past week noticing no change. After consulting with my mechanic and another one we came to the conclusion that it had too much oil in it. Stop by this morning and the guy that works there said pop the hood he checked the oil and said the levels were good. Now if you know anything about checking oil you have to wait till the car cools down to make sure that all the oil has come down from the motor into the pan to get an accurate reading. Went back to let them know once again it was recording too much oil, during this visit the manager who has always change the oil on this car by the way made me feel as if I didn't know what I was talking about. Asked his mechanic to look at it and he said it was the throttlebody. Explained to him that if I was wrong I would pay for the oil change no problem and that I just wanted it to be right. After all that I decided to leave drove up to A Oilstop drive-through, sat in their bay for 20 minutes when the guy said pop your hood. The first thing he did was check my oil and said to me "you know you have too much oil" Went back and ran into the delightful gentleman in the morning who checked my oil who said it was fine. He looked at the invoice and said they're lying to you. My reply was my mechanic my own eyes this morning (in checking the oil ) and the Oil stop attendant are all wrong? I said are you a mechanic he said yes... After saying that's horrible he said well don't come back then. LOL. If you can find another choice I would highly recommend it! Don't stop here. read more

Drove up and the first gentleman was very nice and offered me the 24.99 special. Said that is what the car I brought was recommended. Second person told me it was almost double. And showed me a bill of a 130 for oil change and 2 filters. What a joke and a scam. He was kind of rude so I reacted back a little rude. I apologized for my behavior and he said I was rude and didn't apologize for his behavior. I wasn't even close to as rude as he was and I apologized for being a little bit rude. Great, so I thought I was in luck being the last car, BUT he said "no boss I'm too late, we're closed" The "worker" turn me away at 5:45 p.m. I was there a minute or so before he even came out, I guess as planned. Beware the "bait & switch" here. I brought in a $20 off Jiffy Lube promotional coupon. The technician would not accept it upon arrival and said it would be taken care of after the service. When it was presented to the cashier after the service, the cashier said "oh, this is not valid on this type of oil". I called to get an oil change and right out the gate the representative already new what type of oil my car needed. Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked to go to the office and wait while my car got serviced. Aaron recommended both an air filter and a main cabin filter since he went out of his way to check for other services needed for my 2015 Chevy Malibu. I took my car in for an oil change. The services I paid for ( oil change and wiper blades) were done. The extras they say they do were not done. I had specifically asked them to check my tires since they were low. I got home and found no windshield washer fluid in the reservoir and the cap was left off. Also my tires were still low and I needed to add air to them. These are the services I could check so I have no idea if they topped off anything else. My receipt said they had done all these things. I went here a couple months ago because I got a coupon in the mail that mentioned this location . I showed them the coupon and they refused to honor it saying they were a penzoil dealer and only used penzoil. Basically lied to me. I know that is not true. They put up two banners on their building advertising $29.95 signature oil change so I went there today. Of course they wouldn't honor that either, saying the signs were old and they hadn't taken them down yet. They put the signs up about 3 weeks ago. It's probably a good thing that I didn't service my vehicles here based on that alone. read more

Have taken my car there several times, with a coupon. This time the guy said the car needed synthetic oil so coupon didn't work. I said strange because you put in conventional oil last time and said nothing. He then returned from the manager stating it was a one time courtesy that would not be repeated due to liability issues. Just as I was about to say go ahead and put in the synthetic blend, because I really just wanted to get the oil change over with, the guy said, "I remember you! You said to put the conventional oil in the car last time because you were selling the car and didn't care." WHAT?!?! I then said that's a bold face lie! Get me my car! I'm out of here! But then I followed him and said "Where's the manager?! " The manager slithered up from the bottom and when I explained what the worker said he goes,"Ok." I said, "Ok. Ok?
