Guys...I seldom write reviews, but these employees deserved it. I had a gauge light on for tire pressure that I couldn't ignore any longer, driving a minivan with kids. Not sure if they would check this, but I pulled in anyways. They were very busy but a female employee was diligently greeting everyone and signing them in immediately--she was on point with her work and truly dedicated to moving the growing line quickly. An employee named "Danny" kindly checked my tires and filled up the deficit for free, which was so nice of him. When he was finished he graciously escorted me to the front door, opened the car door and gave a nice salutation. It was a great start to my weekend. Man! What can I say. These guys really get the job done and know their stuff! You can really tell that they actually care about every car that passes through their establishment. I come here all the time and they're always giving me advice on what I should do to my car next so I don't have any problems in the near future unlike other places. Totally recommend coming here! I was so pleased to find such a wonderful place to get an oil change. The manager, Joe Olsen, was very honest and helpful. His staff couldn't have been more polite and professional. I'm always looking for an excellent value and this experience gave me more than what I was hoping for at less than I thought I might spend. Had a friend that recently had a oil change done on a Chevy Silverado. They suggested do to the mileage on the vehicle he should have a complete motor flush. After having it done It cost him several hundred dollars in engine repairs and he brought it up to the attention of Jiffy Lube's and they said there was nothing that they could do. And another friend who took his 2014 Honda pilot for a oil change and several weeks later the check engine light comes on. He took the vehicle to a Honda dealership who stated that Jiffy Lube uses it's own generic filters and they have a tendency of failing and clogging up. As a result of the oil filter falling The engine oil pressure Dropped Preventing the engine from getting proper lubrication. The result was a couple hundred dollars in repairs at the dealership and he was told How very fortunate that he brought the vehicle in when he did! He could of blowing up the engine... So if you want to roll the dice and think you're saving money using Jiffy Lube and they're inferior parts It will cost you in the long run. read more

The entire staff is friendly, doesnt pressure to get things done and will give discount if you just ask for it. I been to 10 different Jiffy lubes and this one is the best so far. read more

Be careful, the mechanics there looked in my glove box and arm rest and stole a personal belonging of mine. They knew what it was And the value of it. And when I confronted them, they lied. I asked the manager and he said he would check the cameras for me upstairs, he comes back a minute later and said he didn't see anything, covering up his workers. Just tried to get an oil change there they said my car could only use synthetic oil I told him I Never used synthetic oil and that all my previous oil changes had been do at the dealership and he told me to go back there. I then called the dealership and the confirmed that they never had used synthetic oil. I went to another jiffy lube and they had know idea why they would have done that sounds that where trying to up sell but instead I will never bring any of my 4 cars to that location again read more

While this jiffy lube location had my 2018 Subaru Forester (30K miles) in their shop, they damaged the car and claimed it wasn't their fault. I had to go to the dealership I bought it from who told me how they damaged the car and even called, on my behalf, the manager and the regional manager to explain how they damaged the car. At first, they agreed to pay for the repairs, but when the estimate came in, reniged stating that they didn't damage the car. Undoubtedly, they did this to get my State Farm insurance company to go after their insurance company so they didn't have to pay out of pocket. I have felt betrayed by Danny's lack of integrity and his dishonest nature, this franchise's inability to hire competent employees and Jiffy Lube's general handling of this situation. I'd expect this type of exchange to happen with some no-name car shop, not a multi-million dollar corporation who should be priding themselves on their service and customer care. Service is hit and miss and they try so hard to upsell. They sometimes don't change the filter and once they forgot to put oil in the engine of our Ford Econoline. We returned very furious because that would've been a very serious problem on their hands. If you need an oil change watch yourself and be weary of any Jiffy Lube or quick lube joint. read more

I had my oil changed here the other day. I was a drop in and they took my car right away. The staff were nice and explained everything, they also made recommendations. It only took about 15 minutes for my car to be finished. The only negative was the waiting room reeked of smoke and made it difficult to sit in there. read more

On May 31 I had my oil changed. Following that service I was informed that my car wouldn't start. I had to have the car towed and repaired. I was without the car for 5 days. As of this date, June 21, I still have not been able to talk to anyone at the store, nor at Jilly Lube Corporate about a settlement. Over the past month I have called Jiffy Lube customer service several times. They tell you an "advocate" will be with you soon; twenty minutes later the call goes to voice mail. No returns. If you agree that when Jiffy Lube damages your car (which they fully admit) and that your time or the temporary loss of your car is your problem, then this is the place for you. read more
