Not happy at all. Came here to get an oil change and my husband waited in the office for a while and no one would even acknowledge him. We paid $133 for a full synthetic oil change and that was with a $25 off coupon. Other places are cheaper than that but this location was more convenient. I'll definitely drive farther next time. The main reason I'm unhappy is they put oil footprints on my floor mats. Tried calling multiple times to talk to them about this but all I get is a busy tone. read more

Update from a few years ago. Same quality of service. With 2 toddlers asleep in the car I knew it was my chance to run a long overdue errand. The staff was great at adjusting their work around whispering all the information. Had a discount from online coupon but even if I didn't I still would've came back because of the great and efficient service they provide. Props to the Eastern Team! Came in for their "quick" oil change and you can tell these employees had no desire to work. The maintenance technician approached us and told us it will take 25 minutes and we could wait in the car. We were willing to wait there was one vehicle in front of us. This is not us being impatient customers either. This was the wait to find out if they even had our car's oil filter. When we asked if they could check before, they refused. Their excuse was that they couldn't scan our VIN until the other vehicle in front left. How absurd is that? So when customers call they can tell them if their filter is in stock but not in person? The tiny man with kiss lip tattoo on his neck was lazy and rude. I don't recommend this place. I wonder what the manager would think about turning away customers. read more

These guys are con artists! Came to this Jiffy Lube after seeing stellar reviews on Yelp. 4 stars is not very common and considering that in a last year almost all reviews were 5 stars I came here. Well after having totally different experience I can guess that likely good number of reviews were fake or that customers are given discounts for reviews as my experience was just awful! From start to finish. Here is my experience: So there is a reason why people go to Jiffy Lube and not to the dealer for an oil change: low price and no waiting. I am not sure what happened to Jiffy Lube pricing but after paying $180 for an oil change and air filter change I was shocked. Oil change is not a brain surgery!!! Equally shocking was the person trying to change air filter and not knowing how to do it, so I had to go and get another mechanic to help them out as they were struggling. I honestly thought they will brake something after observing them....all along kicking myself in my rear for not doing all this at home! Sales clerk told me air filter was $27 but was instead $60! Also they were not upfront with cost whatsoever. When I asked manager about it, he was rude and said it is what it is we already put the oil in. Oh really now? Sorry to say-this is terrible advertising for every Jiffy Lube and I will never set foot in another Jiffy Lube store in my life! read more

I plan to stop going to Jiffy Lube. There was a time that I found it convenient with relation to price. Because the service has dropped significant enough and competitors like AAA or dealership service coupons are now right in line, I'll go with higher quality service. My last 3 visits resulted in a loss of special/non-factory valve caps, dirtier windows than I started with - smears all over and tire pressures that were all varying. The worst over 5lbs difference which results in premature wear. None of this is a major issue but a massive pain. Go buy new valve caps (aftermarket). Have to wipe windows after getting home. Have to go the gas station and pay to fill tires to proper air pressure levels. Also, no one pays attention. They are all having conversations which I don't have any issue with but it lends to why things are not done properly. So why pay for something that is meant to be a convenience? I'm going to pay the same (or less) to upgrade the service experience. read more

My husband had our Sprinter served here before, saying this place is the best. Today we sent our warehouse person Fan there for an oil change. They turned him down saying we don't do oil change for Sprinter. Then we called and told them they serviced this car before for my husband Kevin. The person who answered the phone, after talking to his boss said ok send him back then. For the second time, Fan waited for 40 minutes, again being told they don't have filter for this car. Very unprofessional. I don't know what their problem is. Won't go back. read more
