This place scams people. They stripped the bolt on my oil pan and said the previous person who did the last oil change caused the stripping. I told them the last oil change was performed at that location. They then claimed the ownership had changed and there was nothing they could do, and I would need to pay $567 for a new oil pan. Went to Midas because my AC was blowing out hot air. I always used the term Air Conditioner and never mentioned the word 'Radiator'. The Midas representative advised that I needed a Coolant Flush. After the Coolant Flush and my AC was still blowing out hot air, I was then advised that I needed Freon added to my AC unit. I paid 163 dollars on a Coolant Flush on my Radiator that I did not need and never asked for. read more

For example, when I went in, I knew I needed an air filter, but I didn't tell them. I initially went in for an oil change. After they completed the oil change, they stated everything was ok except that I needed an air filter. Now I went to another oil change shop nearby a few months ago and was told the air filter would be $169, which included labor. Midas charged me $28, and it took less than a minute to change it! They provide a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation at a decent price. Team there is friendly and professional. Easy to find, parking easy and comfortable waiting area. This is not meant as a sexist comment but I have no reservations with my wife taking a car there and getting crummy service or them trying to talk her into a not needed upsell. We have always felt comfortable with their service and recommendations. They have NEVER recommended changing a brand new filter or fluid changes which are not in line with the mfg recommendations. read more

I had taken my 2017 Infiniti QX in for an estimate on the muffler there was Definitely, a few things wrong with the car. give me an estimate that was very reasonable I bought it in California and it did not drive like it needed to. I needed four new tires a muffler and a crossbar. The quote was given wrong to them by infinity and it was a little bit more they called me was out of state and quoted me I had no problem with it. This location is a SCAM !!! My husband bought the "lifetime warranty" brakes package, which only the brake pads are lifetime and the rotors they gave us only lasted 12,000 miles. First of all, appt time was 10:00 am, they didn't even start on truck til 12:30... (was told if someone comes for oil change they will do them first). Second, it makes no sense that my first rotors lasted 52,000 miles but theirs only 12,000 when asked about it, was told well it depends who drives it. That would be me , the same one that drove before. Third, my husband told manager to only change one rotor and they changed 2 saying well I gave you a discount. That's not the point ! When we called he said you can bring truck back and we will put old rotor back on... we live 20 miles away and no longer trust this company. Oh and did I tell you I didn't get outa there til 2:20 pm. I signed "not approved" because I wanted key back to my truck which he held on to until I paid /signed. Every conversation is recorded. When asked to go back on conversation ... manager made it seem as if my husband did not say only change one although admitted he did say that. We have asked to talk to owner twice and he supposedly wasn't there. Not only did we pay $1,100 for brake package for 2 rotors and front pads, a year and a half later, had to pay almost $700 again. Very disappointed how this was handled. I wish I would have read the other review from Emily first as she had similar experience !!!! There are many places to get work done on your cars... Brought my car in for an oil change a couple weeks ago b/c my usual place was booked up. I called beforehand and they originally said they were booked, but when I mentioned it was for an oil change they said they could squeeze me in. Upon arrival, they took my car into the bay within 10 minutes and had it back out within 30, which was an unexpected surprise. After running up and confronting them about it, the young car tech was very apologetic knowing he just messed up, they brought me inside to still charge me for my service then acted like nothing happened. After asking to speak with the manger they told me they couldn't do anything without video evidence that could only be accessed by the district manager (what's the point of a store manager if they can't do anything?) then was given a business card and was told to reach out. Spoke with the district manager "Ernest Keyes" ONE TIME who was completely dismissive, told me he didn't need to show any footage without a warrant and completely dismissed what I WITNESSED. Wouldn't give insurance info, and when I had my insurance start an investigation they completely cut all contact. Shady business being run like a complete joke. I am amazed at how such great service actually still exists in this town. I came in for a simple oil change, which I have done for the last three changes or so... I have a car that requires full synthetic, and I pay a little more (around $70ish), but I've always known this. The dealership is WAY more. Anyway, I was so close to going to another store after to get new tires, because I was told by Costco that I needed FOUR new tires, since I had a nail in one that couldn't be repaired. James was able to find the nail, and fix it (he said it wasn't easy because of the location, but he was SO kind and took the time to try). The team went above and beyond, and saved me EASILY over a thousand dollars today. I am beyond grateful because I am a single mom just trying to provide for my family, and that amount of money that I was about to part ways with, means I can instead focus on the food and bills this month. Used to be my primary location to get oil changes/work done.... However I got all rotors and brake pads replaced which was pricey, for lifetime brake service and rotors lasted less than a year... yes less than a year, and the warranty for rotors was only for 10,000 miles. So basically my rotors lasted 20,000 miles only. I don't have $1600 plus to spend every year on brakes when quality ones would last longer.... So I can't trust the quality of factory midas equipment apparently. Staff has always been nice, but 20,000 mile rotors are not acceptable. read more

I made an appointment for 6/2/23 8am to 10 am for an alignment, but called to let them know I would have to reschedule for the next day 6/3/23 for 8 am to 10 am. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment on 6/2/23. As soon as I walked in, I apologized to the lady that was at the counter. She couldn't pull me up at first, so I explained the situation. She finally pulled my name up and asked if I made an appointment for an oil change. I told her no, it was for an alignment. I signed the paperwork, handed her the keys, and took a seat. As soon as I was getting comfortable in the seat, the lady came back from the garage and told me " I'm sorry Ms. but the alignment machine is not working today. " I didn't want to make a scene, but the least they could of done was gave me a call the day before to let me know it wasn't working. That is poor customer service on your end. I'm very disappointed. The shop manager claims that whoever did my oil change last was the reason my car has problems after seeing him.... He made a specific point to tell me how the other shop messed up, even show me on google and took me in the back. He put this nasty silicone crap on it and told me to go straight to vavoline. So I did. And vavoline spent more than enough time showing me and explaining to me what probably actually happened.... Especially since I park in the drive way every night and my car was not leaking oil over the last 3 months. Instead of owning up to the shops mistakes, they want to be typical jerks about it and push off blame. What went from an oil change has now turned into a $600 + repair and me driving around from shop to shop for the last 3 hours. Currently on my way to the 4th. I managed to get to the shop right before 6pm, and Erik waited for extra time after work so I can wait inside for Lyft to pick me up. The next day the technician diagnosed the problem very soon and contacted me to explain the problems. I eventually didn't decide to fix my car here becomes I cannot stay here for longer, again Erik was able to make accommodations and we figured out what is the best to do. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE OR TRUST THIS LOCATON! In April 2024, I took my truck to get my ignition interlock calibrated and had the worst experience! Becca was rude and basically accused me of tampering with the device. She basically told me I could not drive my car and it needed to be completely redone so I left the truck there until they could confirm what to do and how to fix the issue. My truck was left over night. I live approx 1 mile away. When I picked up my truck I was charged $250 to replace a wire, my gas was gone and my truck had been driven 73 miles!!! the intake sheet confirms the mileage. To top it off a parking ticket from a casino was left in my truck from the night before along with a techs personal items. When addressing the issues with the manager he told me it was normal that techs drive cars home if they are left there. 73 miles?? To a casino?? read more

Very happy with the customer service that I received here at this Midas store. Ernie was very helpful , and knowledgeable. They fixed my brake problems and they installed new tires, mounted and balanced them and the truck drives great now. I'm going to have them also do my exhaust on the truck as soon as I get the money together for it. There shop is nice and clean , the mechanics are very courteous and they make sure that they don't leave your interior dirty. There prices are really good as well compared to going to some shops.
