I took my newer Chevy Tahoe there. They never removed the old oil filter gasket which caused two gaskets. I found out about having an oil stain on my driveway that would have made the Exxon Valdez proud. Fast forward a couple of years. My son took his new Jeep to this location (I would've warned him against it). Two of the techs got in a literal fight, pushing, shoving and cussing each other out. Obviously not focusing on the service. When they drained the oil, apparently it leaked all over the underneath. We found out (again) by an oil slick on my driveway. It was so bad that this seems like the never ending oil leak as we cant get it out of every nook and cranny. The Jeep Dealer just shook his head at us reminded us not to trust those crackheads at Jiffy Lube. 3 trips to the Jeep dealer and they are still trying to get the oil spilled cleaned up under the car. I drive nice new cars that don't leak oil. The Jiffy Lube manager came over to my house himself to try to clean my driveway. He tried but it looks like crap. read more

Rudy is phenomenal! Not only is he a very nice guy w an awesome sense of humor but he goes outta his way to make sure his customers are satisfied. The guys who work here are all very friendly. They are very helpful and will explain to you what it is that they are doing. They tell you that based on the make and model and year or age of your vehicle considering also your mileage, they will recommend to you what is best. Some people seem to be very set in their old ways and only want to use conventional motor oil. However, as he explained, some car makes and models after a certain number of years have switched over to only being serviced with synthetic oil. That was the case in this particular situation. Anyway, most people are just concerned about the price difference in standard v synthetic motor oil. Rudy totally took care of that, giving a $15 discount. The entire process, I felt like I may be only waited about 15 to 20 minutes from the time that I exit in my vehicle. If you ask me, that is pretty remarkable. If ever I need oil services again, I will be sure to come here. read more

When it comes to car stuff, I don't want to wait forever. I pulled into Jiffy Lube to get an oil change and they finished everything in 15 minutes. I love this so much!!!! I use to go to Firestone and the customer service was wonderful there but I would wait, and wait, and wait. Blake was helping me on this day and he looks just like Clark Kent, with the glasses and the little hair swirl hanging down from his face. Nice guy and very helpful. Go see Blake! The waiting area is clean and there is a TV to kill some time. The bathroom is a unisex bathroom and clean as well. I got the high mileage oil change. My car needed a new air filter and coolant top off, so I opted for these options as well. I was also able to find a Jiffy Lube coupon on my phone for $15 off, just make sure you have the correct location otherwise the coupon will not work. read more

Took my car to Jiffy Lube in Henderson Nevada on Eastern Ave. This is the 2nd time this store has done this to my car. As I went to the store this morning and parked my car in the garage I saw oil dropping everywhere. I open my garage door and saw this. Jiffy Lube on Eastern Ave did this too. I brought my truck and my daughters car here for an oil change today. We've been here in the past and the service was totally awesome. Not only did they not have a record of my vehicle ever being here before. But they told my daughter that her battery was showing bad. I took it to fire stone because it's a relatively new interstate battery and they said the battery was fine. I got a sticker indicating when the oil change would be due again but I never got a receipt for my $107 oil change. My daughter is still waiting after 25 minutes to pay these incompetent people so she can leave. I would never bring my vehicles here again. Oh they also gave my daughter the oil change sticker for the vehicle that was next to her. Not her car. read more
