I went here for a quick oil change and left with my speedometer LCD screen locked. This wouldn't have been that much of an ordeal until the assistant manager said my car came in that way. Unfortunately for her, the attendant who checked my car in confirmed it was not that way when I came in. Her attitude was there is nothing we can do, though now she admitted the tech tried to reset the oil change fault and locked the screen out. Now I need to make an appointment with the dealer to get this unlocked which will cost me as much as the oil change I came in for. I called the owner Vonathan only for it to continue to ring and then transferred me back to the station with no answer. If you can't do the job right then don't attempt to do it!! read more

I usually get my safety check here, but I haven't driven a lot, so I got my first oil change in a LONG while! After reading their signature oil change service online and coming online to Yelp to read the excellent reviews, I went to check them out. After a long while since my safety check, they remembered me! They finished my oil change within 15 minutes, and they told me a summary of things about my car and how they tried to remedy little problems here and there. They even fixed my skid plate, and inflated my tires, which they said were relatively flat. I see them also actually SHOWING people the problems they find, and they don't pressure you or anything. (I remember this during my safety check, where they found a light that was out and asked me if I wanted to change it). I definitely recommend Jiffy Lube @Punchbowl! Especially for people who know nothing about cars like me! read more

Really nice service. Took about 30 min including wait time to change the oil on my Audi . But it was 110 bucks. Bit ridiculous right ? Apparently a 2005 Audi A5 requires 2 more quarts than a normal car and and it looks like they were charging about 10 bucks a quart more if ur car requires more than 4 quarts . The guy did tell I could bring in my own oil and save a few bucks next time . There might be more affordable places to change your oil in the area, but at least the service here is quick and pleasant. read more

Went in for the usual oil change and so glad I did. Ray noticed that something was amiss with my Drive Belt, which led him to notice that my Idler Pulley wasn't sitting in place correctly. So Ray changed it and it turned out that the culprit was actually the bolt that holds it in place. It snapped like a twig when Ray went to unscrew it. I can only imagine the scenario if Ray hadn't caught that issue ahead of time. The level of service that I experienced was second to none. Ray kept me fully informed every step along the way. He told me what my options were, what the cost would be, and what the urgency level was. He showed me the issues on the car when he found them, he explained it to me in a way that even I could understand. He made me feel confident in his knowledge and skill set, and also that he was sincerely looking out for my best interest, just like my own sons would. Also, a couple of months back I was returning to town from Mililani Tech Park and started messing with my own head as to whether or not I was overdue on checking my car's fluids. So I start getting all worried and remembered that Jiffy Lube is right off the freeway. So I pull in and am greeted immediately. I tell him that I freaked myself out a little, worrying that I might be running my car with no oil in it. He immediately tells me to open the hood, checks my main fluids and assures me I'm totally fine. He closes the hood and says okay. I'm like, "how much do I owe you?" and he says, "oh no, don't worry about it." It just all shows me a genuinely caring level of service that keeps me coming back, much thanks to Ray, Jon, and the crew at Jiffy Lube on Punchbowl Street for going above the call and reminding me that there are people and employers who still care about customers and people in general. read more

They only have 2 bays for the cars, not like Beretania location, but don't let that fool you. They are very precise and don't rush just to get all the cars though. Bathroom is outside, tv, magazines and coffee in the lobby. They have a great crew and are very friendly and gave me an estimate when i went there. They are very attentive and caring to the drivers and it carries over into their service. they won't try to get every penny from you! I truly enjoy Jiffy Lube! read more

Came in for an oil change, no one tried to sell me on unnecessary stuff which was a relief. They did however recommend products and services that I did need (license plate light was out and coolant was low so I did get a top off and light replacement) Really quick service, rogelyn was really rice and did a good job at explaining the run down. This location was very kind and helpful in getting my safety inspection done. I was late to my appointment due to traffic but they helped me promptly anyway! The whole ordeal only took about 30 minutes from the time I pulled in to the time I pulled out. They explained patiently how the inspections work (I'm new to the state). They even helped me back out to my car with an umbrella since it was raining. Cost $20. I didn't pass my inspection so they gave me 30 days to fix my car and bring it back for a new inspection free of charge. Very professional and kind. read more

You just can't beat the service here. I just went this morning shortly after 8:00am. Since it is a Saturday, there was a steady stream of cars coming through. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and asked about getting my transmission and radiator fluids changed. I'm totally amazed that it took half the time of an oil change at the dealer with an appointment. I was out in less than 1.5 hours. The car seems to run smooth. I stop by both the University one on Beretania and the Punchbowl shops. I've always liked the service at the Punchbowl location. It looks like Tiana keeps the gang on the job! read more

First time visiting this location. Realized that I was overdue for oil change when my tire pressure light turned on on my way to school. Came through at 12:00pm during my hour break, expecting to be there for awhile. Was quoted an hour and a half. I said I would wait. Five minutes later I was told by Rogelyn it would be only 45 minutes. Took my car in, 10 minutes later Jovern, Bradley, and assistant manager Eddy said my oil change was done, and offered to change my air filter. I declined, as I know how to do this on my own. I didn't feel pressured at all. In total I was there for 30 minutes and wasn't late to class (: All workers were polite and friendly. Definitely will be coming here for future oil changes. read more

I went to this particular Jiffy Lube on Punchbowl because they have graciously helped me put air in my tire when my sensor went on. I have stopped there twice and both times they were friendly and helpful. I'm happy that I went there today to have them do my oil change. Not only were they fast and friendly, but they alerted me to a problem I knew was there but was unaware of what it was exactly. They did offer extra services, but were honest with me and told me I didn't need to get my tires rotated yet. The service was quick and professional. Went in for a safety check and got a temp one due to an issue that needed to get fixed. Not wanting to go to the dealership, one of the workers (Jerry) gave me the name of the place he takes his car for servicing. Yelped the company (naturally) and called them due to the fab reviews. Their mechanic told me that the problem was covered under my warranty and the dealer would fix it for no charge, which was exactly what happened. The only problem w/ going to Jiffy Lube @ Punchbowl is that as soon as you get into the show/movie that is playing in the waiting room, your car is done. They are so fast and Jerry is the greatest! Last minute Safety Check. Called on a Friday afternoon and they squeezed me in for Saturday afternoon - it was perfect timing. People there were sooooo friendly and greeted me when I pulled up. They kept me informed during the entire process (took less then 30 minutes). They offered coffee, water, vending machine in an air conditioned waiting area--though I chose to stay outside since the weather was nice. I've been there before for oil changes. But since my Jeep is just two year's old, it was the first Safety Check--and they ask you about your vehicle before you get there to streamline the process. I've been going to this jiffy lube on Punchbowl since 2011. They've always been very helpful and show so much Aloha. Yesterday I brought my sons car in to be serviced. Rogelyn was so nice and helpful. One of the items I needed to replace was the license plate bulb, unfortunately they were out of stock. So later in the day I stopped at O'Reilly's to pick up two bulbs. I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to install them. So I called jiffy lube and asked if they could help me. I had told them I was there earlier in the morning and let them know my situation. They told me to come right over. Jon and Kainoa were so sweet and Installed the bulbs for me. I give 4 stars because this trip was great. Last trip they said I had to replace all of my parking lights. I told them that I would replace bulbs from a local parts store so they did not need to do it. I went home and checked lights later that day. All the mechanic at Jiffy lube had to do was turn the lights on then they would all work. If I told them to replace it they would have charged me for all bulbs for nothing. read more

They told me what they were going to do with my vehicle, then when I went to pay they reviewed what they had done to it and the rest was a smooth transaction.
