December 2013 They inspected my vehicle, but forgot to update the sticker. I had to go back to get the sticker and they said I didn't ask for it to be inspected, by my receipt proved that I did because they charged me for it. January 2015, Went to get the oil changed. By the end of the day, check engine light came on. Checked the oil and the stick showed low oil. So they drained it, but didn't fill it back up. They also try to hard sell you on air filters, wiper blades, etc. read more

Be careful going here to get an oil change as you may leave with more damage to your vehicle than when you entered. I went in for a oil change and when I left I realized that my turn signal lever had been wrenched out of the steering column. I went back and they insisted that they never touched it even though they stated they couldnt get my headlights to work properly. I insisted they fix it and they just jammed the lever back into the space but they broke the clip that allows it to switch from position to position in regards to the headlights. They have insisted it was that way when I arrived...Id never pass inspections if that was the case. After talking to their district manager they have decided that they will not take care of the situation claiming that they are in the right. It will cost me around 5 or 6 hundred dollars to have this repaired. Beware of this facility and if you need an oil change go to a different shop as your going to get ripped off. read more

Usually satisfied with this place, but I went in for a tire rotation and brake check and it took about an hour... which is kind of ridiculous. Several people came and went while I waited. I looked out the window at my car just sitting there with people standing around it multiple times. I realize that they had other things to do, but it was kind of frustrating waiting and waiting when they couldve done it sooner. Maybe it was because I had a coupon and they couldn't figure it out (i was asked several times about it even tho it said that it was that location and that it was not expired). I've gotten my oil changed way faster than this took.. and when it was super busy. It was fairly slow today. Will probably come back because of the convenience of location but they need to step it up a notch. An hour... It's still baffling to me. read more

I came in for a state inspection and was told it'd be 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I was told that my car had a check engine light (which it didn't have when I pulled up) and it failed emissions. Charged me $26.00 to make the check engine light come on! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! read more

Customer service that is lacking.. I went to Jiffy Lube to get my car inspected, was told there was only one car ahead of me, great!! Lady that greeted me was polite and told me that there was a waiting room to wait in, even better as this was my first time to come and was recommended by my father in law. Saw that the car ahead of me was done so was eager to go as I needed to be in the pick up line for my daughter in about 30 minutes so I figured it would take 20 minutes. Next car up was not mine! Ok no biggie maybe they had an appointment. Next car again not mine, I had exactly 7 minutes before I had to go so went and ask the tech how long he said mine was at the end of the line and would be another 40 minutes after I had already been there for almost an hour. I told him I am sorry I can not wait. He had not reply just stared at me as I asked for my keys to go... very disappointed I can understand if I came in being mean or hostile or if there truly was more cars in front of mine at the time but there was not. I asked. She said there was only the one up in the bay and mine to do... I did not inform her I was in a hurry because at the time I was not. I did not even ask how many people where ahead, she had offered that up before I even asked. Very poor customer service. Will not be doing busy with them again. read more

Stopped in for an inspection and oil change. Was quickly greeted by Steven. He was completely courtious and professional. He walked me into the clean waiting area. Talked me through all of the suggested services based on the manufacturer's recommendations for my car's mileage, no pressure to do any of them. He even printed the list so I could reference it in the future. All services were completed in a reasonable and fair amount of time. Once I was finished, Steven Thanked me and walked me out to my car, opening the door for me as his last gesture of service. Couldn't have had a better experience. read more

Took my 07 Honda Accord here. It did not pass inspection because head lights are discolored. The inspector said that starting Jan 1st of this year, an inspection would fail if head lights were discolored. He said that you must be able to see 25' ahead. They close at 6:00 pm???? But for 50 bucks they would clean them so it would pass. While I was there two vehicles failed. The elderly lady said well I guess I will pay it. She mentioned using tooth paste in which the Jiffy Lube guy said, It does not work. I did not pay went home used colgate and they are completely clear. Two minutes tops per light!! And I smell like mint driving down the road. I will not bring my Honda nor my two other vehicles EVER again. Total scam!!! read more

Jiffy Lube has a policy that if they strip your oil plug while doing an oil change YOU are responsible for getting it repaired. I had to get an inspection and because i have such a busy schedule, Sunday is the only day I could take it in. Since most shops are closed on Sundays and the ones that are open close at 5pm, I had no choice but to go to jiffy lube since they close at 6 or 7. Keep in mind that i have already read the reviews for this place and they were mostly negative. But again, i had no choice. As I'm sitting in the waiting room, I'm waiting for them to sell me something that i don't need. That didn't happen. I was expecting to be there at least an since there were 2 in front of me. I was there 20 mins. Then i was expecting my car to have some type of damage or anything out of the norm. Nope. Everything is intact and running smoothly. And the main thing......... Previously had good experience here. Went in for an oil change & headlight replacement about 2 weeks ago. Didn't tell the which light was out & they did not ask. Figured they would check. Left w/o verifying work completion. Couple hours later went out to truck. Same light is out. Went back. Was told they had verified both were working prior to checking me out. Also failed to reset oil change reminder - not a particularly big deal but does show some inattention to detail. Won't be using them again. I wish I could give this place negative stars.This placed used to be awesome but now its just a joke with the new employees. They are unskilled, lying scumbags and the whole place is a contamination mess. I will never go back and if you want your car to continue to run you will never go here. Besides forgetting nearly everyone's next service sticker (few customers came back in just to get it) and being very rude these people have no idea what they are doing. I had second thoughts on having service done here when they wanted to put the wrong fluid in my differentials but after I corrected them thought it would be okay. Big mistake! I corrected them to use 80W90 gear oil (They looked up the wrong vehicle in the system!) and they said that's what they would use. I asked how the magnetic drain plug looked (if there are large pieces of metal something's wrong with your differential and you need to take action or possibly your going to be paying for a differential, maybe even axle.) they lied and said it looked fine and instead showed me the fill plug, I didn't find this out until inspect the vehicle afterwards and saw no signs the drain plug was even removed. I called them out on this and found out later they used an unclean hose to remove the fluid from the differential instead of just draining it which is horrible quality work. Also I won't know the health of the differential now until I do the next fluid change which honestly I'm debating on doing it myself right now due to the lack of quality. That was lie #1. Then they tried to up charge me by telling me that my transfer case was due for a fluid change which I know for a fact was not due for another 10k miles. I called them out on this and their reply was "might as well get everything done now" and only then acknowledged that it wasn't actually due. The mechanic came in later and told me it looked like it had just been changed recently anyways, not sure if he legitly checked it or not. Lie #2. Now during this whole process they put the fill plug down on the metal grates with who knows what oil and dirt. Again lacking quality, should have had a tray or container. I was screaming on the inside but the damage was done and just wanted to get the hell out of there, if I could go back in time I would have never had any work done by them. At check out I asked again to verify that they used 80W90 and they said yes. Here comes lie #3. They only put 80W90 in the front according to the paperwork and 75W/140 in the rear. I called them out on this too and they said well that's what the computer said, even though we had agreed on 80W90! He then skipped the entire checklist of items they were supposed to check and asked me for all my info for the computer even though I told him we were already in his system. It doesn't really matter though because I doubt they even checked anything. I'm surprised they didn't try to sell me "Blinker Fluid". All in all this joke cost me $163. In other words I could have bought all the tools and supplies I needed to do the job right and STILL have money left over! I plan on making a formal compliant with corporate and I'll let you guys know if they care. Avoid this Jiffy Lube at all costs. read more

I had to get an oil change and have my tires looked and aired up because of the weather change. They were on it and very courtious/professional. The waiting area was very clean and they had coffee. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They did not try and sale me something I did not need. These guys was on it at 8am in the morning and ready to services anyone that came in what a crew. This site used to be quick and efficient. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. Now they take an hour for an inspection and an oil change. They are also all about scamming you with ridiculous charges like $56 for a $12 cabin filter that takes two minutes to change. Also, the basic car wash is now an additional fee. Brought my Audi TT in for the state inspection. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. However, I noticed while driving my car home that something had sprayed across the windshield and someone had run the wipers to clean the glass leaving the rest of the windshield spotted. I looked at the hood and saw that it was completely covered in water spots. When I arrived home, I found the whole passenger side of the vehicle was similarly sprayed and spotted. I had just had the car washed before I had the inspection done. I can understand something like that happening by accident, but they should have had the courtesy to at least inform me. Someone knew what happened, as evidenced by the wipers having been use to clean the windshield. The hood and drivers door also had greasy handprints. I called to inform them of what I'd found. They denied any responsibility but said if I drove back they'd wipe off the handprints. Thanks but no thanks. I would not recommend them. read more

my car is still leaking oil after a 4 hour oil change 6/23/18 till current -- they stripped the plug --since when i rolled in i had no leak -- then blamed it on wear and tear attempted to change it and couldnt after my second visit-- that sign that says fast oil change -- is a lie-- you will be there for an hour even if they're not busy because they're short staff always and you will be worn out for the upsale-- they apartly dont even change the oil until they can upsale you on others services as your car just sits.. additionally they're catic, interal fighting amongst the staff, and a overall nonchalant i dont care indifferent attitude the oozies out as they lie and make up excuses.. as your time is being ate up from incompentant techs that don't care enough to check to see if they seal up the plug read more

I didn't like the way they pressured me to let them fix everything wrong with my vehicle. It is a 19 year old truck, so there a lot of things that could be fixed. I simply wanted an oil change and felt like I had to argue the point to get just that.
