Took it back to them to do whatever they did, got the car back engine light back on a couple day later for same thing . Took it back in and Nicole that was working there at the time said they put faulty 02 sensors on our vehicle, so we got that replaced again. Engine light back on again. Nicole told us to take the car to dealership, because they said it might need to be reprogrammed and that they will cover the cost. ( never covered the cost). We took it to Chevy they had our car for like 4 days. They said it was an after market converter and that we need OEM. Took it back to Meineke and they claim they put the oem on. Got the car back and now code is off for the converter and now code is on for throttle body. Paid another $700 got the car back code back on for throttle body, took it back they did whatever they said they did once again, got the car back and code back on once again. Took it back and they had our car for 10 days in a row and the engine light came right back on next day and our car was making noises and underbody In worse condition. So stupid, cause we gave it back to them again and they did some so called stuff to it, got it back engine light right back on for same thing again. It's like they did nothing but unplug the battery and plug it back up to shut off the engine light for a moment. We been dealing with them for months for the same codes. The engine light is still on for the same thing that they fixed. They had our car so many times it's crazy just for the code to still be on and we paid over 3k. It's fair to get our money back because they did not fix the code as they said they would and it is still on. We tried to get our money back and the manager said it's "beyond his pay rate". And gave us an email . They did not fix the issue. Our car got messed up even more in the mix. But we just want our money back for what they said they fixed and the code still on for it. Just a bad experience overall and this right here is why people be scared to go to these mechanics. $3k and the light is still on after they said it will be off when they fix it. We did go get engine light diagnostic and print out everytime we got the car back from them when the light cut back on. I am disgusted and am going to report them everywhere. We gave them our car over 10 times over the past few months and no progress. I refuse to give them the car again because damage has been done to it being on their property. It's better to go to dealerships for repairs for some things because they charge almost just as much and put on after market and faulty parts. So as of today Engine light is till on for the same code.

I contacted corporate while sitting outside still being ignored, i managed to get the managers name i went in and gave it a piece of my mind because they had been so rude and bad at handling customers. Then every employee waved and cheered as i left angry, embarrassed, and discriminated against for being female. Is this how a business is supposed to run? Ignoring customers and then being rude to when they try to get service? Autumn needs fired and so does everyone else at this location. That behavior was un called for.

This time it was when we went through a car wash, go figure. Anyway, we called and they said to bring it on over and we had to wait about an hour before they had time to fix it, but they fixed it fairly quickly after that. The total was less than $20, so I am one happy camper at the moment that they were able to fix this and do so affordably as it has cost us much more other places we've had these replaced. This is a super busy location. They do have a small rating room for five or six people, including a TV to keep you busy if you don't have a phone. There is a coffee pot and water as well while you wait. They did have a battery on the counter with charging cables, but it didn't appear to work and I honestly didn't feel like bothering anybody about it. Bathroom was clean as well.

In spite of the fact that I took my car in early Friday morning, no call was made to Endurance on Friday, because staff continually insisted that Endurance would not cover the repair. After calling Endurance to confirm that the repair would be covered, staff finally agreed to make the call the get the repair authorized, but only after it was too late to make the call on Friday. Endurance customer service is not open on weekends, so the call was delayed until Monday. I did not get my car back until Tuesday morning, and in spite of the delay and inconvenience to myself and my family, no apology was offered. In general my experience with this Firestone has been you're in good hands if the manager is taking care of you directly, but otherwise service is poor.

Got down right nasty when questions were asked. 2. Drop car off for flat tire in the morning. No call on status. I had to initiate the call an hour before closing. Then when I arrive I'm told it only needed air. Next day tire pressure light on. I take it back in and after further investigation there was a nail still in the tire. 3. Catalytic converter was stolen as my car was on the lot over night. No "hey I'm sorry about that" or acknowledging that is a big deal. I was told it has happened multiple times in recent months. That didn't put me at ease either. The technician Keyshawn who works at this location has never been helpful and he comes across rude. His go to line is "we were about to call you." In the past year Ive never felt welcomed at this location by Keyshawn or felt that my car has been in good hands. I've been a loyal customer for 5 plus years; however the past year has been much different. I'm not sure what has changed but my trust has been lost in Best One.
