Visits are typically on a Saturday morning bright and early however today I got off work early and desperately needed to pay them a visit. Alex and Zoey were great. Alex informed me on all the things, some of which I was already aware of and knew I wouldn't be taking care of today. What I appreciate about Valvoline is I've never felt pressured to purchase a service. I also was able to meet the acting area manager, Pedro. Pedro if you see this and I said your title wrong I'm sorry. Haha. All in all between my yapping and getting my oil and 2 lights changed I was leaving within 20 minutes. I tell my friends about this place like it's my favorite restaurant. lol.

Firestone has always been able to work with me to get my car in on my schedule. So far all my visits have been maintenance related but I would trust them to tackle the more intense issues. There are 6 double-sided bays and cars are consistently moving in and out. The guys are terrific explaining what work my car needs and when I should start considering. Everyone here is super friendly. Call ahead to schedule your appointment and they'll be ready for you when you arrive. If there is a service they can't provide they'll let you know up front.

The mechanics also only get paid if they are actively working on a car so they are incentivized to take a long time and be very nitpicky. Horrible experience overall, under NO circumstances should you trust these people with your car

I once took my car to a convenient cheap for an Oil Change and afterwards the car was leaking oil. Months later, quarts dripping out, taking my car to my favorite mechanic. I learned that the cheap Oil Change place hadd lost the washer (a fifty cent part) for the oil cap! So this is why I drove out of my way. First, the guys at this shop were honest, knowledgeable and car lovers. I met the manager, who's kind of this straight shooting guy, tells you like it is and jokes around a bit. I got a real good feel for the place and seeing the price for a tire rotation ($36), I had them do that as well. They checked the car and noticed the brakes were running low. I already knew this, but still it's a good that they saw this. If I had the time, I'd have changed my breaks there, but I had to get on the road. Basically, don't take your car anywhere, or drive somewhere convenient, go here, you won't be disappointed.

I thought it was a little pricey but since it had good review I decided to try it. They ended up charging me $72 because my Mazda needed "special oil". I could buy the exact same oil from the grocery for about $25. Needless to say they are overpriced and the atmosphere isn't a comfortable one. I will not be back.

They insisted that they can fix the coils. Obviously that would cost more, but I just wanted the car to work. It turns out they broke one of the coils even more even when a Ford " specialist " came to check it out. The car was not fixed and it came back and didn't even worse condition than when I brought it in I've had the car for about a month. I road it around to get the engine running in the neighborhood my engine is completely ruined. Top of that I still had to pay full price for the service of something that I didn't even get fixed. Asked why it wasn't checked out the second day when it was realized my car was missed, the owner stated there wasn't an open bay. I decided that was enough so I picked up my vehicle without it ever getting looked at. No communication and very disorganized.
