The service was quick and I hope efficient but the final tab exceeded what I paid for the same service at the dealership- and the filter price hadn't changed. read more

Wow! terrible! I can't believe this place is open for busines. I went for a simple oil change, the people who worked on my car seemed like they had not a clue what they were doing oil change was less than 5 minutes, did they even change it? Also while "changing my oil" they somehow managed to drench yes I mean drench my car with oil it was like a cartoon the oil sprayed out of the hose everywhere on and in my car! not very apologetic either, now my car is suffering from all kinds of issues and I need to go to a shop and have a machanic look at the damages! called them to tell them what they did and now my car is acting up and the manager laughed and said "yeah I saw that hahah" it's not a joke and you won't be laughing when the cost to get my car is being presented to you! DONT GO THERE! You will leave with significant damage!! -5 starts i wish that's possible unfortunately I have to give you one. The place is potentially dangerous to anyone who entrust their car to this place. Unlike other Jiffy Lube locations, you have to ask to get your tires checked. Getting them checked could prove to be a mistake. As a result, all four of my tires had different pressures (only two pounds off which is ok). I should not have had to ask! Check med my engine coolant after leaving -- it was 1.5 inches low based on the reservoir. this This place does not reset your engine settings for next service. I called the manager, Mike. He hung up on me. For anyone looking for a reliable jiffy lube service, this place is not the place to go. read more

Stopped into Jiffy Lube today had a couple questions to see if they could change a fuel filter as well as an oil change they did not have the filter in that I needed so I went down and got one down the street to do the fuel they were glad to help install it and do the oil change as well I highly recommend them management was great read more

Still waiting for a refund...I took my future son-in law's car in for an oil change...They did a great job, really. When I went to pay, they charged my credit card the wrong amount - they used another customer's bill. No problem, it happens. They then charged the correct amount and told me they'd credit my card back the original wrong amount. Never happened, so I called. They said they'd take care of it right away. Nothing....Everyone was really nice, just inefficient. Very frustrating. Its been over a week...I'm now going to "dispute" the charge with the credit card company. I'll go back, back but everyone should double check their credit card statements. read more

I live on the Cape, and have been using Jiffylube for years. I happened to be off-Cape and my oil sensor told me my oil was low. Having 150,000 miles on my car (and seeing as it's11 years old), every once in a while I need to add oil between oil changes. I was ignored when I stepped into the shop, and waited close to 10 minutes before the guy even looked up at me. They took my car in and brought it out and the manager came up to me and said "you don't have a dipstick." I said no, it's a BMW, and you can tell from the dash how much oil there is. His response was "we don't add oil to cars without dipsticks". I shook my head and said "what?" He said.....and I quote "we could do damage to the car if the sensor is bad, and I don't want to get sued." I told him that I'd been adding oil in between oil changes for years, but he didn't want to hear it. He talked down to me and acted like a real jerk...... I will never go here again, and recommend that you don't either! read more

Have always gone here for oil changes for all oil changes for family's cars, after today will not be going back. Told tech I wanted oil change and had a coupon for $24.99, said to just use it when I paid at end. Charged $37.99 and when I presented coupon was told should have been explained by original tech that I was getting ' Signature Oil Change' . Husband took my truck to get oil changed, specifically told them that tire pressures need to be checked as light was on. They quoted him one price, then when it was ready that price had gone up by more than $10!! He questioned, they knocked a few bucks off. I take my truck to work next day tire pressure light still on, never went off. Checked the pressures 3 tires @25psi!!!!! They NEVER even looked at tires!!! Or filled them....on receipt EVERYTHING was checked done/ok!!! Went today to talk with manager, they did care one bit!!! First & Last time I ever bring my truck to jiffy lube. The wait time was over an hour, my oil change was $50 and I saw them checking out my whole car plus washing the windows, checking tire pressure and vacuuming carpets- all which I did not ask them to do. Nice of them, didn't make me pay for it- but I was in a hurry and wish they had just done an oil change. Won't be going back mainly because of price. read more

Goods: It's cheap if you're a repeat customer. There's coupons that are plain and simple, that make your oil change cost as low as $25, with no annoying requirements to them. I've been here several times, and they recently put high-mileage oil in my car for the price of conventional, like I said, for $25. They even checked out my engine to see if it was good for travel, and told me about some things that was wrong with it that needed fixing. Customer service is always fair. Bads: Takes a while. Park your car in line with the key and registration sitting in there, and sit in the waiting room for up to a half-hour. The location is messy, the geography, very tiny parking lot that's packed with cars that seem like they've been sitting there for eternity, in the way. To leave, you have to make an annoying U-turn through a VERY bumpy cracked road, to get back to the small parking lot. Either way, I'll keep coming back because of the value. read more

I'm sorry but Jiffy Lube lost another customer. I went here several times over the years. Each time they always told me my Air Filter was bad needed to be replaced because it was causing problems in my jeep. I was young, naive & un-educated about my vehicle. So as I explained to a friend that yet again a$30 oil change turned into a $55 trip. He became curious about the business since my maintenance was often @ exact millage or under for servicing. I had my oil changed, both air & oil filters replaced and two days later brought to this particular location. My friend who had paid for and did the oil change himself came along to witness. My car was up went in we went to small cramped waiting area not ten min later a gentleman came out w a whole shpeal on why & what needed replacing. NEVER again will I go there they joined the franchise fraud list & customers beware of what they say your car needs. They care only for company income. NEVER mind the already strapped for cash customers that show loyalty to this location. Unbelievable read more

There's nothing Jiffy about this lube. Drove by on a Saturday two weeks ago and the cars were lined up three deep. Kept going, no thanks! Tried again this Saturday, got there at 7:30am 30 mins after opening. All bays were full, I was the only one outside. Great! Hmm not so great as there was only one worker running the whole show. Actually felt bad for the guy. Two other guys finally showed at 8am, but in no rush to get to work. Eventually cars started moving, my car was taken in and I was given an estimate of 35 minutes wait time. Why isn't this place fully staffed at 7am when it opens? Looks like that sets the pace for them running behind all day. read more

I went to this Jiffy Lube 12/17/2016 because A, I needed an oil change and B, I needed air in my tires because my low tire pressure light was on. When They took my car they try to up sell the type of oil at $25 dollars more, I said no. Manager looked mad. I asked if he would put air in the tires, he said he would. Then he came out to me and said I really needed to change the air filter. I asked how much? he says its normally $60, but he will do it for me for $30. I said I would do it myself, again he looked upset (I got a Fram air filter online for $9 free shipping, took about 4 minutes to install). when I left my low tire pressure light was still on. Checked there paperwork it said they put 33lbs. in all four tires. Now I thought I had to go to the dealer because something was wrong. I decided to check my tire pressure. 26lbs, 29lbs, 37lbs and 36lbs. got out my compresser and filled tires to right pressure, low and behold tire pressure light went out. decided to see if they topped off my windsheild washer fluid, like it said they did on the sheet. They did NOT top it off. Now I am wondering if they even changed the oil!!!! will never go there again.. Good Luck if you go there.... read more

I was really surprised to find that in this day and age these con artists are still pushing the "up sell" on customers. I don't mind this tactic if it's done fairly, but they take it to the next level. One of their employees showed me my cabin air filter and it had clearly had a handful of leafs and debris dumped onto it to show that it was "dirty." Luckily I saw this coming and had documented the filter prior to bringing my car into their shop. So long story short they'll charge you almost 50 dollars to pop out a 10 dollar filter located in your glove box, an pop a new one in. They'll even take leafs and debris and dump them on the filter to trick you into the "up sell." To be clear there is no way for this filter to accumulate any type of debris other then dust. I don't know what course action I'll take with the before and after photos, most likely they won't change anything but let this be a fair warning to those who don't know much about their cars. read more

I went to Jiffy lube over the summer as it was convenient at the time... I was told I needed a new oil filter for $24.99 & that I had a major oil leak, that they could fix... I said no to filter for $25 and that I would have mechanic look at oil leak! Well I never saw any oil anywhere so I didn't rush into mechanic... While at mechanic yesterday for my brakes I asked him to look at my Major oil leak! Guess what?!! There wasn't one! I Called manager and was argued with That they don't fix leaks or sell filters! Well that means the guy tried to scam me!!!!!! After arguing with me he listened and apologized but it wasn't sincere, he wanted me off the phone!!! I was a woman in there alone & the ass tried to scam me & the manager tried to cover it up!!!!!!! Never ever again will I go there!!! read more

went to get my oil changed in an 07 Durango. kid met me asked what I want. told him just an oil change he said it would be 41 and change I said ok. after they had the hood up they call you in for info i was told the total was 55 dollars I ask how it got to 55 from 41 was told extra oil 5.20 taxes and service total 55. then he told me my antifreeze was low so my antifreeze was contaminated because it was low. they could fix for 50 told him just do the oil change. as I walked back into the waiting room I told them they are a ripoff place tell you 41 then charge 55. was pretty pissed when the car was ready the worker told me he dropped it to 44 acted like he was doing me a favor. lowered it cause he knew he was wrong. use to be an ok place to get your oil done but I never use them again they use a form of bait and switch now. one of the people in the waiting room said they charged her more before asked her why did she come back she didn't answer. read more
