Fastest oil change ever, and I was impressed with their speed and happy I didn't have to deal with a bunch of upcharging and additional options because I don't go to valvoline for anything else, and only for an oil change in a pinch. Can you believe that? What a deal! Anyway I showed up first thing in the morning and they were already at work. I sat in the waiting room and they let us have the remote so we can pick whatever show we felt like and time went fast because I was only there for 30 minutes. While we were waiting I enjoyed the coffee from their Keurig. I handed the guy my punchcard and they marked off two oil changes, since they had given me full synthetic. I didn't know the difference and the guy who checked me in was a mechanic and not the regular office guy, so that's where the mistake was. That's okay though, lesson learned- make sure to ask for the synthetic blend. The punchcard lasts for two years, so I'm gonna get one for each of my cars because who can beat that deal?

One shop wanted $219 after having me drive by to look at it, another wanted $160 after two long phone calls of questions and 'ill get back to you'. Meineke? Jacob, current manager, delightfully gave me the best price in town, just from over the phone and said they weren't too busy for me to stop by to do it asap. I could hear him smiling through the phone, which made me feel cared for and not like a nuisance to them to make time for me. I was already hooked. I got there a little less than an hour to CLOSING. They installed both my headlights assembleys for the BEST deal in town, with a SMILE, in a TIMELY manner, while going above and BEYOND advising me of needing to replace my blinker because its missing a bolt, letting me know where I can find certain car supplies and giving me tips on how to clean fogged headlights. Jacob made that last minute and stressful experience so smooth and pleasant. I felt concerned and cared for coming here. He also has a great sense of humor and is clearly customer service oriented and fun to be around! I highly recommend this place for any installations based off my experience here at Meineke!
