This included a free all-points inspection with photos and info (e.g. brake pad thickness) and broke everything down by degree of urgency. Service was prompt and friendly, and after I discovered transmission fluid was leaking from one car when we got home, they apologized and got me back in right away to correct the issue. Parking lot is tight and there's no night drop (fenced lot), but they have a nice waiting area and their lobby shows how involved they are in supporting the local community. The manager knows me by name and vehicle now, and I'm always getting wonderful service (and to clarify, I got great service the first time I was here too). We have a BMW 3 series and a Ram 1500. Some of the most things we've had their team service are oil changes, tires, headlights, air conditioning, electrical, alignment, and more (just can't remember it all). I feel they've always offered their work at a reasonable price and it's a good value for the work. One of the things the manager has started doing during the last year is to text me a service summary report before completing the work. That way I can read it at my pace and think through it beforehand. Then I call, get an explanation from them, and give them the thumbs up or down (for the record, I've Never told them no). Give them a call the next time you need work done on your vehicle. They'll be honest. Work hard. And make sure you're happy. I always have been!

One shop wanted $219 after having me drive by to look at it, another wanted $160 after two long phone calls of questions and 'ill get back to you'. Meineke? Jacob, current manager, delightfully gave me the best price in town, just from over the phone and said they weren't too busy for me to stop by to do it asap. I could hear him smiling through the phone, which made me feel cared for and not like a nuisance to them to make time for me. I was already hooked. I got there a little less than an hour to CLOSING. They installed both my headlights assembleys for the BEST deal in town, with a SMILE, in a TIMELY manner, while going above and BEYOND advising me of needing to replace my blinker because its missing a bolt, letting me know where I can find certain car supplies and giving me tips on how to clean fogged headlights. Jacob made that last minute and stressful experience so smooth and pleasant. I felt concerned and cared for coming here. He also has a great sense of humor and is clearly customer service oriented and fun to be around! I highly recommend this place for any installations based off my experience here at Meineke!
