    If you love your car, don't bring it here. I don't write reviews often, but my experience with Jiffy Lube was so devastating that I feel I must share my story to warn others. What should have been a routine maintenance visit turned into a financial and emotional nightmare that I'm still dealing with. I've been to this Jiffy Lube location a few times in the past without issue. However, during my last visit in 2024, everything went horribly wrong. I trusted them to handle a basic service on my car, but they failed to properly secure the coolant reservoir cap. At first, I didn't notice the issue, but as I drove for a while, coolant exploded all over the engine compartment, smoke was coming out everywhere from the hood. What seemed like a minor mishap quickly escalated into a disaster. The coolant leak wasn't the only problem--motor oil somehow leaked into the coolant system, completely destroying my radiator and causing significant damage to the engine. I spoke to the manager, Neil, who came out to my home to inspect the issue and offered to try and resolve it. While I appreciated his initial effort, the situation only worsened over the next few days. I returned to the shop, where Neil attempted to fix it again, but unfortunately, his efforts didn't solve the problem. Not long after leaving the shop, my car started overheating, and I noticed smoke pouring out of the exhaust. It was terrifying to see my car in this condition. I decided to take it to a trusted mechanic for a thorough inspection, and that's when I learned the full extent of the damage. The mechanic noted that my Jeep had leaked coolant and oil inside of my engine, and that the motor oil is empty. Keep in mind, I only took it to Jiffy Lube for service only days ago. The oil contamination in the coolant caused catastrophic damage to my engine. The repairs required a full radiator replacement, extensive engine repairs, and, ultimately, an engine rebuild. This has been an overwhelmingly expensive ordeal that completely derailed my budget. The financial burden is just one part of the story. This incident has caused so much stress and disruption to my life. I had to take out loans, pull from my savings and cancel vacations to pay for the repairs. I've been without a working vehicle for months, dealing with repair shops, juggling transportation, and trying to piece together the money to cover the costs. After all these months, my Jeep is still at the shop getting repaired due to the damages that has cascaded to various issues caused by Jiffy Lube. I am still making payments on my Jeep! It's really sad. What makes this even worse is Jiffy Lube's complete refusal to take responsibility. Despite providing them with invoices, documentation, and detailed explanations of what happened, they've denied any wrongdoing. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to even acknowledge their mistakes is both infuriating and deeply disappointing. Before I brought my Jeep to Jiffy Lube, it was running perfectly. There were no leaks, no overheating, no check engine lights--absolutely nothing. The timing of these issues leaves no doubt in my mind that their negligence caused this disaster. I trusted Jiffy Lube to handle my vehicle with care, and they completely failed me. Their actions--or lack thereof--caused irreparable damage to my car, cost me thousands of dollars, and left me dealing with weeks of stress and frustration. If you're considering Jiffy Lube for your vehicle, I strongly urge you to think twice. Their lack of attention to detail and refusal to stand behind their work has shown me how dangerous and costly their services can be. Save yourself the financial and emotional toll--find a reputable shop that truly cares about its customers and their vehicles. If anyone has any bad experiences and costly repairs after visiting any Jiffy Lube, please reach out to me. I am working with a lawyer and an investigator.

    Where the JIFFY LUBE EMPLOYEE carelessly ran into a pole.

    Scrolling through all the negative reviews doesn't surprise me. As of 3 hours ago my family and I went for an oil change, as the Jiffy Lube employee pulled our car out of the service area, he lost control of the vehicle and ran into a pole. We were given a story of how it wasn't their fault or responsibility. They rushed the guilty employee away and told us he left for the day (which is crazy because we saw him in the building after they made us leave the lobby for closing.) We were told our brakes failed, mind you we've been driving all day AND we were only there for an oil change. They refused to assist with a tow truck and said for us to call our insurance because it was OUR responsibility. I am not sure if every Jiffy Lube is this unprofessional or just this location. They showed not an ounce of sympathy and made my mother feel as if it was her fault. They also refused to let us leave it inside their garage during closed hours. They literally shooed my mom, put the car to the curb side of the lot, dismissed her telling her to figure it out. I will attach pictures and let you all decide the "value" for yourselves. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. We were told his name was "Jack W." but with the character of the individuals we encountered today and the dishonesty, I'm not even sure if that's true. We have been Jiffy Lube customers for 20 years. This was by far the most disappointing experience. We realize we can no longer trust this company to have our best interest. 1000% not worth it.

    DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to this Jiffy Lube. If I could give zero stars I would. They totally destroyed my oil drain plug. See photo attached. If I hadn't gone to Meineke to have my next oil change I never would have known. Meineke was kind enough to replace it at no additional cost than my oil chance which was also significantly cheaper than Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube is the worst.

    I love that jiffy lube here is open on Saturday for those who work a M-F schedule, I got my oil and tires rotated here a while ago. It's a FCFS for oil changes so be there early the guy said bc sometimes there's a line that's already formed before they open. But when I went around noon it wasn't that bad the line. I had a 15% additional service and $15 off oil change coupon from their website to print out I presented to the guy and he said they wouldn't use both but I had 2 different services which was oil and tire change --- but decided he gave me $20 off and I appreciated it the forgot to put the next oil change for me in the car when I realized it so I think I just would need to call to see the next time I need to come in

I was greeted by an advisor, Gauge, who pushed me to open a store credit card to get a "free" oil change. They used the "multi-point inspection" as a sales pitch, quickly quoting me $150 to replace my engine and cabin air filters--parts that cost about $20 total. When I questioned the price, Gauge promised to "price match" if I showed him the $20 price online. I showed him the exact parts on Amazon, but he immediately went back on his word, claiming the lowest he could do was $65. He then tried to "deal" by offering to only change one filter for $20 or having me buy the parts elsewhere for him to install. I refused to be duped by these games and told him I could Google how to do it myself. I'm proud to say I figured it out, changed both filters in minutes, and saved $130. I have since closed my account and will not return. I refuse to give my hard-earned money to a business that casually exploits people without remorse. To everyone else: Do your research. Some repairs require a pro, but for the simple things, don't let yourself be exploited. I'm moving on with my money and my dignity intact.

My vehicle was consistently parked in the garage and only used as a grocery getter then parked back in the garage. I never worked or touched anything on my vehicle maintenance wise since. Took my vehicle back for an oil change on 06/24/2026 since the oil light came on a few days prior. Upon getting to the business, I set my vehicle up per usual for an oil change. The workers were friendly per usual. They began working on my vehicle and my vehicle began shaking like crazy while they worked. The worker then came back up and told me that they cannot get the oil bolt off. They proceeded to say that to attempt to take the oil bolt off they would have to break it because it was over tightened and would be an extra $50 on top of the already $130 oil change for full synthetic. The manager then came and asked who had done my last oil change because they over tightened the bolt and I told them it was this location Valvoline. They then told me if they broke the oil pan it would be an extra charge to replace it and for a new bolt. After telling them it was this Valvoline that over tightened the bolt which was backed by the Valvoline sticker on my window that they scanned, they told me it was seized because of heat. The vehicle was parked in my garage all day and the first stop at 12pm was this location 4miles from my house. After explaining it was over tightened by this locations workers, they continued to tell me it was my fault. I didn't want to pay the extra money for all the mistakes they made and they did not do any oil change or services for my vehicle before I drove off. I still did not touch anything on my vehicle. On 06/25/2026 at 10AM, I took my car to Meineke located at 10455 S Rainbow Blvd. No problems whatsoever. Gave them my car and they completed the oil change without any gripes and told me nothing about a so called "seized" or "over tightened" oil bolt. Very ridiculous this Valvoline attempted to charge so much extra for something they claimed was going on and it was their business that did it in the first place. What made it worse was taking it to a different business they were able to complete the service without any problems and no goofy made-up up charge. If i could i would give this location a half a star but it only allows me to do one star. Never coming back. Beware of their scams everyone.

    I came into USA Auto Service for a squealing noise that only happens when my AC is running in hot…read moreweather. To be fair, they did attempt to replicate the conditions, and I chose not to proceed with a full diagnostic at that time because I initially wanted a visual inspection first. After that inspection, I was quoted $1,800 for a compressor replacement by a technician named Gary. What concerned me was the level of confidence in diagnosing the compressor as the issue without a full diagnostic. From what I understand, and based on further research, it's very difficult to definitively determine that a compressor is the cause of a squealing noise without running proper tests under load and evaluating related components like the belt and tensioner. To be clear, I did decline diagnostics initially, but I was still reassured that the compressor was the issue, which didn't feel like a fully supported conclusion. I also looked into pricing, and while compressor replacements can be expensive, most estimates I found for Las Vegas are generally in the $700-$1,200 range (with some variation depending on the vehicle). That makes the $1,800 quote seem on the higher end, especially without a confirmed diagnosis. Part of me speculates if the high quote may partially due to me being a woman, however, I can't confirm this suspicion to be true. I did not move forward with the repair and will be getting a second opinion. I would recommend others ask for a full diagnostic and possibly a second opinion before agreeing to major repairs. After more research I'll be trying Busy Boots for the second opinion, as they have higher yelp ratings.

Cool. Well mid oil change, I was then told the AC pressure line had "extreme pressure" and needed a flush. He showed me the disconnected gauge and it was in the red. So I thought 'why not' he then told me to get online and find a coupon for a discount. I did. Half way through, I noticed other vehicles getting the same service in the parking lot after the oil changes and realized 'I am getting scammed' welp. I was right. Told them to take the service off and they did. Beyond unprofessional with how they acted as I am in sales, but I don't lie when I sell. Huge difference. Going to a local shop from now on.

    NEVER GO TO VALVOLINE!!!…read more I go in for an oil change and any other maintenance that I may need before a road trip and the technicians seemed to have no clue what they were doing. One technician tells me that my air filter is at the end of its life and should be replaced if they had it in stock and then another technician tells me it's fine until it's next service. During the whole time of my AC service they had me sitting in my car in the hot sun while the technicians are going back and forth and looking of their phones as if they don't know how to use their own equipment. After I paid over $300 for everything and I'm heading home barely even 2 hours later my check engine light comes on which triggers another light to come on in the car. I go back to the location to get it checked and the technicians said that the light has to be manually reset and tried to reset it as if the maintenance light came on. During this 2nd visit, no one bothered to open the hood of the car to check on their work to see if there was an issue. Per the customer service rep, these technicians are only aware of how to do fluid services and don't know how to do anything mechanical to the car. WHY HAVE PEOPLE WORKING ON CARS IF THEY ONLY KNOW A FRACTION OF HOW TO WORK ON A CAR?!?! I had to drive to multiple locations to try to get this issue fixed since Valvoline could not do it. $240 and hours waiting for a diagnostic/repair only for the auto shop to discover that the breather tube was not installed back in after it was taken out for the air filter inspection/replacement. The mechanic said that if the issue was left as is, my car would have been seriously damaged. I was told I would be compensated for this issue by a Valvoline customer service rep only to be told later that they wouldn't refund me because they don't touch that part of the car even though there is documentation that Valvoline was negligent. Then they tried to turn it around as if the light was already on when I came to the shop when it was not during my first visit and no where in the comments of my first visit is it noted that there were any preexisting issues with my car. All I was offered was a refund on the oil change and no other service and a coupon for a free oil change which I decline because I will never be going back to any Valvoline location even if I was desperate. Horrible customer service and business where their technicians don't properly do their job that we pay them to do and then corporate won't even take accountability for it. I would give negative stars if it was possible.

Peyton always provides top-notch customer service as he is friendly, attentive, and thoughtful in ensuring my repair needs are properly taken care of. On my latest visit, when I went to renew my registration and attain a smog check, I saddeningly witnessed one of the employees, Gina, get harassed by a contemptuous customer. The woman, a Karen, was upset about her vehicle's diagnosis and stated inflammatory comments in that she scrutinized some of the Hispanic employees for English being their second language. These remarks were highly unnecessary, given it did not pertain to the underlying issue of her vehicle needing some work. Anyhow, Gina handled the situation with incredible professionalism and composure. She stayed calm, respectful, and empathetic, however, the Karen was insulted by her rapport and silenced her. Nevertheless, Gina respected her boundaries and focused on doing her job, which frankly highlighted a lot about her character. Beyond Gina's professionalism and exemplary customer service, she is exceedingly experienced and knowledgeable. She has worked on my vehicle multiple times and always leaves me feeling confident that everything was correctly done. Finding an autoshop with both effective technical skill and such a high level of customer care is thinly dispersed, although, this shop never leaves me disheartened.
