I left my wife's car for an oil change in the morning and gave Jiffy Lube all day to complete the job. I told them to call when ready but not rush, as I wouldn't be able to make it back within 3-4 hours. Some six hours later, I still hadn't received a call, so I called and was told they tried to call without success. I never received that call, and the "dog ate my homework" excuse runs a little thin. At any rate, when I came to pick up my wife's car, they told me my bill was $146.00, which was about $30.00 above the stated cost when I dropped the car off. Long story short, Vincent (I think he was the manager, or should be) understood the situation and made the matter better. This is all it takes to make the matter better: a person who understands, is friendly, and cooperative. From now on, I will come here for all oil changes and only work with Vincent. read more

What should have been a routine maintenance visit turned into a financial and emotional nightmare that I'm still dealing with. I've been to this Jiffy Lube location a few times in the past without issue. However, during my last visit in 2024, everything went horribly wrong. I trusted them to handle a basic service on my car, but they failed to properly secure the coolant reservoir cap. At first, I didn't notice the issue, but as I drove for a while, coolant exploded all over the engine compartment, smoke was coming out everywhere from the hood. What seemed like a minor mishap quickly escalated into a disaster. The coolant leak wasn't the only problem--motor oil somehow leaked into the coolant system, completely destroying my radiator and causing significant damage to the engine. I spoke to the manager, Neil, who came out to my home to inspect the issue and offered to try and resolve it. While I appreciated his initial effort, the situation only worsened over the next few days. I returned to the shop, where Neil attempted to fix it again, but unfortunately, his efforts didn't solve the problem. Not long after leaving the shop, my car started overheating, and I noticed smoke pouring out of the exhaust. It was terrifying to see my car in this condition. I decided to take it to a trusted mechanic for a thorough inspection, and that's when I learned the full extent of the damage. The mechanic noted that my Jeep had leaked coolant and oil inside of my engine, and that the motor oil is empty. Keep in mind, I only took it to Jiffy Lube for service only days ago. The oil contamination in the coolant caused catastrophic damage to my engine. The repairs required a full radiator replacement, extensive engine repairs, and, ultimately, an engine rebuild. This has been an overwhelmingly expensive ordeal that completely derailed my budget. The financial burden is just one part of the story. This incident has caused so much stress and disruption to my life. I had to take out loans, pull from my savings and cancel vacations to pay for the repairs. I've been without a working vehicle for months, dealing with repair shops, juggling transportation, and trying to piece together the money to cover the costs. After all these months, my Jeep is still at the shop getting repaired due to the damages that has cascaded to various issues caused by Jiffy Lube. I am still making payments on my Jeep! It's really sad. What makes this even worse is Jiffy Lube's complete refusal to take responsibility. Despite providing them with invoices, documentation, and detailed explanations of what happened, they've denied any wrongdoing. Their lack of accountability and unwillingness to even acknowledge their mistakes is both infuriating and deeply disappointing. Before I brought my Jeep to Jiffy Lube, it was running perfectly. There were no leaks, no overheating, no check engine lights--absolutely nothing. The timing of these issues leaves no doubt in my mind that their negligence caused this disaster. I trusted Jiffy Lube to handle my vehicle with care, and they completely failed me. Their actions--or lack thereof--caused irreparable damage to my car, cost me thousands of dollars, and left me dealing with weeks of stress and frustration. If you're considering Jiffy Lube for your vehicle, I strongly urge you to think twice. Scrolling through all the negative reviews doesn't surprise me. As of 3 hours ago my family and I went for an oil change, as the Jiffy Lube employee pulled our car out of the service area, he lost control of the vehicle and ran into a pole. We were given a story of how it wasn't their fault or responsibility. They rushed the guilty employee away and told us he left for the day (which is crazy because we saw him in the building after they made us leave the lobby for closing.) We were told our brakes failed, mind you we've been driving all day AND we were only there for an oil change. They refused to assist with a tow truck and said for us to call our insurance because it was OUR responsibility. I am not sure if every Jiffy Lube is this unprofessional or just this location. They showed not an ounce of sympathy and made my mother feel as if it was her fault. They also refused to let us leave it inside their garage during closed hours. They literally shooed my mom, put the car to the curb side of the lot, dismissed her telling her to figure it out. I will attach pictures and let you all decide the "value" for yourselves. They didn't even have the courtesy to apologize. We were told his name was "Jack W." but with the character of the individuals we encountered today and the dishonesty, I'm not even sure if that's true. We have been Jiffy Lube customers for 20 years. This was by far the most disappointing experience. Would not recommend this place at all. Maybe it was my fault for bringing my car here for an AC problem however I called ahead and asked if they help with that and they sounded very excited to help me. I brought my car in and told them how my AC is not completely cold. I said it was blowing out of the right side cold but the left side is not as cool. I asked the technician how long it would take for them to do a diagnosis and they said this is the diagnosis - him sitting in my driver seat feeling the air come out. He told me the blade needed to be replaced and quoted over $500.00 for the project. This didn't even sound right as he didn't check to see if there was a leak in hose or anything. I brought my car to a mom and pop shop elsewhere and they test drove it around, inspected the blade, weighed the Freon and are doing a dye test. They think it just needs some additional Freon. DO NOT bring your car here for AC issues. How is sitting in the driver side how you figure out what's wrong?! Horrible and unethical. read more

Abysmal customer service! I got there at 33 minutes before closing time. I sat there for ten minutes before someone came up to tell me that they weren't taking any more cars. So many problems with this; 1) Even though I was there more than 30 minutes before closing, somehow that's not good enough? 2) He and his coworker both knew I was waiting within a minute of when I arrived. I love that jiffy lube here is open on Saturday for those who work a M-F schedule, I got my oil and tires rotated here a while ago. It's a FCFS for oil changes so be there early the guy said bc sometimes there's a line that's already formed before they open. But when I went around noon it wasn't that bad the line. I had a 15% additional service and $15 off oil change coupon from their website to print out I presented to the guy and he said they wouldn't use both but I had 2 different services which was oil and tire change --- but decided he gave me $20 off and I appreciated it the forgot to put the next oil change for me in the car when I realized it so I think I just would need to call to see the next time I need to come in read more

Today was the second time I came here to this location to get my oil changed. I decided to come here after my warranty well ran out on my Chevy. Everytime I went to the Chevy dealership it always was a minimum 2 hour wait. Didnt matter if you had an appointment, day of week, time of the day, or a walkin. Here, first time was 45 minutes which the person that greeted me told me. The time was right on, and it was appreciated that I was given that information. I know a lot of places will say that the wait time won't be as long as what it really will be. The business is afraid they will lose business. When in fact they will lose it anyway being deceived. That isn't the case here. Today I think it was 30 minutes. The technician will show you the part that needs to be replaced, such for an example a air filter. Mine today was black and yes needed to be replaced. Again, another example of transparency. After getting some fluids topped off for no charge, I was on my way. Fast, friendly service. My mom went here for a simple front brake replacement, which apparently they can't do and can't even honorably fix their mess up. They made my elderly mom come back 3 times, and the third time she came back they would not entertain her. She waited over 2 hours in their lobby and still no one would help her even though she was there before some of the other customers. My mother asked for a timeframe, they would not give it. She asked for a timeframe for the next day or in the future, they would not give it. They just did not want to honor their mess up and think they can just take advantage of older ladies. Matt the assistant manager was super unprofessional as were the guys working in the shop. Argumentative and unreliable. This jiffy lube shouldn't be open or have guys put in that actually know what they are doing! Almost $700 for oil change and all the add ons they talked my elderly parent into. Broke the latch on my hood and damaged the coil for the spark plugs. Came back in and only when I threatened to have my lawyer get involved did they take me seriously. After an oil change and the other services the check engine light shouldn't have come on not even 30 minutes after leaving jiffy lube. Will not be back and will go where the people are more professional and reliable. Horrible customer service 0/10 would NOT recommend anyone come here. Been to plenty of Jiffy Lubes that offer excellent service and quality of service and this specific spot was extremely unsafe, they left my hood open almost flipped up while i was on the freeway, they left my tire caps off which was weird because they didn't fill them like they said they did, and finally they didn't even change my oil that i paid for. She went to Jiffy Lube and the gentleman told her it was her AC fan. Mind you he didn't h Even pull her car into the bay and do an inspection. She went to 3 auto zones and found the part. She waited for my husband to return home to take a look at the car. He put the car on ramps, got out the tools and did an inspection. Anyway, she was very helpful and had all the information that I needed. Even more, she was right when she told me that these guys working here would have me in and out in literally a JIFFY!! I came in. They took the milage from my vehicle, took down whatever other information that they needed from me and boom. DONE! I spent less than what felt like 10 minutes there and I was on the road again. That was so quick.
