My experience at Tiger Kingdom was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I made an online appointment for 5:00 PM because that was the only available time. I arrived around 4:30 PM, maybe even a little earlier, and from the very beginning, the person who attended me, apparently the manager or person in charge, had a very negative and unprofessional attitude. When I told him I had a 5:00 PM appointment, he immediately responded in an annoyed way, basically saying that by 5:00 PM they were practically already home and the place was closed, even though the website clearly says they close at 6:00 PM. From that moment on, his attitude was rude, unhelpful, and completely inappropriate. On top of that, he could not find my appointment in the system and asked me what I needed. I explained that I needed TPMS sensors installed, which I had already brought with me, along with an alignment and tire balancing. His response was to say that they do not do that kind of work. That was surprising because two weeks earlier, another Tire Kingdom had told me that bringing my own sensors was not a problem and that they could install them by charging labor. When I mentioned that, he became even more upset. He then went into the shop, spoke with someone, and came back with an even worse attitude, saying they would check the car. After checking it, they told me the sensors could not be installed. I told him that was fine and that I would simply not install the sensors. At that point, it became very obvious that his attitude got worse because I refused to buy the sensors there. He practically lost interest in helping me once he realized I was not going to purchase parts from the store. When I tried to move forward with the alignment service, he responded in a rude way, saying, "I'm telling you, what are you going to do?" At that point, I decided to ask for my keys and leave. What upset me the most was not only that they could not do the work, but the way I was treated. This person's customer service was terrible. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be the face of a customer service business. This kind of treatment is exactly why companies lose customers. Phillip the "boss" did a BS inspection of my tire and told me I had a bad tire in hopes of upselling me a new Tire when i just needed a simple job done, not only that but he also doesnt know how to talk to his workers he blatantly belittled his infront of me a customer and acted like he didnt know what he was doing..If thats how you run a business I would hate to see how he operates outside of it..I wouldnt go here again if they were the closest shop and the only ones open read more

I noticed I had a bad tire and have a high performance bmw so if I need one tire I need 4. I live down the road and was just looking to get a quote for 4 tires installed at 8:20 on a Thursday night. Both gentleman in the store had already locked the doors and waved me away. It's going to cost over $1000 to replace my tires. I thought corporate would like to know their staff doesn't care about sales just clocking in and out. I'll order my tires on Amazon tonight have them put on by a mechanic tomorrow. read more

Terrible customer service, the older black man at the front kiosk did a BS "tire inspection" on my flat tire, comes back in to tell me it can be repaired and that a new tire was going to be a total of $150. I got a second look at New & Used tires across the street and they found a nail in my tire and fixed it in less than 20 min and it only cost me $25. I called back to speak to a manager to see if that was standard procedure and he wanted to be rude and act dumb as if he didn't know what i was talking about while his employee in the back laughed and made jokes. Tire had exploded on the highway while going on a trip up north. I had no help with roadside assistance they were practically useless. 2 hrs waiting on them, I had someone come and wait with me while dealing with the issue. They ended up taking me here to Tire kingdom on SR7. Elio was my savior. By this time they were closing shop in 1 1/2 hrs and I still needed to wait for the tow truck. Elio had informed me it would take some time to put the car down, check the car and assess the issue. I only had 15 mins to bring my car to this location by that time. It had came 5 MINS AFTER !! With my frustration and irrational irate of not knowing what to do. Elio still held composure, and took care of me regardless of time frame (which he is very on point with) 30 years in the business really does show. Thank you for your service. read more

I went to this tire kingdom ,1/23/2024, made a appointment for 11am. I called that day and said can I come in now he said yes. I reserved everything on line oil change rotate tires, check battery. I paid and went home and noticed tires where not rotated,I also noticed the next day my tire light was on in the dashboard. I called them . This is the response I got the cold weather will do that that's why the light is on, he had no explanation for why the tires went rotated he said bring the car back and I'll rotate is this the way to run business once you mess with me I'll never go back there again so everybody be careful. Looked into Tire Kingdom as another option for tires. My first experience was with the Store Manager Dwright, who was very helpful in assisting me by phone in finding new tires for my vehicle. They weren't in stock, but Dwright was able to order them for me to arrive in a few days. I followed up with Sean, the other Manager, who (like Dwright) was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Sean called me to let me know that not only could I get my tires, but they could install them the same day! Both AJ and Kevin were equally Customer Oriented, Friendly, and Kind! Special thanks to Alejandro, who serviced my vehicle. He was FAST! WOW! Dwright followed up with me today just to ensure that the tires had come in. I was tickled to let him know that I was happily taken care of already! Now THAT is impeccable follow-up! This has been the LEAST PAINFUL experience I have ever had in buying tires for my vehicle. I gave them 3 stars because I felt as though they deserved 2.5 stars so I just ended up rounding up. Now, they did what I asked them to do as far as the car is concerned. I went in for a tire rotation and a patch and they ACTUALLY did it this time which is why I rounded up earlier. The last time I came here for a tire rotation I marked each tire beforehand only to realize that they didn't even do a proper rotation they just swapped the rear tires. I brought it to their attention and AFTER that they did a full rotation. Thank you? Anyways, this time was a slight improvement... emphasis on slight. They completed the task I requested of them and I am forever grateful. But, after I received my car back it was dirty and this was my main problem. My door, my steering wheel, my arm rest... all dirty. I have a light colored interior. So at the very minimum all you have to do is change your gloves. Nope. Imagine if I was getting brake work done or some engine work. How much worse would it be? This isn't the 1st time his is happening. Every time I come here they leave my interior dirty with engine grease. Whenever I go to the dealer I don't have this issue but whenever I go there I have to deal with that. Aren't you suppose to be a professional dealer alternative? So that's my biggest gripe with that... that they occasionally do their job and when they do it you better believe that you will see everything that they touched. God forbid you have a dark interior... you'd probably need a black light to see what surprise they left for you. read more

This is part 2 to horrible service. Part 1 is posted below at the location I went to prior to this location on the same day. So I called on my way to make sure the shop closes at 7pm. Guy hesitated but confirmed closing time. I arrive.. no acknowledgement or anything for like 10 or more minutes when I entered the shop.. granted he was helping a customer. However, "hello, I'll be with you in a moment" is pretty standard or minimal customer service practices. Even when the customer went and sat down.. still no acknowledgement until finally he goes.. "you called me right?" So anyway when he finally decided to help me. I explained about the coupon etc. Of course I'm cut off mid explanation when A new customer walks in and he remembers customer service practice 1101 and ask the guy what he needs?....listens to the guy.. and then tell the guy ."okay I'll be right with you in one minute". The new customer hadnt even shut the door before he was spoken to. So anyway he tells the mechanic who was already doing an oil change that he has one more car. That mechanic hung his head and ask if he had a choice?. At least the mechanic was told something to the effect of... 'you have a choice but I wouldnt make that choice if were you". At this point I'm completly defeated... I feel like... apparently I picked the wrong day, time and company to get an oil change... because no one wants to help me. So he checks out my coupon...check my car and say that I needed an synthetic oil and I couldnt use the coupon.. I told him the price was too much even though I knew I could use the part of the coupon that said $10 off for the oil change he said I needed. I just wanted to leave. So I went BACK to Jiffy Lube(where I normally go) and paid $20 more for the oil change I needed with excellent customer service. Smh. ******************* Part 1 tamarac location I arrived at the tamarac shop 5:34pm. I had already researched online that there is an oil change special and the shop closes at 7pm. Upon pulling in I thought the shop was closed until I notice a few of the garage doors were open and there was one car in the garage. I walk up to the door and the door was locked so the guy opened it. I let him know I was there for the oil change special I saw online and that online shows the store closed at 7pm. He goes "Well THIS location closes at 6." With slight attitude. I said all I wanted was an oil change. He said that it would take a lot of time to examine the car bla bla i said i literally want an oil change nothing else. He said it would still take 45 min. So i ask really? Because jiffy lube seems to.do it quickly as if it doesnt take that lo gif that is all you are doing. So anyway he refused to provide me service and told me to go to the 441/stateroad 7 location.. We dropped our car off at 1 pm to have 4 new tires installed and were told the work would be done by closing. We couldn't make it by closing, but came by the next day at 12 noon to pick it up and discovered the car had not even been touched. When we complained, they promised the work would be started right away and done by 1 pm. It sat untouched another 45 minutes. We got home and noticed that without even bothering to check, they had mounted the wrong tires on the wrong rims; front tires were placed on the rear rims and rear tires on front rims. In fact, they also put the front rims on the back and the back rims on the front. It was something you would expect of the 3 Stooges. It's industry standard to check the replacement tire sizes and compare them with the old ones, so you don't end up making this mistake...and to work on one wheel at a time, so each wheel ends up in the same spot. Another drive back to their shop and another 90 minutes there, and the job was finally completed the right way. A nightmare experience. read more

Made an appointment for an alignment for noon. It's now 1:35 and my car still hasn't been pulled for service.

There is free coffee and vending machines availed while you wait.... The staff was in a meeting and a gentleman from Boca that was here helped me and was very nice. To bad I didn't catch his name I'm sure the company would have given him a nice raise. There was another guy who worked here that didn't seem to know what was going gin half the time and had poor training on orders and deliveries .... I don't mind because lucky the "Boca guy" was here to save the day.... Sorry no name. Also I asked if they could switch my flat with my spare and I would go tomorrow to Chang it out for the new tire in a different location but he said that they couldn't do that which sucked because I leave work in Boca at 6 sometimes and have to go all the way to plantation before 7 tomorrow to have my tire. Very inconvenient :( The while expertise was fair and the wait wasn't bad at 8:30 am so I gave 4 stars. I recommend you all go to Boca however their prices are hirer but the training is on point . read more

The manager Lionel Hilaire has your typical "salesman" mentality. I came in expecting to fix a tire with a screw in it, and I soon understood that my tire tread was too thin and according to him, he could not perform tire plug as it was unsafe. I was ok with this, and asked him to give me just the quote on a new set of tires that would be comparable to what I had. In doing this,he automatically added in the cost of alignment and balance per tire..without telling me,which more than tripled my costs. As I read the quote,I stated, "Balance I need,but I will go to my dealer for the alignment" He then proceeds to raise his voice in lecturing me on why I "needed" the alignment there and then, Needless to say, he was unable to understand that it's my prerogative to purchased extra services if I wanted them. His negative,condescending tone was such a turn off that I left to go elsewhere. He alluded to "gifting" me with the knowledge of what I could and could not afford..not just the tire and balance quote as I requested,and instead of slipping in the added costs. read more
