I told him and he said ok and gave me a price. Ten minutes later he tells me to pull in. After I do another guy comes and asks me what tires I need to change. It was obvious and my lady friend said something like really obvious. The tall guy over heard and made a comment about if you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.

After collecting the vehicle and starting it in the parking lot, it was immediately obvious that something was seriously wrong. The engine sounded as though it had no oil. Upon investigation, I discovered that the oil had been drained but never refilled. I still have written documentation from the employee at the front desk acknowledging what happened. What I cannot understand is how the vehicle was started, moved out of the workshop, and parked without anyone realizing there was no oil in the engine. This type of mistake could have caused catastrophic engine damage and raises serious concerns about the quality control procedures at this location. Despite this experience, I decided to give the shop a second chance. I later returned for a wheel rotation and balancing service. During that visit, I received a call advising that my serpentine belt needed immediate replacement because it was worn. After collecting the truck, I noticed that one of my center wheel caps was missing. I returned to the shop right away, but it could not be located. I later inspected the serpentine belt myself and found absolutely nothing wrong with it. The belt showed no signs of unusual wear and did not require replacement. This left me questioning whether the recommendation was genuine or simply an attempt to sell unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced issues with this location. Between nearly destroying an engine by failing to refill oil, losing parts from my vehicle, and recommending repairs that were not needed, I have completely lost confidence in the workmanship and integrity of this shop. I cannot recommend this location and would advise others to carefully inspect their vehicles after any service performed here.

When I brought this to their attention, a supervisor named Roberto told me that too much time had passed and there was nothing they could do--completely dismissing the fact that the service I paid for was never performed in the first place. After escalating to corporate, another supervisor, Sam, contacted me and initially acted like he wanted to help. However, he quickly tried to fall back on a "warranty period" excuse, which makes no sense if the work wasn't done at all. I agreed to bring my car in so their "brake specialist" could verify whether the parts had been replaced. Instead of addressing the issue, Sam claimed I had a leaking brake caliper. That raised a red flag, so I immediately took my car elsewhere. At a different shop, I had my brakes and rotors replaced--and surprise, there was no leaking caliper at all. This confirmed my suspicion that I had been misled more than once. For reference, the supervisor I originally dealt with was Raul Morales, and it's worth noting that none of the staff from that time are still there. If you've had work done here, I strongly recommend having another mechanic double-check it. This experience felt dishonest and unsafe. When it comes to something as critical as brakes, your safety is on the line--don't take chances.

I feel good about the work they did and will be back next month for some body work. I was very cautious after having all my automotive maintenance done at Honda for all my Hondas until recently when I went somewhere and it was a bust. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend
