They overfilled my oil causing my car to go up in a cloud of smoke as I drove out of the lot. I didn't realize until I was a half mile away, and while they looked at it again, I was driving in smoke for almost a mile. Here's to hoping no damage came to my car. read more

Quick and friendly service. Got my oil changed in about 10 minutes! They even vacuumed my car and washed the windows free of charge for me.

I happened to be running errands today, and stopped at kwik trip to fill my tire with air, my tire sadly popped while I was putting air in it, my phone was disabled so I had no way to google or call anyone, I walked into Jiffy hoping you guy's sold tires but you didn't, even though I technically wasn't a customer, Caitlin helped me with everything! I was able to get in contact with my husband, get a ride home and she even let us use some of her personal tools to fix the tire on my car! She was such a sweetheart and I will forsure be making this store my new oil change spot thanks to Caitlin! I couldn't imagine how she is with customers because she was absolutely the best even when I didn't purchase anything. She is genuinely just a sweet person and I think everyone should know! The guy rushed me out of my car when I pulled up and barely let me speak. I watched them do the work and he says they topped off the fluids even though I never saw them do it. After about 35 minutes I asked what was taking so long. They were sitting down in the garage. They said it would be ten more minutes because someone was driving a filter over from another shop. Went in at approximately 3:30 pm on 4/22/2015. No one came out to my car and no one could be seen through the garage window so I exited my car and walked in (not a problem). When I walked in there was a black gentleman helping two customers at the counter. When he finished helping them he greeted me and was extremely friendly and professional. We even had a nice chat about window tinting as my Chrysler 300 was wrapped with advertising for my tint shop. Had he been my only encounter the review would have been 5 stars and I would have come back time and again. Unfortunately things went south from there. I gave him my key and walked out to my car. At this point a white guy with what I recall to be reddish hair came out and in an angry voice asked "Were you the one who was up here honking?". I said "no I wasn't honking" as I wasn't. He then proceeded to bark "It's F*cking disrespectful to sit out here honking when we are down there working on cars!". I said "It's disrespectful to assume I was honking when I just told you I wasn't". He then turned to me with an angry face and yelled "Take your F*cking keys and leave". I told him the other gentleman had my keys and he yelled at the other guy to give me my keys and proceeded to yell at me four or five more times to leave as I attempted to explain to the other guy what happened. To his merit the other guy didn't seem to enjoy me being kicked out either but it was clear he had no authority in this matter. This is absolutely shameful treatment of customers. Looking back, when I locked my door the car may have made one honk but it is inexcusable to have such a short fuse employee working for you. Even if I was honking, which I wasn't, it would still be inexcusable behavior. Absolutely the lowest quality of human being. This business would get a negative 5 stars if I could simply because there is absolutely no excuse and I can't believe that with that horrible of an attitude there were not prior signs (ignored by management and ownership) that this guy was a bad apple. You don't go from a good employee to that, there are steps in between. Additionally, it took 20 minutes to reach someone at the customer care center and a day later still have not received a follow up call. With such poor conduct follow up should be instantaneous. read more

Poor customer service overall. With every oil change they offer several extra services that should be done (like checking levels, tire pressure, cleaning windows, etc). None of that was done and on top of that on the report sheet Tino put that I had rejected some of the services. BAD. The shop needs a supervisor on site. read more

I waited to get my oil change which I've done 2x before at this location. The mechanic determined that I "don't need an oil change because it's only been 1500 miles." I reply, "Well its part of my warranty that I have to get the oil changed every 4,000 miles or every 4 month. Whichever comes first. So, please just change the oil. I need a receipt that shows I had it done." The mechanic proceeds to tell me that he'll do it if I want but he doesn't "feel right about it." So, I say again, "I need a receipt that shows I had it done." The he tells me he used to work for a dealership and "they are lying to you" ...about my warranty.. A warranty he's never seen or knows nothing about my purchasing situation. Then he tells me, "your car's out front and the keys are in it." I say again, "I need a receipt that shows I had it done." He then tells me, "Well, you've all ready voided the warranty because your not using a full synthetic." I look at him dumbfounded and say, "Your telling me that car came off the assembly line with full synthetic?" Him: "Yep. Your warranty is all ready voided so you don't have to even worry about it. "Then he tells me, "your car's out front and the keys are in it. If you can show me your warranty and where it says your car is not a full synthetic I'll service it." (huh?!? really!) I leave because I get the fact that this person is totally lazy and is trying to play it off like he's helping me instead of just doing the service I requested. I immediately pull over and open the owners manual. That states specifically SAE 5w30. It even says it on the cap! Nowhere does it say "synthetic". wtf! wasted my time and I still have to get the work done. ... and guess what.. my warranty states exactly what I said it did also. I shouldn't have to prove my warranty credentials to get my oil changed. I'm definitely not going back this so called "expert". I wouldn't want him touching my car. And I will probably never use Jiffy Lube again. I've never been treated like that as a customer and I deal with customers all the time. I didn't raise my voice. I wasn't arrogant. Red hair, beard, hat, couple of arm tats. Don't let him touch your car. He's full of poop. read more

I went there because there was no line, and I figured that It would be quick. I was the only one getting serviced. I purchased the Platinum synthetic service for $80. This was supposed to include all the typical services from these oil change places. Windshields cleaned, interior vacuum, Check tire pressure, check fluid levels, etc. etc. etc. I got an oil change. While I watched, an elderly man changed my oil, while two other men just sat there and twiddled there thumbs. When they were finished the young man came in and said "You're all set" I then replied, "Did you checking tire pressure, fluid levels etc." "Uh no." The bottom line is if you plan on spending $80 for an full service oil change, go someplace else. read more

If they can't cover what you need they will tell you where you can have it done. First and last time i will ever get my services done at Jiffy Lube! Overcharged me for an oil change and replaced things i never had asked to be replaced. I also wait for an hour or more for them to finish my oil change. I do not recommend this place to anyone! Big ripoff and replaces things you don't even need to replace! read more
