During drop off, the mechanic creepily stared at her from time we walked in and was checking her up and down and said he loves her hair. During pick up, he again creepily stared at her through the window from the shop, creepily waved and smiled and then proceeded to make a humping sexual gesture with both hands. He stopped working and stepped out of the building to watch us drive away. A report has already been filed with the company/corporate. The invoice said technician : 12 Glenn. I don't leave reviews, but I had such a positive experience with this location that I needed to do my first one. I scheduled my appointment with ease for an oil change, and they called me during the process to let me know that my coolant was low, told me the price it would be to top it off ($5), and let me make the choice whether or not to do it. I also asked them to do a code scan for a check engine light, and they went above and beyond. They did extensive investigation, downloaded new software to complete it (as I have an Italian car), and left no stone unturned to assure me that the motor was running fine and the code was related to a software issue with my adaptive cruise control. With friendly customer service on top of that, this is an easy 5 star review. read more

I have been a pretty simple customer, so I can't give 5 stars just yet, but no complaints from me. It's obviously a big corporate chain, so the online experience isn't always your friend, and you should always look for deals/coupons, etc. But the guys have been professional and seem to do fine work. The store is clean enough. I almost always wait and do work, and it's never been particularly slow. I also get a kick out of their vending machine that says "Healthy Snacks" but sells soda and standard junk food. read more

Bad experience. Called the store and ordered my tires. Set up a install date. When that date came I called an hour before I was scheduled to verify they had my tires, and that they weren't running behind schedule. I was assured tires were there and that I would get right in! Arrived. 2 HOURS LATER when they finally started working on my vehicle, I noticed them putting the wrong tires on my truck. Guess what? they didn't have my tires in stock and I guess we're hoping I'd be happy with what they were putting on my truck. Needless to say, I had to negotiate on a more expensive set of tires and wait two more hours before they were done installing them. Yes, four hours to install four tires. Now a month later and the center caps keep falling off of my truck. Never had this problem before so obviously they were damaged when they were removed to install the tires. Dishonest business practices. I was quoted a price online. They sent me an email after I dropped off my car that was more than DOUBLE. Good thing I checked, because nothing was said to me in person. Second time this happened...never again. Also, I was told to keep an eye on my one tire because they couldn't remove a stem (this was after four new tires were installed). read more

I will not return. The male who interacted with me was incredibly rude. I was told he had no openings for an oil change the day I was in, but could fit me in the following day. After looking at his calander said he had nothing for two days. All would be fine with this scenario, however he was very, very rude. I've had my oil changed and purchased tires there several times. Closed on Sundays, only posts this on their front door (and definitely not online), still accepts online appointments for Sundays. Didn't notify me between the Friday I booked it and the Sunday it was scheduled for, that they aren't open on Sundays (though they're open Saturday, so they could've). Deal directly with your local shop; don't use the online tools. I scheduled online but the local shop did not have the personnel to work on my car. I had to reschedule. Also, the online quote did not include a shop fee, so I ended up paying more than what was quoted. read more

Do not go to tires plus for car repairs. Period. In September my car had a shredded tire, that ended up being the result of a tire rod/ball joint issue on the right hand side. Basically a repair was needed to be done in order for the car to be safe to drive. They pretty much knew they could charge us anything for the two new tires, and repair work. From what I've been told now, they pretty much screwed us over. We really had no choice but to get the repair done. But that's not what takes the case in this matter. I also noticed some scratching on the back axle of my car's brakes, I was concerned that it would be an issue. I told them to inspect it. So when we get the bad news, they quote us the 870 dollars to fix the tire rod/ball joint issue, they also point out even worse news: The brake calipers on my rear axle have seized and need to be replaced. They said it would take another 870 dollars to fix it. We didn't have the money to fix that issue, they tried getting me to take out a credit card, they tried getting me into some sort of plan. I said I could do either, as I was already dealing with the issues of dealing with a previous credit issue (the things you learn when you're in twenties! joy!) So the past few months, I've been driving on what I thought was "bad calipers" and having to endure that awful scraping noise every time I hit the brakes. I was able to save up half of what I was going to need in order to fix what I was told. I'm not a man with a lot of money, I have to find ways to save money for such a huge expense. Luckily, my girlfriend's parents live next to a very nice mechanic who said he'd look at the issue and give me a price. Three hours later he comes to their door and tells me my brakes are fixed. All that was needed was new rotors and new pads. He also took a look at a copy of the original quote and pointed out that every thing they said needed done (besides brakes and rotors) was just a money grab. He also pointed out that the labor charges for fixing the calipers and getting new brake fluid installed was outrageous. What's great about the work that the honest mechanic did was only cost me about a couple hundred of dollars! He then pointed out issues that the car had that they SHOULD have had noticed in the first place. My car is in need of a new ball joint on the left side, and will eventually need new struts, plus an inexpensive brake change. So needless to say, they're either inept at diagnosing a cars issues, or just really dishonest people. Tires Plus will try to get as much money out of you. They'd most likely try to charge you for "refilling the blinker fluid" If you HAVE to shop here, only go for tires. Leave everything else to good and honest mechanics. read more

Disclaimer....the tires would have to be free for a 5 star rating....sorry, it's just how I rate things. With that being said, Tire Plus did an excellent job. An educated consumer is the best customer. I went in with information in hand on tires and what I wanted. I was going to order tires and have them install. They ordered the tires for me, honored the price I found on the tires and the installation and off we went. I have been back since and the had the same experience. I will go back again soon too (I should start a tire installation broker business). I recommend you go in with some knowledge of what you want, and life will be great. read more

I purchased new tires from a vender that Tires Plus works with to do the installation. The installation looks good and no problems so far. The cost was what I expected. This is a 3-star rating because a "courtesy" inspection was done, and it was recommended that I replace the cabin filter and windshield wipers. Ok, maybe it's good they're looking out for me, but $44 for a cabin filter and $23 labor to install (a 5 min job, tops)? Worse, I was told the filter is "special" and most likely OEM (in a 7-year old vehicle). I change filters and wiper blades myself, so I happen to understand the false line I was given. So, not bad on the tire job, but why would I ever go back? read more

Extremely dishonest!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I have went to Tires Plus for about 15 years and have been referred numerous people to Tires Plus. I had a nail puncture and Randy K said that it was too close to the sidewall to repair and since I have a 4 wheel drive truck I would have to replace all four tires instead of repairing the tire. So I was going to get new tires, but they did not have them available for two more days. I took it to another dealer because they had tires in stock that I needed. They said, "You don't need new tires we can fix this one. It is easily repairable and definitely NOT too close to the sidewall to repair." It is repaired and working great! I will never go to any tires plus again and will now tell everyone about how I was treated! read more

Very friendly, quick and fixed a rattling sound coming from the heater for free. The only thing I was a bit unpleased was an extra $60 charge to my bill for tire replacement assistance (AAA) without my authorization, however it was removed after I requested it. read more

I had made an appointment online to get new tires put on my husband's car. Initially they couldn't find it in the system. When they did, they said it was for a different Madison location. When I got out to my car I double-checked my confirmation email, and sure enough it was for this location. Went back in to try to figure out what was going on. Somehow the system had an entirely different name for that appointment. So we got this figured out and they put the tires on. Took about an hour an a half. When it was all said and done, I got the discount for it taking longer. Kudos to your staff! Things did not start out on the right foot but I left being a very happy customer! I highly recommend these guys! The first time I used them I was stuck an hour from home because my car died. They not only sent a worker to go to another location to get a battery, they stayed open later than their normal hours to complete the job! Recently i went to a dealership to get a recall fixed. While there they told me I needed hose replacement work due to a leak that was going to cost me $400+. These guys looked at it and charged me $8.00 to put new clamps on the hoses and they cleaned the corrosion when the hoses connected! I also needed a ball-joint replaced desperately and they fit me in on a Saturday to do it. They kept apologizing for the wait but I was so happy they fit me into their busy schedule! Being a woman who knows nothing about cars, It is such a relief to go somewhere and know you are not being ripped off or pressured. They explain everything and show you what they are talking about, they tell you what needs to be fixed now and what can wait. They even have 6 months free financing! My only regret is I didn't do the survey from the corporate office quick enough so they didn't let me do it. I would have given them an A+ rating!
