Terrible service Terrible I went in for an oil change and left and while on my way to work I heard a noise coming from underneath my vehicle and it started getting louder. I stopped and my put my hazard light on and it was my bottom of my line of my vehicle hanging off. Horrible experience. Went to get my oil changed this morning car was running g fine. The guy advised I needed a new filter which was fine. Just before completion he came back to tell me I had a leak in my breakline which was odd because I had no problems with my breaks. Another guy came in to tell me dont drive the car and I am thinking why what happened my breaks were fine when I came there. Upon leaving my break light had come on in my car and my breaks were not working at all. O don't know if they accidentally depleated.my break fluid or cut the line or what but upon leaving there I had NO.BREAKS! Went on a Sunday afternoon and was the only customer at the time. Asked for and received the best (most expensive) synthetic oil change. My receipt said: Exterior windows cleaned- yes They were not Floors vacuumed- yes They weren't Battery checked- customer said ok No one checked Transfer case checked- yes I was there- it wasn't Differentials checked - yes Plugs weren't pulled. If you want a plain oil change this place may be fine. But I paid JL prices to get the extras, that didn't get done. They got the first part right and drained the oil, but they FAILED to put any oil back in as confirmed by multiple technicians at Jiffy Lube. Needless to say my truck is now in need of extensive maintenance due to the damage. Not a good experience today The wait was long due to one bay being out of service. I think what bothers me the most is the lack of customer service. I never received a receipt for my credit card transaction or a copy of the service today. I am not even sure if they really changed my oil. The person who checked me out disappeared. I walked out and found my car running no thank you or review of the service. My engine oil light reads only good oil lfe. I don't think it was changed. I won't be back I don't trust Jiffy lube. I stopped by Jiffy Lube this morning just to see if I needed my oil changed. Apparently my oil levels were extremely low. The guys advised me what I needed and topped off all car fluids. They were professional and courteous! I appreciate their knowledge and will definitely go to this Jiffy Lube in the future. Highly recommended. read more

I gave them a 1 star bc of how one of the guys tried to upsell me for an oil change. I was supposed to get a 39.99 oil change and when I went to pay it came up to $145+ for an oil/filter change. I was shocked and confused bc this is after I had one of the other guys look at my car prior to getting the work done to make sure it takes the reg. oil change for $39.99 and he said yes. I told the guy ringing me up, as to why it was so expensive, and he showed me the screen as to why, bc he selected the premium oil, the most expensive one bc it was "good" for my car. He didn't tell me any of this AFTER I questioned him. He was about to swipe my card and I told him to pump his brakes. Overall, I was disappointed with how he tried to up-sell me. I told him I used to go to Nissan and get the same exact oil change for like $20. Even though my car is from the Nissan family (08' Infiniti). I had the price dropped to like $60 for a basic oil change that was supposed to cost me $39.99 in the first place. Nonetheless, the place is clean, quick service but just be aware of what you're getting done and how much it's supposed to cost you as opposed what they tell/charge you. Went here this weekend for an oil change and new headlight. Friendly staff, clean waiting room and glass walls so you can see them working on the cars. TV was on showing the Olympics, coffee available and free wifi. They tried to get me to do the air filters even though I just got them replaced at Koons Honda not 3 months ago so it was pretty clean. Because I have a hybrid car, I needed synthetic oil. The prices for that is pretty close to my other go-to place. They were able to get me a 20% discount - nice surprise. Easy to find on 234 Business. Will come back here when my car gives me that reminder message again..... read more

Update: Been here twice now, I still say it's fantastic! First time at this location, and I was extremely pleased with the service. Clean, quick, polite staff, and they have a flat screen TV (not the 80's tube TV I usually see in the waiting room). Spent $300 on the preventative maintenance services they convinced me to do, but I needed it, and if I don't spend it here, I'm spending it somewhere else for the same stuff. Was the first customer of the day, no wait at all. The employee that I dealt with was courteous and respectful. I so get frustrated that all jiffy lube computer systems can't talk to each other- since we move so much, or if they do, maybe do a VIN search instead of by license plate. The upsell on services or filters/ parts is annoying, too. Other than those slight annoyances, the shop was very clean and we were offered complimentary drinks while we waited. The bays are glass windows so you can see them working on your car from inside the lobby. I've been going to Jiffy Lube for many many years for all my vehicles but the fact that I sat inside for 45 minutes and they didn't even touch my car besides pop the hood. Jiffy Lube offer is a service that comes along with your oil change they clean the windows they vacuum the car they check all the other fluids aside from the oil top off what's needed, But I guess they were so busy with the one car they had in the bank in front of me that none of that can get done in the first 45 minutes I waited. I personally run a construction company and would never have one guy working with the other 8 guys standing around with hands in their pockets. ‍ read more

Had been using this location for about 18 months for oil changes on my company vehicle. I have been doing my own on my personal cars since I was 16 and this incident reminds me why. After the last change, I noticed an oil leak in my driveway. Upon taking it back, a tech inspected the vehicle twice and found nothing wrong suggesting it was AC condensation. I left and of course found more oil in my driveway. I took it to a full service shop where they found the filter leaking and said it was defective. The oil had to be changed again. I went back to jiffy and spoke to a manager who denied any responsibility. His first excuse was jiffy buys filters in bulk from some brandless company and he had no control over the level of quality. As for not finding the leak, he said he wasn't there that day so he couldn't deal with the problem directly. Bottom line is this company failed on 2 levels. First, they are using cheap low quality filters. Secondly, the tech missed an obvious problem not once but twice. The excuse that the manager wasn't there suggests he is the only person there capable of finding an oil leak and his employees lack the skill to do so. I was not offered any restitution; only excuses. Had the leak been found by them and dealt with, I would have been satisfied. Poor product quality and incompetence will keep my business elsewhere. read more

I have brought my car for oil changes at this location many times. I've had nothing to complain about until today. Despite it being a slow day and the shop being well staffed, it took over an hour for a simple oil change. They were out of oil filters, synthetic oil, and other assorted parts. Had to wait until they got the oil and filter from local part stores. My car is a pretty common model, not some exotic car. read more

Jiffy Lube is a complete scam. I am just ashamed I went there as often as I did. They broke the outside handle off my door, but instead of telling me, they just left the door open, so that I wouldn't see it until I got home. Real nice. They said they could fix the ding in my windshield and do it for free, since the insurance would pay them. I said ok. An hour later, I came out, and saw.... absolutely no change! I don't even know that did anything, but since I was not paying for it, I'd let the insurance company argue with them about it. The next time I went in, they said "We could take care of that hole in the windshield for you!" I just glared at them. "You already did." He was embarrassed and walked away quickly. They charged me over $60 for the last oil change. When I said that was $20 more than the price quoted, they said they're using synthetic oil. I said that I hadn't asked for that, and they said "Well, that's what your manual says you need to use, unless you want to go against the factory recommendations....." Well, I didn't know enough about it, so I told them to go ahead. The following week, I asked my mechanic if synthetic oil was needed. He said "No! Why would you waste money on that? If it's a real powerful engine, a high performance vehicle, it might make it run smoother, but for the average car, you're fine without it. Thanks for nothing, Jiffy Lube! read more

So here's an honest review, from a guy who actually knows about cars and has been working on them for 20 years. I'll try to roughly cover my first visit to this location. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, full synthetic. 30-40 minutes later I left, with an oil change, fluid top off, and a new radiator cap. I got home and noticed that oil was leaking under the car, so I shot back over, they checked it out and said.. Nope, all good no leaks... It must have been leftover oil dropping. The oil level was still fairly ok, so I left and went home. The next few days the leak gradually got worse, so I braved the cold (the only reason I didn't do the oil change myself this time) and climbed under to find my oil drain plug stripped, and an old crappy crush washer put back on. The oil was clearly leaking out from the plug. I replaced it, and luckily didnt have to re thread my oil pan. The next day I noticed my coolant was almost empty when my light came on. Faulty (and crappy) radiator cap they had used to replace mine which wasn't "holding pressure". I replaced that, coolant stopped leaking. Finally they said that they filled all my tires to specs at 36 pounds. I checked when I got home, tires were 27,31,28, 33. No exaggeration on those numbers. When I went back for the oil leak and asked about this, they tried to explain to me that due to the cold, tire pressures can fluctuate. The tires were plenty warm from having to drive all the way back to get your crappy service again.. Nice try. And finally. The recommendations for must have services. "Sir you have gunk on your oil cap, see here? we recommend a full engine flush as soon as possible,that's not a good sign. It will cost $xxx". How about being honest and saying, do you let your car properly warm up on these cold days before you head off? Do you take a lot of short trips? Ahh that could be the cause for this condensation/gunk. If you want to flush it we can though. So this was lengthy, but to wrap it up. If your a clueless person who wants a simple quick oil change, your replacement parts marked up 80%, and a salesman pitching you on how your cars going to fall apart, come here. If you want a mechanic who gives a, you know what, about your car and actually takes the time to do a proper job... Stay far away. The reason for the two stars is because of the dog and pony show they put on. The guys here are very polite, open doors, have a great waiting room and are very professional the whole time, honestly. It feels like you just got the service of a lifetime of you don't know what your doing. Old women love it, I'm sure. The quality of work is crap though, and that'll be the last time I trust a car with this place. Do yourself a favor and go to a smaller shop, or Sears for that matter if you have to. The reputation for jiffy lube doing things half ass, and their mechanics forgetting or not caring about doing the simple things clearly, and unfortunately, has followed suit to this location read more
