BUYER BEWARE! I had my oil changed at this location earlier…read morethis year. That day I followed their instructions to remain in my car with the motor running. During my visit, I heard a loud pop like sound and felt the force of it. I thought that the tech in the bay under my car was having problems loosening the oil filter. When the job was completed, I left there and went straight way to a car wash approx. one mile away. I pulled up to the vacuum pumps, turned my car off, and proceeded to vacuum it out. When done, I started my car and tried to put it into gear but it would not respond. The gear shift changer moved backwards and forward freely without engaging the transmission which meant that I could not move the car. I had to call for a ride home. That took longer than 90 min. I later on started the process of unpacking my car and transfering the items to another car. I was amazed at all of the stuff I'd been hauling around. I was so frustrated that I decided to call a tow truck to have my car towed to a junk yard. That took another 2+ hours. The tow truck driver arrived and had to get under the car in order to manually engage the transmission in order to back the car out and into position. He alerted me to the fact that the transmission cable was disconnected but not broken. I had the car towed to my home and called a mechanic (my brother named Craig). He arrived an additional 2 hours later and reconnected the cable in less than 30 mins. Mind you every step of this process cost me money. I waited so long to post this review, because I didn't want to unnecessarily defame this business in case it was merely a coincidence, and I also wanted to lessen the impact of any negative blow back like being blackballed, in some way, or another. I decided to post this review because I don't want anyone else to ever have to go through this kind of ordeal. In all fairness, I cannot say definitively that the oil change tech at Jiffy Lube popped my transmission cable, but it seems like that is something that s/he should have noticed and mentioned to me. That was the most regretful, stressful, time consuming, and expensive oil change I have ever experienced. Needless to say, I hope that I'll never be put into a position in which I have to give them any more of my business. Buyer beware!

Then an appointment was made for a return a few days later to replace 1 possibility 2 more of the tires. Due to a great cost the car was returned a few days later for the replacement of the other (2) tires. Upon arrival, Ms Ortiz, a manager accepted the car after I explained that tire situation. After about an hour & 1/2 the vehicle was now ready for check out. An Assistant Manager , Lala called out to close out the purchase. I have to say this location is in need of much better service to the customer. NO I mean NO manager, Supervisor or Cashier should ever be talking on the phone to a customer, be eating food(donuts), accept a walk in customer information while still on the phone. This behavior is totally unacceptable & a disrespect to both the customer on the phone & the customer standing before the Manager. It appears that much more training is needed here. Also, the cell phone was picked up & used while the customer was standing & patiently waiting. This was serious multitasking yet not at all appropriate or fair to the customers. Hopefully, these matters will be addressed & appropriate customer service will be provided as soon as possible. The environment was clean

I get my car back and…read moreit runs hot as soon as I went around the block (NEVER did that before) looked in my coolant it's full of dirty foam and my AC wasn't working and it worked great when I dropped it off. They told me to bring it back, they did another flush and it still ran hot looked in the coolant NO COOLANT. I was told to pull over and turn car off whenever it runs hot by the mechanic (LIKE REALLY!!) keep in mind I had already got a full diagnostic so I knew what needed to be fixed. Took it to VW shop and they said American Muffler screwed up my car they broke my water pump, radiator, thermostat was never fixed, they used stop leaked, among other problems. I wish I never cheated on my mechanic cause $440 cost me $5,000 in repairs and a new engine. I was told they WERE NOT CERTIFIED TO WORK ON FOREIGN CARS and they're known for screwing people over. I took to social media and I'm glad I saved a few people from going there and heard many horror stories about this shop. I would hate for someone to go through what I did. And the mechanic knew he messed up my car you could see it all over his face and for the squidward gonzo nose lady at the front desk pretending to jump over the counter like you were going to do something I wish to God you would have cause I would have got my $money$ worth out of kicking yo ass!!!! The shop took pictures and everyone is telling me I should sue them and I'm really considering especially when I have the full diagnosis before I gave it to them vs how they gave it back. I had 4 power steering pumps put in before they got it right and that was after they had to replace the head they cracked while using the wrong size bit to drill out a snapped bolt. Guess who had to pay because they claimed it wasn't their fault. $1500. for a head. Plan and simple it's been nothing but problems. Trying to talk to their district manager because my timing is slipping again, it's eating oil left and right, and I was told I've been nothing but a problem and I should take it elsewhere for a second opinion because it's not their problem. Well, that has changed, I have, in the last several months, taken the car to Exhaust Master 3 times for the same issue, stalling when either driving at slow speeds or at stops. Each and every time it is something different, Mass air filter, IAC, another Mass air flow sensor, NONE has worked due to the inept diagnosis it has cost several hundred if not thousand dollar and I am no where near to having this situation alleviated, in fact it seems to be worse. They now have diagnosed it again with a crankshaft position sensor, and guess what, that is another 500 dollar repair. Do you see a pattern of ineptness or just plain thievery going on here? I do, this is why I will never ever take a vehicle to this establishment again. It is incredibly frustrating to deal with "parts cannon" mechanics--where they keep firing new parts at a problem on your dime without fixing the root cause. When a shop replaces the same sensor twice (the Mass Air Flow sensor) and the car still stalls, it's a massive red flag that their diagnostic process is failing.

The very first day I used the truck for work I noticed the truck was sluggish. Soon I was smelling brakes. I took it back to Levin and now they want another $800 to replace calipers. Over $1300 for rear brakes. So they didn't do the job right the first time but wanted me to pay all the labor over again. I could see parts. And maybe additional labor but not $800.00 I fixed the truck myself with 2 new calipers from Napa for a little over $200.00. That is a long way from $800.00 Will never use them again.
