Go to this Jiffy Lube. Albert and Jonathan are very professional. So I like to watch people service my car. Honestly I just like the peace of mind. When I asked them if i could top my car off with fluids as well as an oil change, they were more than happy to have me watch them. They were even showing me where everything is on my new car. I actually went to jiffy lube to get a quick oil change, thinking I would be in & out, The manager was rude using profanity all because he said I was driving my truck in the wrong way,Instead of helping he got angry using profanity while my kid was in the truck,Very disrespectful to the point I had to call the police,Even after I call police he was still using profanity,Even went on to say he don't give a F*** about me calling the police he's in his late 20's & has been to the penitentiary twice as if that's something to brag about as been a young African American,I really don't know how that was relevant to me are my service & jiffy lube.....Police informed me to leave a review informing other customers of my experience to give them heads up! I'm a woman that truly believes that every one need a second chance after being incarcerated. But when society has given you a second chance to work with the people in the public & this is the type of customer service you give I really don't think this is a job for you! He also refused to give managers # he said I'm the manager I was needing to speak to his supervisor,He refused to give info that could avoid the police being called at jiffy lube. He making the business he works for look really bad.... As long as this individual is working for this establishment I would recommend you all go somewhere else.. I went in to get my engine coolant topped off and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. It took about 3 min, and when I was done I had some questions about the process since I just bought the car. They man showed me in detail everything he did and taught me how I could do it on my own in the future. The whole thing cost me $5 and I learned something too. I honestly never leave reviews but I just felt the need to let others know NOT to come to this location on Neville Ct. I came in today at 4pm (they are open till 6pm). I honestly thought they were closed since no one came out to greet me. After a bit someone came to greet me and said that unfortunately they didn't have my air filter in stock that they should be getting more on Monday. I believed them so I went to the closest Jiffy Lube on Galloway and I found out that they had lied when the manager called they said they had more than 50 in stock. As a commercial Hotshot Trucking owner operator, I have to depend on regularly scheduled maintenance and good service I can depend on. The men at this particular Jiffy Lube, Freddie and Nathan are professional and helpful, always ready to get you in and out of there as quickly and smoothly as possible. Used to use another Jiffy Lube in Mesquite but after the crew moved to this Neville Ct. store and the management that came in did not appreciate my business and would not work with me, or at least give me the impression they did. I have to depend on much more than just oil changes, regularly changing my fuel filters and air filters, and using expensive synthetic oil, so I want to have a working relationship with my service provider. PATRONS BE AWARE... DO NOT LEAVE your items in your vehicle and walk in the store while they service your vehicle. I left my gucci bag in my truck and they stole it from the front seat. The manager on duty stated the cameras do not work under the bay area. I do not care about the bag as it is materialistic, but my medication that I need to survive was in that bag and they hire people who would steal from you. I have never experience such a thing and this is so heartbreaking. I repeat never leave anything in your vehicle. Sent my wife to this Jiffy Lube based on the reviews from other customers. Overall service was good, quick and the staff was polite. The invoice for the services indicated "RainX Dual Express Treatment" $4.99 - This service never happened. I called and talked with David concerning this, He insisted it was done and that they are not a detailing operation. I didn't send my vehicle there to get detailed !!!! In addition to my other issues my check engine light came on. The air filter cabin wasn't connected back correctly. So of course that took more time out of my day to diagnose the problem and fix it. I didn't pay them $$ to create issues. read more

Was just nearby for work and it was on my fleet list, so pulled in for regular maintenance. I was really impressed by the level of customer service I saw and experienced. When I pulled up, one employee stopped what he was doing to come up to my car and give me directions, then he even escorted me to the wait area though he didn't have to. While waiting, I saw another employee take a good amount of time to sit with an older lady and explain everything they were going to do. It was professional and compassionate. Really blew me away. Everyone was happy and clearly loved their job. I haven't seen that level of care for individuals at an auto maintenance shop in years; maybe ever. If you're anywhere near, come here. read more
