I used to live in Boise. From my experience at the Jiffy Lube in Boise, they consistently forgot to put parts back on the car such as the oil cap. In addition to this, I have heard nothing, but bad things about them. So, I was reluctant to go to the Jiffy Lube in Nampa. After poor service at other places I made the executive decision to come to Jiffy Lube. They are really good at what they do and they ask you questions to make sure that you are being taken care of. They check everything on my car. If you need anything like new wiper blades or a new filter you can certainly ask them and they are able to help you replace items for an additional cost. They have been courteous and informative with me. Coming from receiving poor service from other places this means a lot to a customer like me. read more

Ive been to many different oil service shops but this one is the only one that you dont feel welcomed idk if its the staff for just today but both of the guys made it seemed that they dont want to be there they did change my oil on my truck but didnt check other fluids only asked me if i needed anything to be topped off, they didnt topped off the antifreeze nor the wiper fluids, they didnt check anything else but only change the oil... other places you dont even want to leave because how good the service is there. Normally I have a great experience with Jiffy lube, although I normally visit the Caldwell one, but since I was in Nampa, I stopped here. I was surprised to hear it would only be 10 minutes as most times it's about 18/20. However I was getting prepared for a 13 hour drive and an unchanged was my last stop. I DID NOT recieve a vacuum, or windshield wipe down, or windshield washer fluid (which is crucial on a long drive). Why pay 120.00 when all the service I pay for isn't even happening? Sad really. I will NEVER go here again, and I will pass onto people my not even par experience with this location. read more

I normally go to Einstein's or now the new Valvoline. It's always expensive but I liked that it had a drive through. I decided to give Jiffy Lube a try after long wait times elsewhere. They were super nice. They didn't try to upsell anything and I didn't feel targeted as a female. They didn't tell me there was a ton wrong with my car and I needed to fixed it because I am a female. They didn't notice a small leak but they said it was very small and I could get it fixed later on. read more

My car broke down on a busy road today right in front of a Jiffy Lube store. My battery was bad. Some nice gentleman pushed my car into the parking lot for me. One of the employees, Sean, was out on his break. I made small talk with him and asked for permission to leave my car for a short period of time. My mom picked me up and we went and bought a new battery. We came back with it and the tools needed to change it. I unfortunately didn't have either the strength or the knowledge for the job. I approach Sean again and asked for asdistance. He and his coworkers were kind enough to change it for me. I just lost my dad on November 22nd and he was always the one that took care of this type of stuff for me. I can't express how thankful I am for Sean's help. This is a great store with great customer service. Highly recommended! read more

Honestly I've been to a few of these quick lube places around town mainly in Boise and this was a refreshing change! I found the service to be very friendly and the cost was very affordable. You're looking at about $65-$70 for an oil change which isn't bad. Like I said The guy was super friendly and I would definitely come back highly recommend :) read more

I had come in for an oil change. I was told that I needed a new belt and a filter and I said OK. Had I known that it was going to take four hours to replace said belt I would've said no. The only communication that I got from them was when I was already sitting there for two hours, and they said that O'Reilly brought them the wrong part. I had an appointment at two that I thought I was gonna make it for and I ended up having to cancel it because I wasted a whole day there. It wasn't the first time that I spent more than three hours there. The last time I went to get my oil changed I had to get new brakes and that took over three hours also. If they would have just told me an approximate time, for when I'll be done I wouldn't have gotten so pissed. I would much rather go to other oil changing places, and spend more money for better service and better communication read more

Not good at all I pulled in the place was empty I was the only car there it took him 57 minutes to change my oil a young girl showed up 15 minutes after I'd been there they tried to gouge the hell out of her on prices when she said no they came back and offered to do the same work for half the price just shady these guys are slow and very very shady I will not return ever read more

This is the only place I go now. They are friendly and don't do anything extra with out asking. Their prices are reasonable and I would highly recommend to anyone. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The manager Jason and his team quickly helped us out when the radiator in our Jeep died and left us stranded. When I called, Jason said no problem and to come on over. By the time I limped the Jeep a block away, they already had the new radiator and tech working on replacing it right away. Never could i imagine this level of service coming from a Lube shop on a weekend. Will be a return customer for sure. read more

I went in for an oil change and they fixed my electrical. Not sure what they did but it wasn't on the bill, and it was a nice surprise when all of my interior lights finally worked that night after 6 months of darkness. While I'm not sure how competitive their prices are, they're very quick and efficient, and apparently miracle workers as well. read more

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. Went to get my tires rotated and my oil changed. My oil was changed but my tires don't seem to be rotated and my air pressure is still low. They told me that my front brakes needed to be changed immediately and would cost around $260, claiming that was the cheapest price I could get anywhere. They also threaded one of the lug nuts on my front passenger tire so they "could not rotate it." But told me to come back the next day to pay for lug nuts so they could rotate it then. The customer service was also not the best. I will never go back to jiffy lube. Do not recommend them for anything. read more

This Jiffy Lube is awesome. The people working here are so incredibly professional and friendly. They are quick and efficient and don't try to up-sell you on everything which is amazing. They fixed a chip in my window and changed my oil and let me ask them some care questions and gave me great advice. I will be back when it's time for my next oil change. Dependable for windshield wipers, LOF and many other auto-related services. I needed new wipers and one of the employees took time to install them when I was behind another couple vehicles! That they took their time to acknowledge me meant a lot. Plus - there's no pressure or strong-arm tactics used (like their competitors) to get customers to spend a lot more money. I had a good experience a week ago when I got an oil change and tire rotation. But the car had been driving weird - slightly pulling to the right - since the tires were rotated. Took the receipt and went back, simply asked for the tires to be rotated back to their original spots they were a week ago -- and was told I would have to pay for another tire rotation! That is poor customer service!! Jiffy Lube doesn't honor their work. The car was driving fine before the tires were rotated, so simply rotate them back! I never leave reviews, but this calls for it; I also told Steven I will be calling his corporate office (following this review!). read more

Terrible. I have been to places that have tried to take advantage of me due to my lack of knowledge about vehicles. This Jiffy Lube did exactly that. I took my car for a simple oil change after calling ahead and being told it would be 24 dollars. I went and told them I only wanted my oil changed. Nothing else. I go to pay and they tell me I owe them 71 dollars! They took the liberty of filling all of my fluids which I planned on doing at home. I told them I specifically said I only wanted an oil change. They proceeded to tell me they were going to charge me anyways because they filled the fluids in my vehicle. They then told me they took my filters out and they needed changed and it would be 50 dollars for both the air filter and cabin air filter. I told them no, I would do it myself. They then tried to tell me I desperately needed a new battery. Wrong. My battery was practically brand new. I left, irritated. And took my car to Les Schwab to have my battery checked. They told me my battery is in excellent condition and I absolutely did not need a new one. This Jiffy Lube attempted to take advantage of me and I will NEVER go to another Jiffy Lube after the terrible experience I had. I do not recommend anyone go to this establishment. read more
