I got my oil changed, filter changed on Saturday. All 4 of my tire caps were taken and replaced (my car is silver, caps were silver) with black rubber ones, and one is missing. I will be returning to ask for them to be returned. I called to inform them, and I wasn't even able to leave a message of their misdeeds. read more

On 12/9/2023 I went to your Jiffy Lube location on Charlotte Pike to get an oil change and tire rotation. A couple of days later my car was having serious issues. When we looked under the hood it looked like oil was spilled and potentially the wrong oil was used or the spill has affected my spark plugs. My car is sputtering, the engine light has come on, and it struggles to get passed 50 mph. I currently cannot drive my car which is a major inconvenience. We have called the location and the manager stated he would come out to look at the car yesterday (12/14/2023) but never showed he mentioned that he was busy and would try again tomorrow. Today he has conveniently not shown up at work. I need someone to look at my car and I should not have to be responsible for whatever repairs or cost that was caused by this location. I have never had any issues with my car. read more

I had a pleasant experience at Jiffy Lube. I felt the service was professional and they got me in and out in a timely manner. I trust that I will bring them my business again due to the professionalism. Pricing is reasonable. I paid $85 with a coupon for a full synthetic oil change for 7,500 miles until the next one. They also checked my air pressure and topped off my car fluids within that amount paid, too. I think if I did have any complaints, it would be the location, but that is a problem I have on me. It is a nightmare pulling out of their garage and into a business road of traffic. Worth stopping by and happy they got me in and out without a wait. The employees are super nice. I usually go to Valvoline because its cheaper but decided to go here because they're suppose to offer tire rotation, windshield wipers, carpet vacuuming and window treatment with oil change however they only rotated my tires and on the paperwork they put i refused the other services which was a lie. I picked my car up from the airport parking and as I was driving my oil light came on accompanied by it infamous, constant ding. I drove about 10 mins then got off at Charlotte Ave and there they were. They were so helpful and before even starting they checked to make sure I actually needed the oil and asked me before they did anything! I was so nervous because the car kept saying "stop the engine" I really appreciate their honesty and not trying to upcharge me for things I didn't really need. read more

DO NOT go here or let them take advantage of you; got my oil changed for the first time back in March on a new car. They put a "complimentary oil change 4 months or 4,000 miles" sticker on my car after. I went back for my 2nd time for what I thought would be the "complimentary oil change" in August and got charged a ridiculous amount though I mentioned it to the workers when I came in and before I paid. Grateful for Finding This Fantastic Staff and Service Wife, daughter and son traveled to Nashville from Charlotte, NC to cheer on the Auburn Tigers in the Music City Bowl. Upon getting close to Nashville they got a low oil warning message on our Forester console. After calling several places (ex. Nashville Subaru) this morning to get help before attempting the 7 hour drive back with no one offering to help they tried this Jiffy Lube. Darrell and the guys worked them in quick, checked for leaks, filled up the car with oil and air and made sure all was safe for their trip back. All without charge - showing an honest caring for a stranded customer. No finer action - they are as good as it gets!! read more

My, my, how things change, right? Over 2 years ago, I gave this location a 1 star when my then boyfriend came home with an astronomical bill for an oil change. When I brought my car in today (different car too!), the staff here was super friendly, efficient (they had my car in and out in less than 15 minutes), and upfront about the pricing and services. I paid $48 and had my oil changes, tires filled, new windshield wiper fluid, and they even spruced my ride up too! Plus, the manager gave me a coupon book to save money on my next visit too! This is a detailed account of my shoddy experience with this place. If you are impatient, just read the last two paragraphs. I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time on November 19th 2011 at this location. I spent 50 dollars. That is twice as much as many locations by the way. They tried to "up-sell" me on many things I did not need. Also, tried to tell me my car needs an oil change every 3700 miles. The manufacturer recommends 5000. But I left with an oil change and happy that it was pretty quick. Boy, was I wrong! On December 5th I was walking to my car on a rainy day at work. I noticed that there was oil floating on top of the puddles coming from under my car. I walked around the car and it was clearly coming from my parking spot. I pulled the car out of the spot and the parking spot was covered in oil. I then moved my car to another spot and waited about 20 seconds... oil started rolling out from under my car again! Checked the dip stick... dry. I had half of a quart that I put in to get to Advanced Auto Parts and then put another quart in to get the car home. Went inside to eat and came out and there was oil all over the driveway under my car. My roommate and I put the car up and got under it. The oil was coming from the oil filter like a sieve. Went to the store and picked up another filter and 5 quarts of oil. Replaced the oil filter and replaced all of the oil in my car. Since then, there has not been a problem. Clearly a problem with the oil filter Jiffy Lube used right? Wrong, at least according to them. Went there today to get a refund. That is the least they could do for putting a faulty filter on my car. Little did I know that they would fight 'tooth and nail' over this. Brought them the filter, receipt, and drove my car. They claimed that they are next to Government Housing that they have to be weary of drug addicts trying to get money out of them. I showed him the card I paid with and the receipt, but it did not seem to matter. But to make things worse, he lied and said there is oil coming out from it right now and that it must be another component causing the issue. I'm sorry Mr. Jiffy, but if the filter is the only thing that was replaced and my garage floor doesn't have any oil spots... it is your filter. Wrong, after 15 minutes of talking to these guys and one idiot trying to intimidate me (lol), I left with nothing but my temper and a lesson learned. Never Go to Jiffy Lube! p.s. When I told my friends about my car leaking oil, they thought I was crazy for going to Jiffy Lube. You'd be crazy too. Stay away. read more

Getting an oil change is usually a dreadful experience for me, so I'm happy that every experience at this Jiffy Lube has been great. I'm a stickler for hospitality, and the fact that even Jiffy Lube can be pleasantly hospitable is a great sign. Dudes opening doors for dudes is a plus. In addition to the free coffee and wi-fi they provide while you wait, they offer a full range of options to get your car up-to-date on its latest service needs. Their basic oil change includes one of the umpteen-point checklists all other places offer (air filter check, tire pressure check, etc.), along with vacuuming and window-cleaning. When the car surgeons have done their duty, the attendant explains what all was done, and provides recommendations for future service needs. During each visit, they provided me with a coupon book full of great offers, including $10 off the next oil change. On my first visit, they gave me the coupon book AND allowed me to use the $10 off coupon at the same time. The whole Jiffy Lube experience makes the dreaded oil change task easier to accomplish, and I know my car thanks them for that. read more

This location has consistently impressed me with their friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are quick to meet you at your car as you pull up and invite you to relax in their customer lounge. The waiting area is small and nothing to get excited about, but it's fairly comfortable, clean, and you can watch them work on your car through the large floor to ceiling windows dividing the garage from the lounge. They never do anything without asking first, and always explain what needs to be done without the guilt trip and judgy eyes you usually get if you opt not to take them up on their recommendations. I can appreciate that because there is nothing worse than getting a lecture and being pressured to have work done when you aren't in the position to do so. I also appreciate the complimentary wi-fi, window washing and vacuum, which adds a little V.I.P. feel--even though everybody gets it. But hey, it's the little things, right? While getting your oil changed will probably never be something you look forward to doing, and usually ranks somewhere between going to the dentist and taking a socially inept cat to the vet. This Jiffy Lube comes about as close as you can get to making the experience as quick and painless as it can possibly be. read more

I had a Groupon for an Jiffy Lube oil change, glass treatment, and tire rotation. I stopped in on a Saturday to use the Groupon before a trip to Memphis. Really underwhelmed by the inefficiency and poor service. No one approached us when we first pulled up. Sat in the car for 10 minutes. Finally came inside, and was not helped for another 30 mins. Was not overly busy either. There were 3 cars ahead of me total. When finally helped, I was chided for not telling them I was paying with a Groupon--even though I had not had the opportunity due to lack of communication on their end. What should have taken 30 mins top, ended up taking 75 mins. Their labor allocation made no sense. They had 3 workers in total, but one looked to consistently stand around and not meaningfully contribute. They were pulling cars into both lanes but only working on one car at a time. read more

Couldn't have had a better experience! I was on a cross-country road trip when my oil change light came on, so I popped in here because it was convenient. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and kind (especially Briny!). They helped me make a decision on my oil (synthetic blend, for $79.99) and also replaced my old air filter, all in about 15 minutes. I've been using the Jiffy Lube on Charlotte Avenue in Nashville for about 4 years. Each and every time I have visited this location, the staff have gone above and beyond to treat me and my car well. They are quick with a smile, friendly, fast and they always give me a coupon book to save money on their services. Today, when I visited for an oil change I was distressed because my check engine light had just come on. The helpful employee used his diagnostic device to determine the cause. He reset it and made a note on my paperwork. And my car was vacuumed and windows washed when I left. read more

They come to me and say it's gonna be $87!! I look on my receipt and see that they gave me "complimentary services" without my asking. I'm assuming that's what brought it up to $87 after tax. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Complete incompetence, not to mention overpriced. They stripped my drain plug and left oil leaking from my 2016 4Runner... Less than two weeks later and I'm down to .4 liters on a 5.4 liter tank. This is costing me over 700 in damages that I know of. Potentially more. Awful! Avoid this location at all costs. When I pulled in on a Saturday at lunch time, the guy looked at me like and said, "What?" I told him I'd like to get an oil change. He shook his head again and pointed some kind of scanner at my car to "figure out how much it would cost". His coworker came up and (without looking at the scanner) said it was going to cost me $50. For a basic oil change. For a small, two-door economy car. I've never paid more than $30 for an oil change (and I've been to Jiffy Lube before). I got the sense that they were doing anything they could to get rid of me so they wouldn't have to work. It was weird and uncomfortable and I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again. read more

Had my daughter bring her 2012 Kia here today after going to a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Valvoline location that had been honest with her when they said they didn't yet stock her filters. Jiffy Lube had no problem changing her oil BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE FILTER!! Said they "checked it and it was fine". But they didn't tell her that until after she questioned them once the oil had been changed. Complete morons and rip-off artists. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Go to Valvoline! read more

I just came up here today because my service engine light is on and I need to renew my tags. I informed the mechanic who looked at my car that I wanted my car FIXED, and all he did was scan the computer, blow dirt off of a filter, stick it back in, and erase the computer.
