Not a 10 minute oil change as advertised. By the time I got up there after they were finishing another customer, all in was closer to 30 minutes. Not too many oil change options.

Don't have enough employees showing up. Waited 20 min in side and still no service. Had to move on. Maybe try some other time. Not sure tho

Tried to sell me on getting the battery replaced there, absolutely not. So here I am with a dead battery currently being replaced by triple a. You guys absolutely suck and I will never return. Went in for a transmission flush, they didn't bolt my skid plate back on correctly. The next time I…read moregot on the road the plate fell off while I was on the interstate, leaving me stranded on I-40. It's never fallen off before or since, and the dealership said it was because the bolts weren't screwed in correctly. I filed a claim and after 3 weeks, the service center has called me back once while I was unavailable, and has otherwise been unreachable and unresponsive. Today, I found out that they'd denied my claim because they "reviewed the footage and it was installed correctly", despite pictures showing the pan having fallen off. My tow and repair cost me over $350 for this failed service, and I still have not gotten a refund for the service itself. Don't come to Valvoline--try a local spot like Polly's instead for people who actually know how bolts work!

I'd picked up said car after my prior car started making clunking noises which led to a diagnosis that was more expensive to fix that that car was worth so I traded up. Two days into my 7 day "trial" period from Carvana, my updated vehicle starts making its own noises. I tried to make an appointment at a Midas and they never confirmed me, so I came to Firestone (after realizing they were an authorized Carvana mechanic meaning they, not Midas, honor my warranties so it was fortunate for me in the long term). Firestone booked my requested appointment, did a full inspection and diagnosis in a couple of hours, and found multiple issues that needed addressing to get me road safe and up to speed. Kudos to the employee who dealt with the Carvana rep on the phone as it sounded (to me at least) that they were a bit of a beast in needing detailed photos and rationale for every suggested repair (and it sounded like at least once they tried to get Firestone to use a cheaper, plastic part). Anyway, that work then took...about 6 hours. So I spent a whole day at Firestone. Thankfully they have free wifi and I was able to do most of my planned work for the day! They had other customers to attend to, and while I feel like my car might have been done but simply not lowered and parked for awhile before ultimate completion that could easily be me just thinking that after a long day (and one that would have been avoided if Carvana had used their own mechanics to fully diagnose and repair basic maintenance issues before selling the car). Anyway--will most certainly use this location again. Friendly crew, easy parking on site, and reliable work as far as I can tell.

Do not recommend. I came in for a simple spare tire replacement and have experienced nothing but…read moreproblems ever since. Immediately after the tire was installed, the TPMS system failed to recognize the new tire, and eventually stopped recognizing any of the tires at all. I returned to Firestone four separate times to have the issue corrected. Despite multiple attempts, the problem was never resolved. I ultimately took my vehicle to the dealership, where I was informed that Firestone had damaged the TPMS sensor and then installed a refurbished sensor in an unsuccessful attempt to fix the issue. I was quoted approximately $700 in repairs to replace the tire monitoring system because of the damage. Sean, the manager, eventually stopped trying to address the problem and simply told me to take the vehicle to the dealership. Throughout the entire process, the staff displayed a lack of urgency, accountability, and concern for customer service. On my third return visit, despite having a 9:00 a.m. appointment, I was told it could be up to two hours before anyone even looked at my car. What should have been a routine tire replacement turned into multiple wasted trips, ongoing vehicle issues, and a costly repair bill. Firestone created a problem they could not fix and then left me to deal with the consequences. Extremely frustrating experience, and I will not be returning.
