They didn't put the oil cap back on my wife's car and all of the oil leaked out. We had to have the car towed at our own expense because Jiffy Lube was closed when the oil drained out. They refused to pay for their misconduct. Changing oil 101 requires securing the oil cap. read more

I like jiffy lube this location. They always give me a discount and it seems to never be people there. I mean they upscale but I mean what mechanic doesn't. Any who's I have been going with them for years and they really have not done anything to my car that was bad. The service is nice also. They provide coffee. Now is the coffee pretty disgusting absolutely but it's the effort right. Also for women I have not gotten creepy vibes from any of the mechanics. No one is trying to hit on me when I come they are just really helpful. read more

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube recently so I wanted to share. I normally go to the one on Delmar in U. City and everything has been fine. I found myself here the other day and really had an outstanding experience. The guy running the place was extremely courteous and his level of service was top notch. He showed me my air filter and actually told me that he would NOT change it. How's that for honesty? And then on top of that, he actually saved me 20 bucks on oil that I had already committed to spend. Maybe it's because I was the only one being served, but he really seemed to care about my experience. I thought I had walked into the twilight zone being treated so well at a Jiffy Lube. Needless to say I will be going the few extra miles to come to this location from now on, on Olive a couple miles west of 170. read more

My car was not quite due for an oil change, but I am taking a road trip this month and wanted to have everything checked out. Better safe than sorry! I pulled in around 3pm on a Sunday and the place was empty. I was immediately greeted, and I explained what I wanted. The guy took a quick look and said that I only needed to be topped off on antifreeze and wiper fluid.....which he did for free!! I really appreciated this and will feel more secure going on my trip! Great staff helpful and friendly. Insure of sales practices. Tested my battery said it was bad. Funny fairly new battery with 100 month warranty from Honda written right on top. Looks clean. Connections good. Doubted the info but right there in printouts. Went to Advanced Autoparts around corner. They tested in front of me without knowing my earlier experience. Test said battery good. Gave me the printout. Associate also noted Honda warranty written right on top and said you may want to check with Honda. Battery shows still under limited warranty and if having starting issue may be another cause. Now that was service. Not so certain about the Jiffy Lube advice. I needed to get my car inspected and stopped here because I figured it would be fast because I rarely see very many customers there. Now I see why. After asking for an inspection, the guy who was "helping" me was so condescending that I luckily realized that there are so many options out there that I would be a fool to give them my business. Guess what, man? It's okay if I don't use the proper terminology when talking about what inspection I need. Why is that? I am not the one who does it for a living, so perhaps that is why I don't have the same amount of knowledge as you do about the inspections process. These guys are GREAT. The place is basically clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I've been twice now, once for an oil change and once for my inspection and both times were quick and easy. They were a little busy when I went in for the inspection, but they were honest about the waiting time and I REALLY appreciate that. They told me it would take about 45 minutes and that's exactly how long it took. I understand places get busy and get backed up, that happens, all that I want is for them to tell me that it is busy and backed up and to expect a wait. Great service, wasn't pressured to get a bunch of other things done. Prices are fair and service is quick.

Last year I gave them a bad review because they deserved it. This year (spring 2019) I was in a bind and they were the only ones who could get me in on short notice...and they have really cleaned up their act. I had Michael B. and Christopher C., and they were honest and did a great job. This year they told me my windshield wipers were fine (same ones I was told last year needed replacing even though they were new Bosch Icons). So I pulled up to this Jiffy Lube location, as i was pulling to their lot the guy was cleaning up the shop because it was just a half an hour away from closing, drops what he has been doing, runs out opens my door greets me and asks me if he could be at any service. I lost my speech for a second. After I've told him I just needed an oil change, then he walks me to the waiting area and appologized that there was a very little coffee left. And showed me where the restroom was, and asked me what channels i wanted to watch on TV. Basically, high class service. And by the way the guy's name is Herb in case you want to experience a high end service. This man obviously loves and enjoys what he does. They were so fast! Best jiffy lube in the area for sure. It only took them about 40minutes to change my oil and two lights(and this was with two vehicles ahead of me)! Much better than the jiffy lube on delmar. I waited at the jiffy lube on Delmar for 45minutes and they didn't even get to my vehicle despite only one vehicle being ahead of me. read more
