I checked prices at Walmart, Costco, the Toyota dealership and Tires Plus, and for the quality, Tires Plus by far had the best price (they were running a sale and it ended up being almost $70 cheaper than Walmart for a set of 4, good quality tires). I was able to shop around online, compare tires/prices, make my selection, and after seeing an estimate of what my total cost would be for the tires and installation (AKA no hidden fees), schedule my appointment online. I made an appointment on a Wednesday for 6 pm that Friday. I ended up being early by about 30 minutes and they had no problem getting me in right away. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and, most importantly, the bill I got was exactly what the online estimate had been, down to the penny. They offered me a warranty, which I declined, and that was the end of that. I didn't feel pressured to buy the warranty or any other unnecessary services or upgrades. The annoying sales tactics at a lot of car places is a huge pet peeve of mine, so they get major bonus points for not engaging it that. Since they close at 7 pm, I anticipated that I would drop my car off and pick it up the following day. When I went to confirm this with the woman at the front counter, she stated they had planned on getting it done that night, but I could pick it up the next day if I preferred. My husband and I decided to wait and just hung out in the area for an hour and a half. We called to check the status after about an hour (we were still really skeptical they were going to be able to install the tires in an hour and 15 minutes) and were told it would be ready around 7. We arrived at 7 and it was done within 5 minutes, which actually meant the mechanic and front desk woman stayed a little late to accommodate us. I have been driving on the tires for a few weeks and am very happy with the quality of the tires and have had no issues thus far. If you are shopping for new tires or need any other car services they offer, I would definitely recommend this place. Good quality and great service!

I made the appointment for 09:00 and showed up with the car at 08:15. The employee stated they will not work on customer supplied brake parts. No message on the web site states this. No message popped up when making the appointment. No phone call was made to me before arrival. Their sign says "we do it all," I guess not. Employee didn't seem to care that I took the time to drive there.

Before leaving it with them, I explained to Mike exactly what the issue was. The fuel pickup needs to be replaced, and since the tank would already have to come down, I asked him to replace the fuel pump at the same time and do an oil change. I specifically told Mike that my truck will only allow me to use about 3-4 gallons of fuel before it won't start anymore. Instead of actually diagnosing that issue, he simply let my truck idle for roughly 8 hours and then told me everything was fine. He also claimed he put a scope into my fuel tank and said it was "rusted." This is an Arizona truck that has been in Nebraska for less than a year, so that claim makes very little sense. The most frustrating part was when I asked if he had removed fuel from the tank to see if the truck would stop running once it got below the 3-4 gallon threshold I had described. His response was, "Oh, I guess I could've done that." That should have been one of the first diagnostic steps. To top it all off, he said my truck has a lower-end engine knock and claimed that prevented him from doing the oil change. I left feeling like the actual issue I brought the truck in for was never properly diagnosed. The only positive thing I can say is that they didn't charge me for the service. However, I still lost time, got no answers, and now have to take my truck somewhere else to have the problem diagnosed correctly. I won't be returning.

She said she goes to grease monkey, but I went to Jiffy Lube because they were closer to my home. I really really really wish I would've went to grease monkey. Half of the things I needed I didn't get at Jiffy Lube because the price was already 125 just for the oil change alone. But I needed an air filter and one of my headlights was out. It would've been an additional 70+ dollars for the air filter and the headlight in addition to the 125 I paid for the oil change. Had I gone to grease monkey not only would I have saved on the oil change, but I would've gotten my headlight done for free. That's what happened today. The headlight itself cost five dollars at Walmart and when I got to grease monkey since I had the part myself, they literally changed my headlight for free. I haven't been able to drive after dark for two weeks, but they have taken a huge relief off my shoulders. Not only that they topped off my fluids and zip tied my bumper which was falling down in one area. Again, all for free. I really really really wish I would've went to them sooner because Alex, who is amazing for an 18-year-old, and Cadence were super friendly and very informative.
