I just bought a used car and someone put a bunch of bars leak stop in the coolant, they flushed the system found a couple pin hole leaks. They fixed that and flushed the system again and replaced the thermostat. Plus oil change and transmission fluid changed. They did a fantastic job and no extra charge. read more

This is one of the best Jiffy Lubes. Not that I have ever had a bad experience at any of them. Curtis and his team gave us excellent service today. My boyfriend and I both know how to change our oil and have gone to dealerships (Toyota and Jaguar), but coming to this Jiffy Lube is so much more convenient. They are fast and the service is still a great quality. It's nice not having to lay under our vehicles in the cold and then dispose of old fluids. Plus, I love that they check other fluids and other things out on the car that can easily be taken care of in the same trip. Highly recommend and would give them a shot! What most people don't know is there is no follow up. I sent the requested information over a week ago and have heard nothing to date. The only way I know of to avoid this experience is to avoid Jiffy Lube for every service they offer. I tried to present just the facts without emotion or conjecture. My wife took her van in for an oil change. This was the only place the van had ever had any oil changes. She was told the drain plug was stripped and they couldn't do the job. I went under the van to do the job myself and yes it infact was stripped, so badly that I couldn't get it off. This is the only place we were taking our vehicles for oil changes and have been for many years. We will not be going back. read more

My girlfriend took her 2016 Chevy Cruze to this location to have her oil change. The person they were training, casually asked us what kind of oil we wanted. Just purchasing the car, we shrugged and said conventional I guess. These A-holes put conventional into a car that only takes synthetic. It says on the cap what kind of oil to put into the car. When we came back because our cars oil has burned out, the manager treated us horribly, treating us as if it was our fault. They didn't even cover our costs of a flush, new oil, and the issues that came after. I am normally a fan of supporting small businesses, but this one just needs to retire. Quick, cheap and convenient. Just like I likes. I needed an oil change quick before leaving town, so I took my peicer to the Jiffy Lube by the Albertsons in OC on my lunch break. It was a great experience, probably one of the best I have had at Jiffy Lube! I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and that included getting a crack in my windshield fixed! The dudes were super nice and when I told them I usually take my car to the dealership because it has a few issues, they didn't push any services on me or make me feel like I was a bad car owner if I didn't get a multitude of other "necessary" things done! I was angry and hot at that point so I said don't bother changing the oil I'll take it somewhere else. They damaged my car sent me to Wilsonvill to only be told they can not fix the bolt they snapped off my tire because the way my car is built. I contacted the regional and he told me that it wasn't their fault it was whoever touched my tires before them. I was never asked if I wanted them to proceed when they realized something was off they didn't want to give me the bolt they broke off and if it wasn't their fault why was I sent to Wilsonvill in the first place? Zero stars will never go to jiffy lube again. Not at all happy Tried to tell me my transmission fluid was bone dry. I asked them to show me and it was full. Now two days later I see a large oil stain on my driveway. Popped the hood and they never clamped the air cleaner cover. I supplied my own oil and filter, so I better get a refund for the labor. I have never thought to myself, "Why can't I give negative stars" until today. I went there a few weeks ago, they were supposed to change my headlight, they forgot. So I brought it back in. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes until it was done. An hour and a half goes by with me sitting in a waiting room that has trash all over the floor and the thermostat reads 93F. No joke. The mechanics are kinda working on cars, but seem more interested in talking with their friend who is wearing a Jimmy John uniform (sandwich place) and is actually working on the cars, and under the bays. I was tired of waiting so I went in and asked the guy, "You said 30 minutes, it's been an hour and 30 minutes. How much longer". He replies with, "about 15-20 until I start it, another 30 until I am done". So I go to leave. Only to get in my car and realize that when they moved it forward an hour ago, THEY LEFT IT RUNNING FOR THE FULL HOUR. So now I went to the gas station because my gas light was on, and then down the street to the Great Oregon City Jiffy Lube where everyone should go. They fixed my head light in less then 5 minutes. It's almost a mile down the road, and they know what they are doing. Go there instead people. Stay away from the one next to Albertsons. (well unless you have time to kill, miss Tijuana, and like sauna's then maybe this is your place) This place is a joke! And a not funny one, more like one of those just wrong jokes that your weird uncle tells after he is really drunk. I am sure I will laugh at this story later for how horrible it was, but for now, it's not funny. They didn't do the job the first time. When I brought it back to fix it they were over an hour and a half at least off with their estimate. Their waiting room was disgusting and over 90F. And oh ya, I had to buy a tank of Gas because they left my car running for over an hour. Never again. read more

Won't be back. Very bad service. I chose to stay in my car for the oil change and I got eye rolls. Then a very rude man came over telling me what oil I needed to put in my car. " if you don't choose this oil your car will be ruined". I chose the cheapest option and he then said out loud to everyone "alright she doesn't want the recommended oil, make a note that we let her know". He was talking as if I wasn't sitting right there. I did see some other reviews that people were saying they don't honor the coupons. It's not that they don't, they just are very unhappy when you show a coupon. I would like to really thank the store manager John at 13863 S. Beaver Creek RD. In Oregon City. OR 97045. And all the employees that work there. I walked in for an oil change. And regular check up on my car. And my tires were at critical stage. And some other issues, which I couldn't afford all of that had to be done right then and there. Do I explained it to John and he filled me in on the "SNAP" FINANCE. With no annual percentage! So I agreed to see if I qualified simple and fast and I was approved. And then was able to get 4 new tires and all the mechanic issues that I needed. And now I don't have to worry I knew that I had some service that needed to be done just couldn't afford it all once. Now I'm safe car drives do much better. I highly recommend this jiffy lube due to their outstanding performance and they are so friendly and efficient and explains things do well and they did all this on such a timely matter. I am writing to tell you of very poor service I received at the beavercreek rd Oregon city location. I was lied to and work was not performed that They put in writing was done. Something needs to re compensated for your guys saying they do things but do not and you could have ruined my car. Took my car to this location to check out when got vehicle, had them do oil change they did in old owners name and told me all fluids where full and well I specifically asked about transmission fluid and all was well, went back not quite 3000 miles later. Said coolant light was coming on and was low, they came in said all fluids full I questioned again about coolant and said I know it's low. They came back and said sorry yes it is low and they charged me to fill coolant. Asked specifically again about transmission fluid was told all was full. I had been Ill and do not drive a lot as I am disabled, so 3 weeks later went to use wiper fluid and did not work so took back for them to recheck all fluids, was told again all was fine and full. I reminded them that they made mistake with coolant and that did not think the guy check the fluids and I was getting concerned about their poor work. Was told again all was good. next day car had loose battery cable and broke down, Friends that are car guys came and helped, they found brake fluid empty and they filled it, told me wiper fluid still empty. Jiffy lube had just said was full both these fluids where full, and my fiends told me my car had bottom fill transmission fluid and I should get that checked. So went to different Jiffy lube to have them check and transmission and fluids transmission was empty except for small amount of black fluid from being so low along with other things needing done and fluids being filled they put in writing 4 quarts went into transmission 3quarts transmission fluid and i took friends advice to ad a quart of Lucas transmission fix as to help minimize damage Other jiffy lube agreed to add this and told me to run a couple weeks and said I would need transmission serviced due to being low and running low for too long even though The Beaver creek store had said full twice in 3000 miles. Other fluids also needed filled by new Jiffy lube besides what my friend had filled including wiper fluid had this new jiffy lube check for leaks in wiper fluid container there where no leaks so just was not filled. So after 2 visits of The beaver creek shop saying full transmission (fluid does not leak) so they never filled or checked it either time, all other fluids had to be filled by my friends or other jiffy lube and now my transmission needs serviced. Went back to this jiffy lube to let them know about this problem and to my surprise was told they can't check my cars transmission fluid at this location what ?? They told me twice when specifically asked about transmission fluid that told me full twice and when I said It now needed transmission service due to their mistake and that no fluids had been filled they said that they would not do anything for me about the neglectful work they had done. Oil filter had not been change either. I asked for the transmission to be serviced by them since it would not have been empty if they had done what they said and wrote they did and that a refund was in order for the last oil change. I was told they could do nothing for me. that them not checking fluid did not cause the problem and no refunds that nothing could or would be done for me. very poor customer service after very poor neglectful work. They should be ashamed. This will be going to corporate office and further if needed could also be ADA fine as took advantage of disabled person.. read more

Service was reasonably fast. They try to upsell the hell out of you and it gets really old really fast. They will tell you they want you there to look at the car together or something but really it's just upsell upsell upsell. It's a lube place, not much more to say than that. Terrible service and took a very long time. I have used this store in the past and have had good experiences. I am not sure if they are under new management, but my experience there yesterday was very poor. They took over an hour to do my oil change. It took them 20 minutes before they ever checked me in after my car was in the shop and I was in the waiting room. Ouch!!! read more

They switched my head light for free, worked as fast as they could and were extremely friendly! I would def go back again for any little problems on my car since it is up the street. After reading reviews I'll probably stick with my regular mechanic in Portland for any bigger issues. read more

I can't even believe how bad I was screwed by these people, I guess there isn't a zero star option.I wish I'd read the google reviews because the complaints are similar. I went there for an oil change on my Benz which cost me $119..whatever..I left and my Oil Level Below Minimum light came on. I came back spent another 30-45 mins they said it was fixed and the warning came back on as soon as I left. I decided to go to another JL right down the street cuz I had my son with me and I hoped they could figure it out quicker. They told me that the bolts on my oil pan were all missing and it was dragging and that he would resecure it with zip ties temporarily. I went back to the first JL and they said the other one STOLE my bolts and replaced them with zip ties. Really? Obviously he forgot to tighten them but instead of owning up to any of his mistakes (breaking my oil level sensor, losing my bolts for not tightening them) He says he cant help me and gave me a customer service number that I have been trying three days with no answer or response to my messages. I spoke to a mechanic that said If I drive my cars with zip ties on the oil pan I could destroy my entire engine and they shouldn't have let me leave. Now I can't drive anywhere safely and Jiffy Lube at 19009 Beavercreek isn't answering their phone and the customer service number they gave me isn't working. Did I mention I was there for 3 1/2 hrs back and forth and payed $119 buck for this? Ya. run far far away from here. read more
