If I could give one star I absolutely would. I knew what was wrong with my car and they tried to lie and say it costed $500 which is not the case because the part only cost $70. Once I told them I'm not paying $500 for a hose they wanted to say now all of a sudden they're not going to fix it and I needed to leave immediately with a broken down car. Curtis and his crew was awesome I did need more oil, they checked my tires ( needed more air) I appreciated the customer service they gave me even when I didn't have my oil change there. This place was great. Brought my car car in here for a standard oil change and everything went smoothly. There was no wait, everyone was friendly and helpful. I was able to just stay in my car and have my oil changed. The part I really appreciated was they didnt try and upsell me on a bunch of things. I asked for a standard oil change and thats what I got. They changed my oil, checked my air filter, tires and other fluids.. told me all was good, and I was on my way. Very friendly and easy experience. Jiffy Lube team put power steering hose on my car. I sat in shop for 2 hours watching them fiddle around with the hose trying to tweak it to put it in place. Manager said we had a hard time getting the hose in place. I now know this was because it was the wrong part. Next day I stopped at Les Schwab to check tires before 600 MI trip that I was preparing car for and they said your power steering fluid is way down. This was the day after the Jiffy Lube repair. I had a check in my spirit to not go back to these guys and went to my regular mechanics who informed me that the wrong part was installed the hose was actually swollen 3 or 4 times at size as the plastic hose that they used was not compatible with the solution that was running through it and it was just short of bursting and exploding all over my engine. I had my actual mechanic do the work it came in about $100 less than Jiffy Lube. When contacted shop and asked for a refund I was told no that I'd entered a contract with them and I invalidated my contract. I would say the contract was invalidated when they installed the wrong part. I had to cancel my trip. Thank God I was not on the road alone when this would have happened. And cannot believe that they will not stand behind their work or admit a mistake was made. Note -Manager was willing regional manager didn't want his numbers to drop so he's the one that made the end decision. I know they knew it was a wrong part when they installed it because it was not going on properly. I told the guy I would have to put a Yelp review and go to his corporate if he did not do the right thing as I should not have to pay for exact same repair 2 days in a row and then I would stand in front of his store with a sign. He then told me I was not being a very good Christian. Wow . I didn't cuss or fuss or raise my voice. I only said if you cannot provide my refund initially I would be trying to take steps to advocate for myself, such as posting on Yelp reaching out to their corporate and standing with a sign..PS the first Jiffy Lube that I went to by my house on McLoughlin actually completely misdiagnosed another problem and were set to charge me $500 to replace the wrong part. When I went back for service the next day to them they didn't have anybody show up for work so that's how I ended up in Oregon City. Oregon City did catch the error from the first shop and installed first part properly. I would not recommend Jiffy Lube for any service nor oil change. I will not be going back, although I have used them for years. read more

They lived up to their name "jiffy', took care of my car and even cleaned my windows. I was quoted a price of $35 after a $20 coupon. When the car was done, the price was $45. The additional $10 was for removing and replacing a skid plate. Came here for an oil change, and had a bad experience. The tech that came to ask what I was there for kept interrupting me to say he couldn't hear me but wouldn't come around to my window to hear me. Then he told me they were out of the oil my car needed and wanted to upcharge me to premium high mileage oil. I said that was more than I was ready to spend, and since they were out of the oil I wanted, could I have the other oil at the conventional price. They wouldn't work with me there, which feels like pretty bad customer service since it was their shortfall that necessitated the more expensive oil, so I went elsewhere. read more

I was treated with the upmost respect from everyone that talked to me while I was at Jiffy Lube. A special thanks to Wyatt, Evan, Jed, and Rick, I have never been to a place that replaces fluids before as I used to do it my self. However now that I have a newer vehicle, I would much rather go and have it done as it is just about the same price. Due to the way I was treated I am looking forward to going back after another 5000-6000 miles to have them do the oil. They all seemed happy and they all seemed like they enjoyed their job which is important because if you don't you will have a lower quality of work and care done to you vehicle. Apparently if your a young woman they think you're an easy target.... I knew I'd probably need new breaks on my back tires so I asked them to check them. Sure enough, they needed to be changed. How much you ask? $225!!!!! FOR ONE PAIR OF NEW BREAK PADS! I informed the person who has helping me that 225 was absurdly high. He tried giving me various discounts because he could tell I was getting upset. Now, I couldn't remember the price exactly from the last time I had to change my front break pads but I was certain the pair cost less than $60. I told him this and he just kept trying to assure me he was giving me all the discounts he could possibly give me. He told me the parts were on their way from so I pulled up auto zones website and showed him the most expensive break pads cost only $40!!! He didn't know what to say. I was furious, but I wasn't about to lose it on him. I told him I'd take all the discounts he was "offering" me, and I'd never be back at this location. Be careful, everyone!! I went in for an oil change on 2/22/2020 and they tried to sell me a break Job telling me something was wrong. They had recently done a break job for me so I felt something was off. I went down the street to Les Schwab and they told me my breaks didn't need to be replaced. A year later and I still don't need a break job. I will never go back to Jiffy Lube again!!!! The dude who's one job it is to guide onto the ramp things isn't even looking and waits until my car actually hits their stopper thing to tell me I'm too low. No duh it's scraping. My wife and I were in the process of moving our last load, and having a rather crappy day. To top it off I got a screw in my tire, fix a flat didn't fix anything. It was Sunday and most places were closed or soon to be closing. We pulled up and Evan helped us out. Even though they were officially closed. He got my spare off my truck for me. I did not have the proper tools being that it was all in storage. He not only installed and checked the pressure in all my tires. He put the spare back under the truck. I apologize in advance if this becomes a rant. Ok...so you go to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. That's it...just an oil change. I know you're going to try to up-sell me anything and everything, particularly because I am a woman, but my god there should be an opt out button immediately upon entry. I don't want to decline the same services multiple times. For the record: it creeps me out when you address me by my first name as if we're friends. I DON'T KNOW YOU. We haven't even introduced actually. Additionally....don't be so damn chipper. I know that you're instructed to be so, I'm not blaming the individual employees. It's just not what I'm looking for; remember we're not friends. Plus...it's obvious that it's fake. ...and now there are new oil change plans. The regular $19.99 service no longer gets your car vacuumed, your windows washed or your fluids checked and topped off. Well...that was pretty much the only reason I was coming here and now you want to charge me for what I received 'free' on my last visit. No thank you. Went in for an overdue oil change prior to rush hour last Friday. I normally get the high mileage synthetic and have consistently put off other services. I gave in and caved on having my transmission and rear differential fluids replaced. As this was something like my fiftieth time refusing the service, I finally conceded that I was probably due. All of the service tech I dealt with were extraordinarily nice and kept my ETA out the door up to date. The facilities were newer than most and I noticed the techs scattering around, picking up after the place regularly. All positive and very noteworthy signs. I would give a higher rating if it weren't for sticker shock. I consistently forget that one should only really walk into Jiffy Lube unless armed w/ coupons and circular specials. Upsells are there for a reason. If you perform no engine care yourself and don't have any relationship w/ a local garage, you end up paying a premium. I'll definitely go back, but with a combo coupon or two. read more
